Great customer service! I ordered a desk for my daughter, which, it turned out, was not actually in stock. Sam emailed me straight away to offer me a refund or gave me the option to wait until it came back in. Unfortunately there were supply issues (as it was coming from China), and I ended up having to wait a few months. Sam kept me updated with regular emails and even price-matched it when I found it cheaper elsewhere. Highly recommend.

Happy to take your money, tell you that an item is in stock, give you a projected delivery, and then renege on all of the above via email of all means, no courtesy call..., what happened to customer service?! Thanks for nothing!!!

Ordering from the website wasn't that easy - all items ordered did not appear on the on-line form.
However when I called the supplier the staff were very friendly and confirmed that the order had been received.
I was updated with progress on processing the order and delivery dates.
