Harvey helped me out a couple weeks ago with a tire repair that unfortunately turned into a tow despite his best efforts. He was kind and professional and really went above and beyond to give me great service. Without a doubt if I had to call a tow truck again it would be from Advance. Knowledgeable and friendly service and the cheapest tow I've ever had!

I thank you very much for your efforts, care, patience, and efficiency. My modified vehicle with an extremely low front bumper and needed to be towed to a repair facility.
I called Advance Towing
to tow my modified vehicle with a flat deck. Driver was polite, he cared about my vehicle, took the time to load and unload with efficiency. He was calm under pressure while my vehicle was being loaded onto his flat deck.
He was extremely skilled, while working efficiently against time. He is an extremely valuable member of your team. He is an excellent role model. Thank you so much .

Our truck died on our way up to Cypress and we needed a tow back to Squamish. Advanced Towing was quick respond and had a driver to us within 30 minutes. The whole process was quick and painless. The driver, Alireza, was professional, courteous and provided great service without any delay. I would highly recommend Advanced Towing.

Amazing customer service! I had a trailer parked in a tight spot, could not get it with my truck. Described the situation to the driver(truck 77), came to the location without hesitation, took a look and said "we will try". Had the trailer out and on the street in 25 minutes. Both busters and mundies did not even come to look, both dispatchers said it wasn't possible. 5 stars for a great attitude, great service, and a really fair price!

Absolute best service I have witnessed in a LONG time! I needed a tow for my car and I called Advanced Towing after getting ridiculously high quotes in my first two calls to other companies, but I can't say enough good things about this company. The driver called Amir was super nice!! Not only was he there in about 15 minutes, the rate he quoted me was very reasonable -HIGHLY RECOMMEND - you won't be disappointed with the service or the price!

It was the best Experience I had with a towing Company. Completely professional, Knowledgeable, considerate.
My car broke down and I called Advance towing to take it to mechanic shop. They showed up on time and they were very nice and took the car and on the way dropped me at home as well. The next morning the Mechanic shop called me and they were upset that I left the car on their driveway. I explained to them that I have towed the car and ask the driver to leave it in the driveway.
I called advance towing and ask them if they can go and move the car out of the driveway. They showed up right away and moved the car to the street.
They did not even charge me for the second tow. They were so nice that since then I have given their number to all my friends and family.

When I called to get an estimate I was told it'd be like 60-65 dollars to tow it 5kms to a shop for tire repair. Driver shows up and I get the bill and it was literally double the amount of 125 dollars! And when paying they had the audacity to ask for tip as well lol.
Driver was friendly and courteous but was not wearing a mask when interacting with him. I think ill try a different company next time.

Just paid a premium price to bring my car from one shop to another less than 13kms total. Was willing to pay the price because it was recommended by Midas so I believed the service would be top notch.
The driver was super rude and impatient. Did not compose himself well and was unhelpful- spoke very poorly to my girlfriend.
Would not recommend.

On March 08, 2020 I called my insurance company belairdirect to have my car towed out of the underground parking. To make a long story short, my car was damaged as the car was towed up the ramp out of the garage. The strap gave way and my car rolled down the ramp crashing against the security fencing. As it turns out, Advance Towing did not have any insurance at the time of the accident so I have to pay $500. Seems to me the Advance Towing and bellairdirect are both liable. Time to sue!

Horrible service. Requested my car to be towed to Abbotsford from Vancouver. They agreed first, then didn’t inform me of otherwise. My car sat in their Vancouver lot for hours, until i had to go to their office. To add to it, they did not pick up calls or have someone attend to me at their office, while my car sat in their lot. Finally called ICBC, asked the case manager to reach out to the towers, only after which they took my calls. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I had to tow a large school bus from vancouver to Nanaimo. The availability was amazing, they were there for me right away. I called around for other quotes. Their quote for the job was less then half that of their competitors. My driver was early for pickup, friendly and just a all around good dude. I think being a tow truck driver can be a hard job, but these guys do it with a smile on their face. I would highly recommend them to others

THE best and most reliable towing company. They care to help you and they do it super quickly. Craig came within minutes and it took him less than a minute to unlock my car.

