You'll notice from reviews lower than 3 stars, no response from the owner.........
Brother took me along so as to get a second opinion, as you would, particularly if you're going to give them about £8k.
They will give you a real low ball amount on anything you trade in with the same old line that their cars are priced just as low.
When you trade in a car obviously they will find any reason to reduce the price, I get that I've had cars for 20 years but we found just as many on the nearly new one when I went over it. The answer, what do you expect it's a used car........one rule for one, one rule for...........
We'll do our best to touch them in......
I'd asked them to come up just £200 to get the sale done. To that, we don't move on price company policy rubbish, topped off with, dont buy it then.

If you want to turn up, find a car, get turned over on yours and hand them a nice bundle of cash without any argument, this is the place. Also if its burning a hole in your pocket, here is also suitable.
If you are sensible with your hard earned cash avoid here like you would a back street car seller..........

One of the worst mistakes I ever made was to walk into this place. When things go wrong they wash their hands of you available they are not and if I could have scored it zero I would have. Got an email back saying looking into donot believe this tripe - valid claim refused due to wear and tear excuse

Buy a car. Plenty to choose from. Get it on credit... Then regret you've bought it due to digging yourself into 5 years credit agreement. ... Beware the APR rate. To get 7.9 you have to buy one over 10k .. if not, it's over 10.... good place to go and look round, if you're a petrol head.

3 year's old car first time doing M.O.T never had and accident or mount any pavement kerb with a force to crack a alloy wheel not even bursting a tyre.
Now the M.O.T centre Kwik fit fail the M.O.T because the alloy wheel is crack.
I request the alloy wheel replacement with in a good standards.

What a poor state of affairs
We had a booking to collect a car the other half had picked the booking was made over 2 week prior to collection
Up on collect well refusing to take the car due to its poor state
Oh yes madam the car will be valeted cleaned
Up on arrival all other cars that were there for collection was sparkling
Not ours
If that had been through the processes Stevie Wonder must have done it
The car was filthy inside and out
Needless to say we refused the car till it was right then proceeded to argue about who's paying for the change of admin fee back to our old car insurance
Let's just say not a good experience

We even found bit they said they would do not even done when you have more time to look around or let say it rains and you cant see a thing cause the wipers they said would be changing wernt

No one bothers you and there are lots of vehicles to see. Mostly unlocked so you can sit in and check boot size etc. Not too well organised so prepare to do a lot of walking around if there's a particular car you want to look at.

A good choice of cars and a helpful sales team that were not at all pushy. A special mention to Reece who was patient and helpful throughout my search. I have just spent (happily) 15500k on a car and purchased a dash cam through you. The handover process was where things went wrong. No one took me through how the dashcam worked and when asked it was suggested that I download pdf instructions off the web. I was really disappointed to find that my new car had 10 miles of fuel in the tank (bearly enough to get to a fuel station). Available car.... it would not hurt to put £10 or £20 of fuel in the car would it?

Had a lot of problems with my car when I got it from avaliable but in all fairness they have fixed it everytime my clutch was burnt out when I got it after going there and back 3 times they fixed it missing door guards and other little bits got replaced and now one of the parking sensors have broken they have fixed it. They gave me a next to new car to drive while they fix mine I have bad things to say but more good things. Thank you for sorting my car out.

Can't complain about the staff, but the quality of the cars leaves a lot to be desired. I understand they're used cars but a lot of cars left on sale with excessive wear which could easily be rectified. I purchased a car from there 4 years ago but having visited twice in the last 2 weeks, I won't be back in a hurry. Gone downhill.
