Fantastic service from Stuart, I wanted information on printers. He couldn’t have been clearer with what would be best for me. He spent time to teach an old dog some new tricks I walked away saving money on ink with the printer. Will recommend

Amazing Rymans branch! The customer service I received was amazing and the ladies who served me were very professional and friendly (the staff who work here on Saturday as I visited at 11.30am) It's very convenient that this is one of the few Ryman branches open on Saturday in Central London and it works around my busy student life. Despite it being a bit of a small branch there was a wide variety of products and everything was well stocked. There was a huge variety of board games, toys and accessories compared to nearby Ryman branches which don't have this variety of products. Brilliant for buying Christmas gifts from especially if they are last minute. Much cheaper than WH Smith and they offer 10% student discount (sometimes 20%) which WH Smith doesn't. The only thing they could improve on is stocking more revision guides but that doesn't matter much because I always get all my stationery items from here and the back to school summer offers and Christmas offers are brilliant! Overall, I strongly recommend this Ryman branch to you and one of the best I've been too!

I wanted to get some A4 printing done, I called the store and spoke to Stuart he gave me all the information I needed. I visited the store later that day but had issues with my USB key. Stuart who was again assisting me helped but we couldn’t get my key to work. He suggested buying a new key, a 64gb one which was a fantastic deal. I ran back to my office uploaded my files. Went back to the store and this time I was served by another sales colleague, who completed my job for me. Both sales assistants are a credit to Ryman.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I WAS ALMOST SCAMMED. THE WOMEN WORKING THERE AT 11:30 WANTED ME TO PAY 3£ FOR JUST PRINTING TWO PAGES. THIS IS SO DISRESPECTFUL AND A FRAUD. AVOID THIS PLACE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN SPECIALLY IF YOU ARE INTERNATIONAL.

I came in this morning for some printing and a new journal. I walked away with a few extra bits. Jess who helped me with my printing was so professional, the gentleman at the till was very friendly and polite he sold me some extra sticky notes. I’ve used the store in the past and some of the other reviews I’ve read shared my experiences, but today was great. Will be using the store more often if this level of service continues

Absolutely useless! I had to send a faulty product back in the post so I thought the best way to do this would be to use the convenient DHL counter in Rymans... days later after much arguing with my supplier it transpires that all that was posted to them was an empty envelope. Somewhere between me handing over my money and the part and them posting the envelope they've managed to not put the part in the envelope. You can't make this s*** up!
I've used this store for other purchases etc and generally find them to be very rude and not particularly helpful. I'm going to give up on the convenience of it's location and try and find somewhere else to meet my stationary/postage needs as this lot are hopeless.

The staff or particularly one of them have a dreadful approach to customers. I purchased a portable battery pack and was incorrectly advised about the presence of a lead to connect it to a phone, so purchased as separate one. There was a lead present so I looked to return the unopened one (which cost almost as much as the battery), for the shop assistant to argue that was for charging the battery only, which I knew to be incorrect and said so. She took umbridge to this. When waiting for the refund from the shop manager she stormed back behind the counter and told me 'there was no need to come into the shop with all the attitude'. Frankly I was dumbstruck that she spoke to a customer like that and her manager, standing next to her said nothing. Appalling customer care from staff in this store so I can only tell you to avoid it.