I made a call at 11pm after being stood up or ghosted by another tow truck company .
Advance towing guaranteed me they would be there .
Underground parking , super low ceilings and Mohammad safely towed out my 1967 122s .
5 stars I would give 6 if I could .
This company is stand up and they don't give up until the jobs done .

Our car wouldn't start but luckily Advance Towing was also in the parking lot and offered to help. Craig was super helpful, explained all of the potential causes, and even tried to boost our car. I hopefully won't need a tow truck anytime soon, but if I do, I'll be calling Advance Towing.

I had an unusual request, and Mo at Advance was really kind, thoughtful, and professional in helping me resolve it on short notice.
I live out ot town and was trying to help my elderly mom deal with her car which had broken down across town. Mo came up with several good suggestions, and ended up towing the vehicle from Vancouver back to the North Shore at a very fair rate. The job was done within a couple hours, at exactly the rate quoted, and Mo even offered to send me pictures of where the vehicle was left by the truck. No upcharges, no runaround, no hassles.

(I called TowTruckNow and got patched through to Mo at Advance towing--I guess TTN is just a referral service. In the future I would just call Advance directly).

STAY AWAY! Why? Where do I even start... First, the driver of the tow truck was trying to line up the t-bar lift and forgot to put my car in park so it almost rolled to hit the parked car in front of me on the street. Then when returning to my car, he turned my ignition key when the car was already on. The screeching sound that came from my car made us cringe. He proceeded to take the car to Stan's transmission where I learned the driver did not hook up the car correctly and took this picture. I'm not sure why but he sees this every day so I trust him. The Drive also released the car too soon while on the sloped entrance of the shop, so the transmission technicians had to put wood planks under the car so we could drive it off the lift.
While the technicians were checking to see if my car was damaged from the incorrect set up, the driver proceeded to lower the car. One tech had his head under the front tire and the body of the car surrounding that ended up hitting him at the top of the head. The driver showed no remorse and even argued it was the fault of the technicians. He should be taking into account safe practices for your car and other humans but clearly doesn't care.
I called and reported the incident to a manager at Advance Towing and he said he would call Stan's Transmission to apologize. I confirmed with Stan's that this did not happen. Unethical company that doesn't care about you or your car, go elsewhere. But if you have a transmission issue, take it to Stan's.

Would rate them at 0 stars if possible. Tow truck driver damaged my vehicle during the tow back to my house. He didn't lock the steering wheel properly and he damaged my front bumper on a curb when taking a turn. After delivering my vehicle, he drove off before I realized the damage he caused to my vehicle. I called him right away as he could only have been a few blocks away and he refused to come back and told me to send him pictures of the damages. After that conversation I never heard from him again as he ignored my calls and texts. I got in touch with customer service, they asked for details and promised to rectify the situation. That was over a week ago and I haven't heard from them again. Terrible company and terrible customer service. I recommend avoiding them at all costs and going with a more reputable company.

Not a good experience. Driver was arrogant, tried to tell me that my car wasn't all wheel drive and dragged it anyway. Continued to argue with me, like I don't know my own vehicle ?? charged more than quoted for an All Wheel Drive. Unpleasant experience won't use or recommend.

Lied about charge: quoted 65$ and was charged 90 for short tow between two locations in east van. Driver was sent to wrong location by dispatcher, making him very late, and then refused to use wheel dollies on the back wheels despite car needing them, saying he would charge even more for their use. Extremely frustrated and will not use this service Again.

My experience with it yesterday was great! Arrived 20 minutes after call and the charge was around C$92 after tax for around 20 minutes towing service and another 15 minutes free drive and wait for me to get the cash (my debit card didn't work with their device). The driver was really nice, experienced and skillful, and I think is highly recommendable!
