Didn't hate it , but if your looking to buy a car , make it a day out . Couldn't find us a good deal after 3 hours of messing around ???? Went to Car Shop at Sheffield . Got the car I wanted , cheaper , newer and no messing . Also took my daughter as she bought her previous car from Available . Offered her a pittance . Back to Car Shop . Good deal , and she got a year old car ! BINGO !!!

Great place to go while looking for a new car, the cars are sorted by size and all seem to be in good condition. The staff leave you alone (unless you want a test drive which can be arranged very quickly, usually within 30 mins) and all the cars are open for you to look inside. They take cars in part exchange or offer finance is required. It can get. Bit cold here as outside is very exposed so if you are going in winter I would recommend wrapping up warm!

Viewed a vehicle today.Mercedes SLC. Initial offer rejected, but successfully obtained a further£5000 than their initial offer.
Two queries , loose door liner, crack to visual entertainment display. They wouldn't repair the screen!!!At £20000, you would expect more.Lost business-----????

Lovely staff plenty of choice of cars and they were very helpful for me buying my first car. The staff were not pushy and didn’t follow me around pressuring me. They explained everything fully and never tried to hide any information or pull the wool over my eyes.

This is a fantastic place anyone looking for a car . There is such a good choice . My friend brought one and he was so pleased with it . The good thing is while your looking no one bothers you but they're there when you want to know anything . I would definately recommend. this place to any one looking for a decent second hand car

Myself and my family have bought our last 5 cars from here. Unfortunately, there was a couple of issues with the car within the 3 months of buying it. They had it in to look at it, to cut a long story short they told me there was nothing wrong with it. Months on and due to hot weather and being stood still in traffic I find that there was something wrong by my engine overheating. As I expected they won’t touch it with a barge pole. £340 down with egg on my face. I had heard a couple of negative stories but didn’t believe them but turns out they were right. Won’t be using them again. In my opinion they are a company without morals. Very disappointed.

Called in to look at car seen on internet. Very welcoming and organised. No pressure to buy and happy for you just to have a look around. Wish the Automatic cars had a large sign in the window to make it easier to find or in one area to save time.

Shopping Experience - poor - Takes ages for what should be a simple process. A Click and collect button on the website would save all this fuss as the sales team are their primarily to sell you the add-ons. No added value in dealing with a person as they only know what is on the screen. (And that wasn't correct!)
Price Promise - means diddly squat - they use every clause possible to dismiss potential price matching - Ditch it and save needlessly upsetting your potential customers.
Payment - refuse credit card payment for anything over £200 and try to push their own 7.9% money making scheme.
Part exchange - offer no more than webuyanycar - might as well take it there.

Very pushing sales on car waxing, gap insurance, alloy wheel insurance turns a positive experience to negative donation to a charity taken for granted £200 reserve fee really how much interest are they making on this.I sincerely hope my card details are safe if not I know who to blame. My advice go to a dealership.

Excellent service from Available Car in Sutton-in-Ashfield! Went with no idea what I wanted with my old car having died. They gave me the freedom to look through the entire showroom without being hassled, make a list of the ones I liked and took me on a test drive in them all, no questions asked. Once I'd picked the one I wanted. their professional team kept me in the loop of what was going on and I had a new car the very next day! Very happy with the service, I will be going back when this car meets the same fate! Thanks everyone.

Been on many occasions and previously bought a vehicle from here. I find the cars to be very well prepared , always very clean and immaculate. Best thing is the staff are NEVER pushy for a sale - so refreshing. Great place to browse and get ideas for your next car, vehicles always reasonably priced too.
Can usually test drive within 10-20 minutes any vehicle. Although the test drives are short and only allow dual carriageway driving - could be better but understand they have a lot to fit in.
Cheap refreshments too and play area keeps kids entertained while you look.

This is a large operation with no shortage of staff and facility. It does pretty much as advertised and is family friendly. I liked the absence of 'pressure selling' but was disappointed that the prices displayed couldn't be negotiated. This said, the display price attracted the initial interest. The handover is a little time consuming, even laborious, but it all made sense and was thorough. I would repeat the experience

You know when You go to a car sales room and all they do is suffocate you with wanting to help sell you a car? Well fear not! Here you never have that problem. Seriously they introduce themselves and then let you get on with it! They also give you a handy stock list of all the cars they have and their specs so easy to know what's there!
Large selection of cars - well set out so easily to find which car you're after!
I really did enjoy looking around inside and outside!

After a lot of consideration and looking at various car sales companies, I selected available car for their selection and price. They gave a good trade in deal, however, they basically mislead me on the car prep.
The car was in their overflow car park and very untidy. After test drive I pointed out the car needed a thorough clean, green algae on window seals, marks in interior where people had splashed drinks, wheels needed a good clean, and dashboard etc was very dusty, and windscreen had marks from I can only suppose a sales board.
However on collection when it had gone dark, and I couldn't see it properly, the sales guy even told me when asked that they had DONE the final prep.
But very clearly in daylight it was apparent they had done nothing other than put the mats back and a quick Hoover. Not impressed when I spend nearly 20k on a car!
However, their comprehensive warranty package including RAC cover for 2 years is a great deal. Peace of mind covers practically everything that could break including electronics etc. Essential with modern cars.

A very disappointing experience.
My wife and I drove the 50 miles round trip twice last week to check out the stock of Available Cars. We decided that we would like to purchase a Hyundai i30 that they had for sale. After a test drive we told the salesman that we were happy to go ahead with the sale. We were introduced to Adam, sales manager, who straight away tried to get us to take out a loan on the car at what I thought was a steep 7.9% rate of interest. I told him that we wouldn't need a loan as the funds were all in place. All was going well until I asked the simple question of "is the 2 a half years left on the manufactures warranty still in place and transferable?"
Adam told me that he wasnt sure but would find out and let me know the next day. After a couple of days because I hadn't heard from Adam I called him and he still didn't know about the warranty. I was told that he had got the head office on the case and would have the answer shortly. Still no news after another 2 days so I called Available Cars again only to be told once more that they couldn't give me any more news but were chasing up Hyundai for an answer. An hour or so later Adam rang me up and told me that I cannot now purchase the car as they had sold it to someone else. I must say I wasn't too pleased and I don't think it's a very professional way to conduct business.
P.S. At no time was I asked to leave a deposit on the vehicle and we were led to believe that the car was ours.

Love this place and have bought our last 2 cars from there. Not at all pushy and all staff are polite and friendly. Boot catch broke on my wifes Fiat 500 5 months after we bought it and they fixed it with a new catch no questions asked. Great service as they only really have to fix it up to 3 months.
