I came back from vacation and my car wouldn't start. I asked City Tow Truck for a quote and if they could help me. They were great. The driver was friendly and courteous and arrived when he said he would. I could tell he was very knowledgeable when he told me it was very likely an issue with the starter just by the sound of it. I asked him if we could try jump starting it anyway, which not surprisingly did not work. I was told that there was a service fee just for coming out and doing a jump start, but if I were to have it towed to a shop, much of that cost would go into the cost of the tow, which I really appreciated. We had it towed to my auto mechanic to get my car fixed. Overall an excellent experience. I felt I was in good hands the entire time.

Great service from Frank! We had a Forklift transported to our warehouse. It was a easy process with Frank. The communication was great. Frank was able to set up a time with the seller and have it dropped off for us in no time! Will use his services again in the future!

I swerved off the road and went right into a snow bank. I tried to drive out but my wheels were spinning and I couldn't get out. I searched Google for a towing company and called a couple of them. The first three wouldn't even pick up their phones and the fourth company told me I'd have to wait almost 2 hours! When I called City Tow Truck, they gave me an estimated wait time of 45 minutes which was completely understandable considering the icy road conditions. I was more than happy to take it. Thankfully they came on time and the job was done at a fair price. Thank you again for your help! I highly recommend City Tow Truck.

I've only had to have my car towed a couple times in my lifetime. Out of all those times, this tow truck company had the fastest service. I was told that they would dispatch a driver immediately and that my maximum wait time for me would be about 30 minutes. The driver arrived at my location in a few minutes early. He was very friendly and kind. Refreshing, compared to past experiences I've had from other tow companies. In my opinion, they are very reasonably priced and I highly recommend them!

Reliability at an affordable price. I got my car stuck in the snow last winter trying to drive out of Vancouver. I searched for a towing service and this was the company that answered and arrived on time, unlike other companies I contacted who left us waiting in the cold. I recommend City Tow Truck for their fast and friendly service.

The lights in our car were accidentally left on and the battery died. We needed to jump start the battery and didn't know who to call. We found City Tow Truck and they were able to get to us fairly quickly to give us a jump start. We had to get to Langley for an appointment (from Vancouver). Although we couldn't make our appointment for our original time, we were able to call ahead to shift our appointment by about 30 min and still got to our appointment that day thanks to the fast service. Thank you!

Canadians (at least these ones) are awesome! A group of us were traveling from out of town and it was our first time visiting Vancouver. Our car broke down and we were stranded on the side of the road blocking some traffic. We called City Tow Truck and they responded really quickly, getting a tow truck to us within 40 minutes during rush hour. Other companies we called were giving us longer ETAs. They were very polite and took great care making sure we got to the mechanic shop and had all we need to be on our way again. Their professionalism and humor turned what could have been a horrible experience into a positive one.

I had the best experience with them. Usually you hear about how rude tow truck companies are--like Busters, who I had a terrible experience with in the past. The guys at City Tow Truck are really friendly and helpful. My car died in Vancouver and I had them send me a tow truck to tow me back to my mechanic in Richmond. The tow truck driver arrived when he said he would and I got to ride along with him back to Richmond. Their prices are very reasonable and they handled my car with great care. I've got their number saved on my phone in case I need them again.

- Called a couple times from different numbers and left messages which was kinda weird (I can't answer calls at work), but if you see Peter Towing or Canada Towing on your caller ID, it's them.
- Delivered my motorcycle earlier than expected with minimal hassle.

The tow came before than expected even though it was rush hour. Peter is very experienced and helped me to get the job done hassle free. Great company! I was in the Vancouver on business for a conference and my rental actually broke down (second time this happened to me this year, needless to say I'm NOT going to be going with that rental company any more!), but the guys at City Tow Truck definitely bailed me out. Of course I didn't get the insurance that covers roadside insurance and towing when I rented my car, so I thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg for the tow. But it was actually quite affordable! (under $100) so I was stoked! Thanks guys for the great service!

Super friendly service, Frank on the phone was quick and funny. The price was fair. Peter the driver arrived with a platform tow truck (my prefered method, since the differential and transmission are not turning while being towed) he secured the car nicely and cautiously. Very nice guy he even called to confirm after delivering the car to the garage.
