A little pricey, but really good healthy and hearty cafe food. A fruit tea, eggs Benedict and home-made hash browns was £8.70 for me. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Found this cute little 50’s inspired cafe on google, it had such good reviews and it didn’t disappoint! Super cozy and welcoming atmosphere, huge menu card, great value for money - I could not decide what I wanted most, so I asked them if they could make my favourite breakfast: poached eggs on avocado toast served with their special hash browns. YUMMY!

Absolutely lovely little bright corner cafe. Food was delicious, beautifully presented. They didn't have spinach to make the eggs Florentine I ordered so offered to do it with avocado and mushrooms and it was even better with delicious hollandaise sauce. Food tasted fresh and healthy. Lovely teas, coffees and milkshakes and staff so friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

A quaint restaurant with large windows. Wonderful customer service. However the food is very heavy and greasy and the portion sizes are enormous. All food is made with high quality ingredients.

The best local cafe in Brighton. Went there at 10am and there was already a queue. But it doesn’t take long for us to get seats. Googled best cafe in Brighton and this cafe comes out first. Worth a try if you are in Brighton. The toffee pancake is delicious and not too sweet. I love it when they have vegetarian English breakfast as I am muslim and can’t have the usual English breakfast that comes with bacon. The chocolate mint milkshake is a nice touch too for the pancake as a combo.

Lovely diner/cafe? Extremely accommodating and the guests were awesome to, they moved their entire group to another table to allow my family to more comfortably sit. The food was also amazing, native US guy here and their big breakfast plate was on point ????

A really cozy eatery serving large portions at reasonable prices. The all day breakfast items are recommended. Their milkshakes are pretty good too. The nice gentlemen made us his first peanut butter milkshake. It was very nice, thank you. If you find your self in Brighton, definitely give this place a try. There aren't many tables, but we had no issues.

Very cozy with very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, be sure to take your time for it. I was in a bit of a hurry as I had to catch my train and I very much regret it.
Since it’s so small, you may find that it’s full so make sure you’re there early for breakfast.

It's not a greasy spoon but the fried breakfasts are a bit different if you want to be adventurous. We had two farm house breakfasts with melted cheese on top. A traditional English and sausage sandwich and drinks £45 30. Quirky but worth the visit

Been in America for four months and really longing for a full English. Billie's was exactly what I wanted. Delicious thick sausage, bacon cooked to perfection, crunchy toast covered in butter and great mushrooms. Served in a cosy, friendly location all for a reasonable price.

This is a lovely little café. We had breakfast there. Be warned (in a nice way) that there hash breakfasts are large portions! However, they are totally scrummy. Would highly recommend this place.

Ordered from Deliveroo but couldn't leave a review and had to find a way of saying how absolutely delicious our food is. I had the mushroom and avocado one and my partner had the farmhouse, both are DELICIOUS, great portion size will definitely be ordering from here again!! My new favourite breakfast ????

We came to this place under the recommendation of many a positive review online. They forgot our beans and everything we did receive was quite disappointing. I really don't understand the bizarre lack of negative reviews after paying so much for such a disappointing experience. I have unironically reconsidered ever attempting to try takeaway again after such discouragement. I want to make it clear that I could've and should've made breakfast at home and this review is really just a placebo to make me feel like I did something to right the wrongs commited against me by billies(they don't deserve an apostrophe). Sad.

A local institution, for good reason. Generous seems an understatement when describing the portions. A cute and warm environment, absolutely lovely staff and chefs and a slightly different take on a full breakfast - the farmer's hash. Come hungry if this is what you seek because we had the smaller full veggie and it is a lot smaller. Absolutely delicious, buttery bread, enough mushrooms to kill a small elephant and basically, a top place all round.

Cute little space, but considering the crowd they draw on weekend mornings I’m surprised that they have not expanded it. The fry ups are quite novel and very tasty and filling. They have quite a few vegetarian/vegan options which was nice, only their milkshakes cannot be made vegan which was kind of a let down. The service is pretty slow, though unsurprising looking at the volume of people waiting for their orders. All in all, a wonderful place to pop in for a breakfast with some friends on a Saturday morning.

The best cafe in East Hove West Brighton. Portions are massive, the price tags match and do not do justice for the quality of the absolute feast you’d be getting. Vegan and veggie options are perfect. I refrain from going here too much for the sake of my health and state of mind on other delicacies and what is truly more important in life.

The place is tremendously cozy, feels like you're in a British family's living room. The point here though is the food. Firstly, I've never felt full with less than £10 in Brighton until now. Secondly, my breakfast was an experience, the contrast between the creaminess of the beans and the crispiness of the bacon was extraordinary. Everything was well balanced. I'm definitely coming again

Got there at 3pm today and it was completely CLOSED , little man with Autism highly upset , me highly exhausted with some health problems and way too much walking for my body to cope with but could not rest as had to walk around for ages to find somewhere else , may try again tomorrow as I promised my Grandson eggs and home made hash browns which are his 2 favourite things in the world to eat! Please open till 4pm , half term?

Probably the best Egg’s Royal I’ve ever had! Both my boyfriend and I loved our breakfast so much, I definitely recommend this place. In fact next time we will back to Brighton we will probably come back here to have another delicious meal! Staff was really nice and friendly also. Thank you for having us!

Ive eaten here several times. its not the cheapest breakfast joint in town, but the breakfasts are the best, renowned for its breakfast hashes, portions are huge so you could quite easily share a hash between 2 people or take half home for a snack later. its always extremely busy and you cannot book, so i recommend getting there early on a sunday, its worth the wait if there is a que outside the door already!

Visited this quaint cafe on a friends recommendation and it did not disappoint. Great prices, lovely staff. Totally low-key and the most delicious brunch. I ordered the Mexican Hash. A huge plate appeared before me and I had a job to finish it all. Delicious. Would return.

Good little local breakfast place, with alright coffee and decent food.
The potato hash dishes are massive and super filling, a big pile of potatoes loaded with your chosen topping with cheese!!!!! So good. We didn't have to eat again til late afternoon.
Worth of stop off for brunch if in Brighton.
