I can’t rave enough about PB. I picked up my rescue, Penny, on a Saturday and took her to PB on Tuesday for a groom (she was matted and needed a good groom after her travels). The staff and groomers were so understanding and treated her so well! I would trust them 100% with Penny again and know they’d treat her well and do a great job.

Very happy with our experience today. We were so nervous to leave our two Maltese girls with new people, but the staff here were wonderful at reassuring us and when we collected them only 2 & 1/2 hours later, our girls were happy and looked absolutely gorgeous. We have been taking Oscar here for years and have always been very happy. He is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel so has long ears which are always cut really well, just like the rest of him. They are very professional and Oscar always looks and smells beautiful when he leaves.
