Available at Sutton is excellent, the showroom and outside is filled with excellent cars, however the staff really are what make the experience great. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and that goes a long way in my book. Took home a car I bought from them today and from start to finish I felt at ease. Khardene, Daniel & Anthony really helped me out and I couldn't thank them enough. I couldn't recommend this place enough of looking for a good quality new car!

Excellent showroom, lovely staff who are very polite and not pushy at all and beautifully clean facilities. A bonus was the toddler seat as well as baby change facilities-excellent planning and great for famines. Also a fab play area to keep little ones amused - a truly family focused place to buy a car. And if you don't ha e children, enjoy the free ta and coffee whilst chatting about your ideal car!

Simply outstanding people. The sales person are very friendly and explain all the process in detail offering extras without push. The handover staff is very professional and keep the covid-secure policy so customers feel safe. The car is very clean and immaculate like new despite being 7 years old, and the best price I could get even when compared with national distance in autotrader. The after sales service work promptly with all small issues resolved and courtesy car provided. I returned the car just because it turns out the boot and space is too small for my family, and the driving position is too low, so nothing is wrong with AvailableCar. They honoured the 14-day return guarantee professionally without quibble. If I can find another car that matches my criteria, I will definitely buy from them.

I arranged a test drive of a nissan xtrail.the presented car was filthy covered in chips and scratches, nsr wheel arch had 3 dints.not a way to present a car to a prospective buyer.i arrived willing to spend£15799 on this car but due to the state of how it was presented i walked away after having mine and my wifes time completely wasted by below standard presentation

While not happy about a test drive not being possible, the click & collect with 14 days to decide if the vehicle is right makes up for this.
Staff were great to deal with, no pressure from them.
Handover day, things were well organised and went very smoothly.
Just hoping now that the car proves as relianle as my part-ex was.
Overall, great experience.

Had a test drive was happy then told to wait. So 20 minutes later, and another 20 minutes. Went to customer service asked at the desk was told to take a seat someone Will be with you another 10minutes later nobody came so that's a sale they have lost Totally shambolic

Fantastic experience and lovely staff! We went to have a look at some cars yesterday and found one we liked so booked a test drive for this morning. The car was nice but not exactly what we were looking for. We then enquired about a car that we had seen the previous day which hadn't yet been washed or valeted. We were surprised to find out that the vehicle was actually cheaper than what it said on the windscreen so asked if we could test drive it. We were taken straight out in the car and it was beautiful.
Dave from the Pink team was such a friendly guy with excellent customer service skills who made the process so easy and fun. We would recommend Dave and AvailableCar to anyone. We've so far had an amazing experience. We never felt pressured to buy any extras or to go with something more expensive. We were free to look around as much as we liked without being hassled.
We can hopefully pick up our new car in 1-2 weeks once its been prepped and we're very excited to show it off.

Great place to buy a the car you want at an affordable price. You can also sit inside as many cars as you wish to help you narrow down your search. All of the cars are in order in the outdoor area SUV's, Estates, Micro Mini's etc really easy. Then you ask the staff, who are all brilliant and knowledgeable, for a test drive.
Once you have decided on the car you wish to purchase the staff will take you through that process. Then it's usually a couple of days while paperwork is required then you can pick up your shiny new car.
We have purchased our last five cars from Available Car Sutton in Ashfield and it has been a great experience throughout, they are very helpful and efficient, but you get a great car for a great price.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! AVOID AVOID
went to buy a car, not on fiance but to pay via bank transfer, took 3 hours to finally be able to buy it, was told it wasn't going to be ready for 2 weeks,paid for car out right, waited 2 weeks to then be told at 430pm the day before we was picking it up its failed mot, cant get parts etc etc etc
Complete waste of time took a full day of ringing them to get my money back

Was considered purchasing a BMW 320 from available car sutton..I asked them for a valuation on my 2015 insignia ecoflex sri with only 22.500 miles .I purchased my insignia 2 years ago from Pentagon mansfield at a cost of 11k. My insignia has full services and in pristine condition. Eventually available car wanted to give me 6.5k at a push.what an insult as I've seen insignia on their website and a car with higher mileage than mines on the same year at 10k plus..shame on you available car..if you could at least shown me some respect I would have purchased a new BMW of you..your loss..

Bought a BMW Series 1 2013 around 20 months ago.
Some months ago a warning came up about the front drive system. After the regular service they found out that the transfer case is faulty!
It looks like someone changed just the oil in the transfer case to get over that fault for a while.
So now i can pay £3500 extra on a new transfer case!
Well played Avaiable Car could done it better!
This should be a warning for everyone. Be careful with this company!

Visit was terrible, mostly small cars in showroom, no car in information catalogues provided when you arrive and few if any information sheets attached to individual cars therefore we spent most of our time looking for salesmen to provide us with car history/data. My worst ever visit to this usually very good centre. Wont be in a hurry to return in future.

Not a bad selection of cars, with most vehicles you hit or miss with the quality and condition of your purchase. Do your research on the cars prior to purchase so you know it's history prior to buying. Apart from that the customer service is excellent and there isn't much hassle involved with buying.

Excellent customer service, great advice and friendly guidance. Selection of cars is fantastic but the staff really make this place 5 stars. Free teas and coffees available while you wait and toilets at the back of the building. Umbrellas available for that good old English weather while you're looking at cars outside. Great all round.

Broke down on the test drive due to lack of petrol in the vehicle. Kept us waiting half an hour over our appointment time at handover. Then brought out the car to us with scratches and marks still on it and not clean, and then after takin it back still had polish marks on the leather seats etc so certainly not sanitised etc and then were difficult about using our loyalty voucher to the point we ended up not using it. Staff member wasn’t very knowledgable on the finance aspect of our purchase. The security guy and the chap on reception were very nice though and did their absolute best to help us. 3rd car from these guys In a year and may be our last after recent experience.

Second review for this place as first experience was awful but they did try to resolve the issues we had, to only let themselves down again with the after care support from buying a car from them.
The car we chose on the initial visit had bodywork issues that were looked at and fixed before we collected the car, but on the day we collected there was another dent on the car that we wanted looking at, we were basically given the choice of leaving the car with them for the bodyshop to take a look at, the sales person heavily hinted it wouldn't be fixed due to position on the car. Or we could take the car that day and the dent would be our problem from there. We were in a bit of a bind as insurance etc was all setup for the new car and expectation was to collect the new car without issue, very disappointing.
Also on the day of collection we were told the cars second key had been lost and we were going to have to visit the store again to get a new key programmed and someone would call us about the key AND the dent the following week. This was the end of June, it is now mid August and key is still not replaced. We have rang them and been told a second key is a perk and that they were being exceptionally kind in offering a replacement! They've blamed the main dealer in being slow sending out a blank key.
I have to resort back yo the first review now and say this available car store is the worst I've ever used, from feeling fobbed off and forgotten to frustrated from lack of support. We won't be using them again!

After the purchase of my car in June. I noticed the drivers side door seal was hanging off so booked my car in September for it to be repaired. Available car said they were unable to fix and needed to order a new one in. Had to wait 4 weeks for this and went today and they were yet again unable to repair it as they had ordered the part for the wrong car model. So now i have to wait another 4 weeks for it to be done highly frustrated and dont reckon much to the aftercare team at available car sutton!

I don't usually leave reviews but I've had such a good experience with Available Car recently in regards to a car I bought in Feb. Unfortunately the front tyre started squeaking after 3-months and due to COVID-19 the 3-months overran. However, they still took my car in and will be sorting out the breaks and another issue that they found that would of affected the car in a few years time! Absolutely awesome.
