They were fast and well-priced. Ordered my Macbook battery within a couple of days, replaced it in under two hours and even cleaned it free of charge! Also very friendly and I witnessed them handling a very difficult customer calmly and sincerely. Lower prices than anywhere else I'd checked. I recommend them!

Friendly and very prepared staff. Fast delivery times and affordable prices. I brought my laptop that I could no longer use because of viruses that impeded me to switch it on and got it back in fully working order the next day. I highly recommend it!

It's difficult to find a computer fixing shop that is actually reliable, so I'm very excited about All About Laptops - I've used it once so far (to install an SSD card in a laptop) and it was done with great service and speed, plus it's close by where I live. Excellent!

They did a great job at repairing my iPhone screen in only a couple of hours. The new screen in place works perfectly fine and the quality is almost identical to the original screen for only 40 pounds. Really recommend!

Have fixed a laptop and phone for me before, the service is always really great - they explain everything and keep you in the loop, and are just nice people. Prices are really reasonable as well, and it usually takes only a couple of days to get your stuff back.

On your website for a months now,it states your open and shows opening times yet when I call and left plenty of messages and no one answers and the shop is not actually open. What is going on here
i am a customer who had been going to this shop for many years and I have not had any issues however,
I understand Corona virus is still current, and shops have now reopened but not this shop,
but I am highly disappointed that the owners,engineers people behind the desk have not attempted to update their customers on when the shop will re-open or when my item will be repaired.
Since March my laptop has been in your establishment and I not heard one word and I know they still have access to the computers with all customers details. I am appalled ans need some answers, I need my computer back I have things I need in my laptop. Very disappointed that I am chasing

Highly recommend this this place if you need your laptop fixing. I took mine in as some keys weren’t working, the gentleman who served me was very polite and professional. I picked my laptop up in perfect working order and he had also gave it a good clean as well. I would definitely return.

I have actually had two (!) things repaired here on different occasions: my MacBook air and phone. Both times the service was very quick, patient and friendly, which is extra appreciated when you're worried about your laptop, phone etc. :)
I am very happy to live so close to a place I can count on. I would definitely recommend this shop to others!

My laptop's hard-drives failed completely, leaving me completely in a bind. I brought it in to see if it could be repaired. Though the drive wasn't salvageable, I was kept informed about what was going on at all times, and the options that were available to me. In the end, I managed to get a new drive installed and my laptop back in working order.

Brilliant, thank you! Took my brand new Mac book air in after spilling water on it. It was severely damaged and wouldn't turn on, the screen also had water marks. The man who helped me was very polite and helpful. He assessed the damage for free, gave me a quote and then ordered in the replacement parts I needed. It works perfectly and you would never tell that it was completely dead. Looks and works good as new! I'm so happy with my experience, thank you :)

Reliable, friendly and well priced service. The store phoned me as promised to let me know what the issue was with my machine and had it fixed for me in 24 hours. The fix wasn't complicated, but not being technical it was explained well to me and I understood the issue and what I was paying for. Great to have this in Peckham.

Truly great guy running the place. My Macbook Air was suffering from water damage and within a day and a half he had it fixed at a very reasonable price, having explained the process very clearly beforehand and keeping me notified after repairs had begun. Couldn’t recommend more - genuine and trustworthy.

Very dishonest place. I brought in my laptop to be repaired and was given a warranty. When I came to get my computer I was shown that it turned on and ran. 6 hours later it crashed back home and stopped working. Later, after the second attempt at repairing it, when I asked about the warranty I was told it had been cancelled because my laptop had already been repaired once. When a place specialised in repairing computers considers 6 hours of life as a success, you know you have to stay away from it. AND PLEASE DO.

I have visited this spot twice to fix two different apple items. The first of which was my laptop (an SSD upgrade), the second of which was for a phone screen replacement. My electronics were fixed swiftly and at a decent price, I was treated well and I feel like the staff were very honest on their approach to fixing my stuff. Would deffo recommend.

THIEVES, DISHONEST, RATS. Don't go there! Worst place ever. JUST RIP OFF. They install stuff on your laptop with licences, don't tell you they did so when the key runs out a year later, they refuse to sort it out. Wont even unblock the laptop so I could change the key myself. Asking me for a receipt to prove I had my hard drive changed there, after 1 year who does? They don't even keep records on purpose to screw you over.

Windows 10 broke down completely and my last back-up of personal files was also pretty outdated so that I needed files from hard drive recovered. The friendly staff explained what he can do and how. I paid significantly less than I would have paid at PC World and got the job done at the same day.
