picked up my new car to me , hand over was good , on my way home I tried the air con as it quite warm only to find it didn't work , back on Monday to have it fixed, that should have been a been a pre delivery inspection , very disappointed, they a very big company , I expected better.

Dreadful service, called day before collection to say car would be 4 days late, leaving husband with no car, on collection no spare key, got car home to realise missing SD card for the sat nav, 3 months on still no spare key or SD card and they haven’t even ordered it from Jaguar, will never buy another car from them.

We had a good round, very friendly and helpful just didn't have the car we wanted, so in the end we got a car from the castle Donington branch, i have now over the years brought 3 cars from castle Donington and i can say I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend as every time I buy a vehicle from them I feel like I have found a great one and that I have got a great deal too, with the add bonus that I know if I have an issue there are on hand to help me. Thanks again for your amazing service even under these circumstances.
UPDATE
I had my car written off so needed a car and Sutton in Ashfield had a car I liked and with all this going on was worried about buying a car. I have to say the online thing is a little worrying but I can recommend this place as they sorted my worrys and made it so simple and I felt so relaxed and with the 14 day money back guarantee, I had peace of mind and after my drive back I can say the car is just as they described and I love it so that makes 4 cars I have had from the group and all the times I go im impressed by there customers service, well done to all the team.

Very friendly, helpful staff which made the purchase / financing of a car very easy.
I had to wait a week to collect the car, which I felt was a lengthy wait, but understandable given the skeleton staff currently working at AvailableCar due to CV19.
On the arranged collection day (29th June), I received a call from AvailableCar 40 mins before the collecrion time saying that it would not be ready for a further 4 days. The staff member on the phone explained that the sales team and the handover team work on different systems, and were working to different dates.
I had cancelled the insurance on my vehicle today, which means that I will now have to fork out for temporary, short term insurance which will leave me out of pocket. Further to this I had taken an afternoon off of work, which was now a waste of time.
This has really frustrated me, especially given the usually positive experience in dealing with AvailableCar

Everything was going so well and they seemed to really care about us. The car was just what we wanted too. It was strange that the car mats were dumped in the boot when we viewed the car but they were in good condition so all was fine. When we pucked the car up the mats had vanished and when we enquired about them a line of employees from every department magically remembered the car intimately enough to declare there had never been any mats and no, of course we weren't lying we must just be mistaken. The suggested fix to the problem was a special offer on a brand new set of original equipment Ford car mats at a special rate of £3 more than we can buy them from Ford ourselves. Valued customers? I think not

People are lovely but when I bought my car I was recommended a 3 year parts cover which I stupidly bought but over those 3 years it covered nothing that went wrong and bought a car based on needing if for short journeys with work and ended up with a diesel nowhere was I told these are the worst for short journeys due to having DPFs which clog and cause issues when only using cars for short journeys, would of been nice to know before buying the car ????♂️ at least i've learned from it

hard to say seen a car we liked so emquired amd a chap said he would get the keys and to give him 2 minutes, I left after 25 minutes and no sign if him with the keys and I'm not spending my only day a week of sitting there. probaly lost you a sale of a 21k car

Friendly service and I love my car, but it desperately needed new windscreen wipers (something I've only just needed to check!). Amazed it passed an MOT with the squeaky abominations that are on it at the moment. Bit annoyed to receive a book AFTER buying my car, giving £100 Off vouchers for friends, when they point blank refuse to negotiate on price in the showroom ... even though the trade in price on my car was £1,100 less than I'd been offered elsewhere. It's a good job I fell in love with my retro style Fiat 500, or I'd have gone elsewhere.

I found buying my car from available car very easy, I didn't find the staff to be pushy at all and trying to force you to buy a car, they was understanding and made sure I could afford it before I looked too far into it. They bought me the car from castle donnington which didn't take long at all, the car was very clean and tidy, when I mentioned about a scratch they took it straight in and got it fixed without any arguing, I had a couple faults with the car but end of the day they sorted them quickly and I wasn't buying a brand new car. I would definitely recommend this place

A wide selection of cars on site that were presented well. Prices looked a little expensive on the older cars they had .. I was surprised there were so many 6,7 and 8 year old cars on show, fully priced but condition of body work was v good. I didn't buy due to a lack of competitiveness on the narrow range of makes and models I was particularly interested in. My advice would be to shop around and check the warranty.

Vast choice of cars to look at and sit in. The staff are very helpful but don't pressure, yet they are always around should you have any questions regarding any of the vehicles. Great range from small, first cars up to large MPV and 4x4s. Pick-up is also hassle free.

Every type of car you could buy. All unlocked for you to look around and sit in. Most cars are under 5 years old so still quite pricey. But good place to go if you have a shortlist of cars to look at because they will put all the cars of the same size/category in same place to easy to compare

Good car choice. Don't be persuaded to take the extended warranty - Its useless and ineffective. Despite making contact with them, they have dismissed a fault which is stated as being covered in the warranty booklet as wear and tear and will not pay up!
