Know longer a nice family place to eat at food was just warm drinks had gone cold by the time we got them we also had to put our own food and drinks on the tray we didn't get a please or thank you. Before it was all refurbished it was a lovely warm family welcoming place to go to

Absolute shambles since the revamp. Never have half the menu they advertise, forget half your order, the staff are about as useful as a chocolate teapot. And the 'manager' clearly needs to work on her people skills. Absolutely abysmal.

Worst McDonald's staff. Had me waiting for 5 minutes in a bay for 2 cheeseburgers. Then the cheeky muppet thought he could make me wait for a refund. Will not use again and making a complaint to their manager by post tomorrow.
