Stumbled onto this little joint. Very friendly and with some lovely outdoor seating. Coffee was good thought slightly pricey. Seemed to be a good selection of breakfast and lunch items available.

There are many places to eat, but we chose this one on a random. Food was nice, priced reasonably, a little tight inside if you have a pram Recommended.

Having enjoyed their coffee at both locations (Lewes Road and Queens Road), I am now enjoying it at home by buying their great quality coffee beans. Delivered to my door by Karl, one of the owners, it's a great blend that's really mature and rounded. the best way to start the day!

have you ever heard of ordering a “cheeseburger without cheese” joke? well, that happened funnily to us; we ordered tuna sandwich that they forgot to put the tuna in ???? the nice staff were accommodating enough to offer us free refills once we finished our coffees. all in all it was a nice cafe with chill vibes and lovely start for our Brighton trip.

Really good scrambled eggs and really great fried tomatoes for breakfast. Lovely atmosphere, staff work hard and are friendly. Can't believe I passed by so many times! "I'll be back" :-)

It was wet and nasty outside last Thursday morning. I found this coffee house warm and inviting. I had a mint tea fresh leaves and soothing just the ticket.

What a cosy little find. I specially loved the little book store - I managed to snap up some incredible titles for dirt-cheap. Good coffee and friendly helpful staff.

Really friendly staff, good coffee, was there on a sunny Sunday morning, with good upbeat music, homemade brownie and a delicious flat white. Loved it.

The best tea ever which has helped our cold. I think they made it from sliced ginger, cinnamon stick, star anise, lemon and honey. Great and likeable place.

We came in 20 min after opening but chairs still stacked up and the person works there still preparing the cafe. Did not give us menu. Ignored us but serve a lady who came after us for takeaway coffee. Saw the worker cook scrambled eggs in microwave. This is not how a cafe make fresh cooked food! Left this place and will NEVER go back. Do not go there! Went to an excellent cafe 5 min walk away.

Small, cosy coffee shop on Queen's Rd serving excellent coffee and other hot/cold beverages and a wide range of food items. Staff are friendly and service is always first rate. Well worth a visit if you live in Brighton (in which case you probably already know of it), or are visiting the town.

Friendly staff and fast service with a good selection of snacks and light bites to choose from. The coffee is lovely and they have a variety of teas and cold drinks on offer. It's a great place for a quick stop or there are spots at the back of the cafe where you can set up camp and ignore the hustle and bustle of the city.

Nice coffee and tasty breakfast. Morning hours because it's east faced, it gets lots of sun so it's great for getting yourself some warmth while enjoying your drink. Fair prices.

Not satisfied. Different people at the counter provide very different level of service. One day my smoothie and breakfast were great and other two times I could not eat really.

Really close to the train station, so it's a super nice place to stop by if you're waiting for a train. The pasteries are a pound if you by a drink.also this is close to the Friday street food market so it's nice if you're in town early.

I went there in the weekend and ordered a piece of the vegan chocolate cake, it was over 3£ and she actually cut the piece in half! I'm guessing because it was the last piece and the cake area was starting to look a bit empty but I thought it was quite a waste of money to pay over 3£ for a piece and then you get half of it. I regret not complaining about it! I also ordered an oat latte but got a soy latte. They were very friendly but the experience was kind of annoying.

Breakfast came an hour late, no refund or any kind gesture has been offered. I used to work 4 years in a restaurant, and for one hour late I always did offer something. The server lady was really apologetic. Food was tasty, but my girlfriend did ask the sandwich without cheese and it came with it after one hour late. We hope that the bread was gluten free at least. We can not judge it yet, hopefully no side-effect will show up as it can show up in 1-2 days also. I do jot reccomend this place.

Ordered two toasties for delivery which came cold. Both were very small and hardly toasted, one was just a very small croissant stuffed with a bit of cheese and tomato. Definitely not worth what we paid.

Good friendly cafe, with a reasonable selection of food and drinks, we used a Groupon for cream tea, Groupon wants you to book on line but does on pass this information to the cafe. In a good spot coming from town or the station
