Total frauds. Sent miss fitting product back don’t think was genuine Nike, I paid for postage Royal Mail and used the companies own label. When I asked about my refund they claimed they hadn’t receive it and it was sent to the wrong postcode despite them sending their pre printed label. Then very poor and cocky responses from the company and not interested in the slightest. Avoid at all costs.

I bought a pair of Dr Martens shoes from these. After less than 3 months of light wear the sole split at the welt. I contacted ShuCentre and got a curt reply as follows: "We can not accept this due to the timescale of the product being worn." Not even an apology. I replied to their email and didn't even get an acknowledgement. I spoke with Dr Martens and they recognize this as a manufacturing defect which they guarantee for 12 months and in some cases beyond. My advice is buy direct from Dr Martens and don't buy from these.

I have buying a shoes on 30 nov 2018 from shu center raopura area vadodara Gujarat india. Our Stoll crack both shoes. I have visited at raopura branch. He talked with me crack and damage items not given under warranty. I have informed, when I have buying at a time you talk any problem in 6 month I will be replaced or support. But currently I have visited your shop but I have bad experience and your quality very very bad ane you are taltak Price for high quality. But your quality is very very bad not covered under 1 St to 3rd quality. Very very bad experience your shu center at retail vadodara unit. I am not happy from your shoes. My request to all person who is view this rating please don't buying shu center shoes. I am not interested for giving a one star but not other options for posting rating.

The sandals I ordered via Amazon came back quickly from Shucentre. Inside the package was a postcard sized flyer thanking me for my purchase and their contact details should I encounter any problem with the purchase (which I hasten to add, I haven't). Also, on this flyer is their website address and a saving of "...up to 15% when you order from our website." However, the website is difficult to navigate and appears to only offer safety shoes/boots and a limited clothing range. If I could have found ladies wide fitting shoes/sandals on their website I would probably have ordered another pair and possibly saved myself 15% ! They obviously sell them as I bought mine through Amazon which is an easy site to navigate.

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE - shoe arrived damaged so I sent polite email advising them of this, plus photos. No response so another email sent - their response was for me to resend original email plus the photos, which I did. I then had to prompt them to reply - they agreed to send a prepaid label for me to print off (very curt email) - the printed returns label (after I had packaged the shoes, stuck on the label and travelled to a Post Office) was not readable on the scanner - the PO were apologetic but said there was nothing they could do other than advise I get ShuCentre to send a different format - which I did. The next label was unscannable as well (Another trip to the Post Office wasted) - advised ShuCentre yet again but received nothing from them. In the end I received a label from Amazon but had to pay the postage and as the shoes were over £20 I was advised to pay for a tracked postage. This cost me over £7.00 - the shoes were delivered and I have been refunded the cost of the shoes but no refund on my postage, despite ShuCentre's website stating FREE RETURNS. I sent another email to them but they have failed (yet again ) to respond. Therefore ShuCentre are LIARS and most unpleasant to deal with. Their customer service is non-existent other than blunt 3 or 4 word emails which only arrived after sending further emails requesting they answer. DISGUSTING SERVICE - AVOID
