Visited OF2G after being referred by a friend. Darren the owner was fantastic, taking ample time to explain the cost and benefits of each furniture item. I could not recommend any further. I will be sure to use them again when re-decorating our business. Thanks again.

Went to buy a used desk, chap wanted the same price as a new desk, told him it was too expensive, he asked me to take my business elswhere. i did so and saved over £100. Thanks

Darrell spent an hour of quality time with my husband and I. He was very helpful and patient in going through different suggestions to meet our requirements. I would thoroughly recommend OF2G, they have an excellent range of new and second hand furniture.

Stopped by whilst travelling through Birmingham as saw the sign by the road. Dead easy to do business with, picked up a meeting table and chair set for a decent price. Got what i expected and am happy. Would recommend if you want furniture but at a lower cost and you are not stressed about colour/design etc.

Just surprised to keep my order without delivery and forget about it till i remember , first and last time to buy from them , i really do not recomend them to any one

Extremely pleased with the service and staff at OF2G. We required some chairs and desks and came across them as we were driving to view our new office location. They are based on the Tyburn road which is extremely accessible. The Tables & Chairs were delivered to our new office (for free) at a price we couldn't have found cheaper any where else. OF2G have provided us with exceptional service as well as furniture. The items we had were good quality & looked great in the office. The staff were friendly & provided a delivery & install service at a reasonable price. Would not hesitate in using them again & would certainly recommend to others

Found these guys through Google and decided to go and see what was available in store. Not long after arriving I was greeted and showed around the showroom to take a look at the desks since I was after a good quality used desk. Customer service was brilliant and the desks they showed me in the showroom looked brand new but at a much better price than new. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and will likely be using this business in the future.

We ordered 25+ chairs for our office and each one is deteriorating. Apparently a manufacturer issue with the arms so we purchase news arms. Email communication was slow, having to chase Darrell on several occasions. Delivery has at least a 2week lead time (even for just 1 chair). Upon arriving to replace the arms Darrell Connock (director) was extremely rude. Turns out the arms didn't need to replacing (as he had stated by email), just the pads but he insisted on taking the arms we had paid for back as he had "still fixed the chairs" Safe to say we will not be ordering from them again. Darrell is completely unprofessional and needs to work on his customer service skills.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I come here looking for a filling cabinet and as you do you look for the one that's the best quality. i.e. drawers shutting properly minimal dents and scratches. I was being served by what looked like the owner of the establishment however his service was the worst I ever encountered. I asked if he had the keys for the ones that I thought were in good condition he went and got 1 key back. Now it was a 3 drawer filling cabinet which was flush against others so you couldn't really see the condition of the sides or back. I agreed a price of £50 and asked if he takes card and he said he will have to charge me VAT if i pay by card which was quite suspicious as he probably trying to avoid the tax man. Now I went to get the cash out although I would've still asked for a receipt of sale. When I arrived again he had taken it out on a trolley. When inspecting it again it had a load of dents across the sides and there seemed to be a massive stain of coffee or something brown on the back. I asked if he could wipe it and he reluctantly brought out a cloth which looked like it came from the sewage and some spray. When I asked him if the other ones were in better condition he said. "you're ******* messing me about, i already got 3 for you" I said that he had only got the one out but he was referring to the keys. I'm sorry but if your trying to sell filling cabinets it obvious the customers are going to ask for the keys. When i said he only got the one out he must of lost a marble as he said "don't ******* have it". I was quite shocked at the way he does business and the way he speaks to customers. I was like okay no problem I can find one elsewhere. now i don't know about anyone else but if you expect to make a profitable business talking to customers like that i really do pity you. As for the conditions of the filling cabinets they really were not that great some don't close and are so badly scratched that it looks like they were thrown down a flight of stairs. Please people avoid like the Plague unless you like being sworn at. I hope this review is extensive enough people. Have a nice day, and some advice for the owners: please lighten up, you really don't do business like that. if i could give 0 out of 5 i would but 1 is the lowest. This was around September/October 2015 I just edited the review as it was not coming up.

Come on, grow some brains please, a little kindness every now and then will go a long way. Unprofessional, rude attitude, I would never ever come near this place ever again. Avoid if you can too.

I have dealt with Office furniture 2 Go for nearly ten years and I have still never found an alternative supplier who can hit the pricing I want whilst maintaining a great level of pre and post sales service. I have always found furniture purchasing a bit of a pain, full of delays - damaged goods on arrival and goods different to those ordered, but I have never experience any of these issues (touch wood!) since i switched over to using them as a main supplier. I have used them for single chairs all the way through to some sizable installs for my clients and on each occasion and out of all of the furniture suppliers I've used (and I've used a lot) they are head and shoulders above the rest.

Worst customer services I have ever dealt with. Bought a chair which caused me backache, rang them to return and was asked to bring for exchange. Attended office and they denied exchange or refund. I purchased filing cabinets and desks from them (worth more than £400) as well but exchanging only £35 chair made him feel diarrhoea. Would not recommend at all

Such a great company to deal with. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

Bought 20 chairs, a couple had parts missing, got to say 1st class at resolving the issue and would recommend to people, and rest assured if things go wrong as they do from time to to these did their best to resolve the issues,
