Today I went to Ryman London Wall. I was served by Morton. He was superb. He asked me if he could help me, saw I was in a rush, was knowledgeable in explaining the product range and helped me find what I was looking for. I’ve been in many Ryman stores before and whilst the staff were nice they have NEVER approached me to help find what I wanted. Morton was excellent. He even tried to upsell me when paying the bill at the end and showed me what was on special offer, which as a person with a sales background myself I really appreciated. If anyone reads this please give this guy a raise- he was a breath of fresh air in an age where customer service is a dying art.

Good experience and staff very friendly. I attended this site to print business packaging labels. I was pleased on how knowledgeable the lady serving me was. Would have provided 5stars had Rymans themselves offered a more competitive price as a first time visiter. Thank you for the staff!

Wonderful back to school offers with some items on for bargains and multi buy offers are very good here! The customer service is very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are very cheerful! Marco/Marcus in particular was amazing! He went the extra mile for me by calling other stores to reserve the Oxford Campus A4 Notebook I wanted and he was extremely polite! He deserves a pay rise! The products here are well stocked and due to it being very quiet now, your bound to find what you wish to purchase in stock! If not, the staff members reserve items for you when the next delivery comes (upon request) and then they call you when it's ready to be purchased. I find this very effective and a great service! You can also call up before your visit to reserve products or for stock enquiries! The customer service here is incredible and this is why I buy all my stationery items from Ryman. Much cheaper and better than the likes of Paperchase and WH Smith. On top of that students get 10% discount year round! Overall, I strongly recommend that you buy your stationary needs from here and there is also a good selection of electrical items such as printers, paper shredders and headphones!

The guy with the long blonde hair was very friendly and helpful. A bit strange that the item that I was looking for was cheaper online. The prices are different online and in store.

Despite the slow internet speed, the service was exceptional. Morten in particular was very helpful and assisted with printing and uploading several documents. Such levels of service are not a given so 5 stars from me

I have been to this Ryman a few times to buy miscellaneous stationary items. The staff is very helpful. They give you the best available advice. On one occasion they suggested a cheaper alternative to the product that I want to buy, on another instance, they recommended another shop that would have the item that I was looking for.

Ran in here to print off boarding passes for an international flight. To print a boarding pass I had to download all of them on my mobile and then email it to them because their computer couldn't connect to the internet. Then it froze and took 10 minutes to restart. While I waited in agony I paid for the prints. Then after the last one finally printed I went to run out but the store person said he had only charged me for 3 and not all 4. I had to go back and pay 12 more pents for my final print. I missed my flight...
