We run Walt's Towing And Automotive Services and we had to pick up a truck from the tow yard and right from the min I went in to deal with the truck there service was very good and the yard guy to very nice . Thanks for getting me on my way quickly.

Reckless towing! Buster truck drive dragged my AWD SUV forward with rear wheels STILL RUBBING AGAINST GROUND for about 5 meters! And nearby worker took a video footage of this, after I picked up my SUV and I instantly noticed metal rubbing noise/high pinch noise from my front diff case. The person who gave my the video footage claimed that this is not the first time they have seen reckless towing by Buster tow truck driver!
Tried to send an email to office@busterstowing.com, but this email was not even in use.
This is ridiculous!

In my 11 years of driving I've never had so much as a parking ticket and yet I finally managed to park in the wrong spot and forgot I needed to move. Got towed, but it was easy to get my car back and wasn't an outrageous charge. Cashier was lovely and kind. 10/10 getting towed experience, made it to dinner on time.

When you deal with these guys you're usually mad so I don't see anything being above one star with this company. The dispatch was no help when I phone them and the police took half an hour of convincing before they believed me over this tow truck driver who could barely speak English. I believe if you work with the public you should be able to communicate either in English or French. This makes it much easier to communicate without getting the police involved. Everything worked out in the end with absolutely no help from Buster's Towing.

What a cut-throat towing company! I parked my van in a commercial allowed spot and I got towed. I’ll definitely dispute this ticket. Very stealthy and sneaky employees! Real black belt ninjas!

Got my car towed yesterday from Buster's.The driver was amazing very nice very courteous but when I went to go pay with a Visa card he had to call the number into the shop in order to it for it to be processed. What century is Buster's towing in? The 19th century is the answer.Get your drivers with some POS systems in their truck so they can save time and go out and do more calls to make more money for your business. Wow what a concept. Ownership needs to wake up. Its the 21 century. Hello???

Lost our business for being rude and trying to charge us an extra 40$ for waiting 5mins for an e-transfer to come in so we could pay the fee which ended up somehow being declined even tho the money was in the account. Do not recommend them to anyone

My car was towed. When I called to find out how much I owed lady on the phone said Get here before midnight Sunday the cost will be $147.00 I arrived Sunday @130 am Saturday night for most people they charged me $187.00 my car was towed from the end of the street by McDonald's there on 1st Avenue. It's weird that when they tow a car at midnight its considered the same day. 12am Saturday is still Friday to them. But when you pick up your car 12 am all or a sudden becomes the next day. Not to mention the police new the driver by name and said we have another one for you the cop also talked up busters. I quote they are very good best in the business will take care of your car. Which they did no issues with their work. Just their charging habits. Car was there exactly 24hrs but because it was after 12AM when I paid it's two days. Crooks and the police and legislators are worse. Cops decided I was drunk no road side test was given. I demanded one. Car gets impounded for 24hrs. And busters has a deal with VPD to get all the impounded vehicles there for the money and free Government advertising. BC is such a liberal shithle I dont understand how people can deal with all this monopoly and corruption. Drugs druggies and rats run rapid and the VPD make up charges as they go along.

Unprofessional, lack of accountability for damage, and they are not careful or respectful of owners vehicles. I have seen a car fall off while being jacked up and the bumper nearly ripped off, I guarantee the owner was not informed. Twice they towed my car, the alarm went off and they damaged the battery, they did not mention anything to me about the alarm and within a week I had to buy a new battery. Steer clear at all costs

Absolute Horrible company, I had a ticket, my fault, went to move my car, as walking to my vehicle to move it. Driver backs in and lift my car and demands that I pay a fee to lower my car or he will take it to the impound. I was there to move my car and if I wasn't I would understand the tow. The driver's aggressive attitude, fowl language, bad personal hygiene clearly represent this company. It's a shame the Better business bureau rates this company A+, I would rate as a F-

Transmission was stuck and tow truck driver almost broke our shifter trying to unjam it, even after we told him that blunt force wouldn't work. Proceeded to threaten to leave without towing our car six times in ten minutes. Damaged garage door pillar while towing the car out. Excessive cursing and rudeness. *DID NOT WEAR A MASK* the entire time. Can't believe our car dealership recommended this company. DO NOT GIVE BUSTERS YOUR BUSINESS, GO ELSEWHERE.

Instructions were given to dispatcher and tow truck driver as to which shop and address my truck needed to be towed to after my accident yesterday morning... that request was not fulfilled even after offering payment instead of Icbc. My truck is sitting in their lot. I’m frustrated and no one is willing to help, manager is only available weekdays....
My friends shop is also still waiting for my vehicle to arrive. Ridiculous. I will never call busters again.

Had a Mercedes crash through my garage and across my new car and into my back yard under sundeck. Tow truck number 91 Onjay remove the SUV from the back yard and up four stairs through my garage and out to the lane. With no further damage to my property. A huge THANKS TO HIM. Did I mention with all the neighbors watching.

Extremely high storage fees, tow fee, unhelpful and unwilling to give a reasonable answer to not allowing people to get personal belongings out of car unless they pay up to the date of impoundment. In bed with VPD and ICBC. $350 to retrieve my vehicle.

Excellent service and Covid precautions. If you're lucky enough to visit here, you'll find staff who are friendly and willing to listen to whatever you need to get off your chest. You may even run into VPD personal, who are always willing to serve the public. Plenty of EVO parking out front as well!

The depot is in a hard place to reach especially if you don't have a friend to give you a ride there. 24/7 hrs for pickup is convenient however, and the people there seemed professional. The price is high for such a basic service, but this is Vancouver.

I called for an unlock and was surprised at how quickly truck 05 came to help. He was extremely kind and was swift in doing his job very carefully. Despite it being rather unfortunate, he made the whole ordeal rather pleasant.
This was my first ever experience with this company and although I was a little hesitant to call them for help (after looking at reviews), I decided to do it anyways. Hopefully I wont have to call them again. Thanks again truck 5!

Absolute con artists - steal your car, don't tell you they have it (you have the registration, it's not hard to get a phone number from that), then charge you for holding it there.
It would be fair enough if the price wasn't so absurd. I was not aware that it had been towed and ended up getting charged almost $300. It's an obvious scam when things like a fuel surcharge are $15 for a 2 km tow. Dishonest, shameful, and pathetic way to earn a living.

Work car wouldn't start a few weeks back, in the middle of the night in a sketchy part of town. Even tried jumping the battery with a coworker's car, but it still wouldn't start.
Buster's dispatcher was friendly and informative.
Buster's tow operator was friendly and prompt, probably waited for only about 15 minutes, even though they said they were quite busy that night.

They took my truck off a busy dusty Street and politely moved it to a secure parking lot, where it was much less dusty. I didn't even ask them too, it wasn't that expensive either, the whole experience was pain free, quick, and cheap. All I ask is that they hire someone to drive you back to where they've taken the cars during the day. 10/10 will be towed by Buster's again.

Watching them circle the 2 hour parking areas in Vancouver especially near medical clinic's shows the level of intergrity this company lacks.
We had a patient towef from a 2 hour parking near our clinic when she had been there for 1 hour 45 mins. She had taken pictures of the signs and her car as soon as she parked.
They circle like vultures and for the commission they earn.
