I have been taking my Goldendoodle to Love My Human for several years and can highly recommend them. My dog gets very excited as soon as she realises we’re going there, and can’t wait to get through the door. The staff are all incredibly friendly and professional, and the quality of the grooming is excellent. They also offer useful extra services such as sonic toothbrushing, and fun but functional ones such as blueberry facials! Our dog always comes back happy, fragrant and beautifully presented. Great service ????.

An amazing owner Jenny and an amazing master groomer Evgenia..what else can I ask for my long hair Maltese Louis? In my opinion the best salon for pets in central London, love also that you can watch discreetly your little friend from the living room area they have for the parents while being groomed. I always receive a wonderful looking happy dog. Thank you!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! INJURED MY PUPPY!
Took my 8 months puppy for the second time for a full grooming service and this is what I get:
* for the 2nd time an uneven fur-cut / very disturbing visually
* they shaved his testicles and for the past 8 days his testicles have been red and swollen
* my puppy's fur was matted behind his ears, after the trim when I took him back home I observed cuts & blood around that area
£83 for having my puppy injured!

We tried a number of reputable dog groomers around the Fulham/Chelsea area and Love My Human is miles above the competition. Our two Shih Tzus always come out looking & smelling gorgeous but most importantly, very happy. It is clear that they treat all pets amazingly and care about the work they do.

Finally able to visit this shop when asked to pick up a dog boarding clients dog in the Chelsea area. A wonderful array of superb quality items which have been carefully curated by the owner and staff. Shop is beautifully laid out and super organised. Will definitely be back!

I can't recommend Love My Human enough. It was one of the best grooms my Yorkshire Terrier has had. The grooming space downstairs is absolutely lovely, with loads of space and even an outdoor area for the dogs to go. It is more like a human spa than a dog spa :-) The groomer asked lots of questions and was really interested wanted to know what I wanted in regards the groom, even asked if I had a photo of what I'd like. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I would not recommend it to anyone that loves their animal. I booked for a simple wash, and my dog came back with no fur, shaved to her skin as you can see from the picture. She is a Labradoodle, so you can only imagine being shaved to her skin, no fur left! I specifically requested that it was JUST a wash service, and they - by their initiative - completely took all her fur out. Very unprofessional service! Never going back, and would not recommend it to anyone!

I have never come across a local business that are so overwhelmingly caring and considerate for the wellbeing of their canine (and feline!) clients and their owners. The staff are always welcoming and knowledgeable and the groomers are second to none.
The products on offer are completely different to the same day to day that are on offer for your dog, from food and toys to harnesses and leads. Over the past year that I've been visiting I've thoroughly enjoyed my trips here with my dog and normally end up leaving with much more than I intended to having only brought him in for his regular groom.
I recently stopped by at the charity event they held and can tell you that love and care are at the heart of this local business. I cannot recommend you guys enough. See you soon!

Love My Human has a fantastic grooming service. Less clinical and far more human approach towards dogs. The shop is also very interestingly stocked. Apart from offering a great service, it is also an independent business which in Chelsea is becoming a rare breed. Recommend for four legged friends!

Pleasant groomers and good facilities. It's nice that you can watch - the only issue I had is that they do not crate the dogs before or after grooming which shouldn't be an issue, but I came in to find another dog owner holding my 5 month old dog and scolding her for barking. Not ideal, but also not entirely Love My Humans fault. Perhaps they could have a member of staff monitor the dogs in the waiting area if their owner is not present.

Such a lovely shop! Great products and very welcoming, attentive staff.
The best groom my dog has ever had. My dog Pippa was so relaxed and I think she made some new friends in their creche. I even ordered a harness online and it was delivered promptly and was beautifully packaged.
I will definitely be returning!

My two dogs absolutely love this place! They drag me in every time we walk down the kings road and we are always greeted with smiles and treats. There’s a lovely selection of products in store and the staff are always attentive and knowledgable. The grooming space is lovely - just like a real spa! Very spacious so plenty of room for my labradors to run round playing with all the other dogs. They always come out smelling beautifully and are reluctant to leave! It makes me very happy to know they are in such good hands. We will be coming back very soon for a Christmas groom!

My name is Lola and I am a cream dapple (on the left) and Bisou who is a silver dapple (on the right) ... and we are miniature long haired dachshunds ; we can say we had a wonderful grooming session on Tuesday 11th June, 2019 ; we had our summer clipping and were pampered by a very experienced professional bunch of humans who really loved us, like our parents !
We also had our nails done, and glands relieved...phew ! no more bottom rubbing on our parent's carpets for a while..heheh !
Bisou and I thoroughly recommend "Love My Human". We'll be going back of course.

Sadly my experience here was very negative.
Under the care of the grooming team my dog was left unsupervised on the grooming table resulting in her falling off.
I also witnessed a groomer be verbally abusive at an animal that was crying which was also captured on CCTV and acknowledged by the owner in subsequent emails with me.
I would never, ever allow my dog to be subject to any form of abuse so for that reason I would never return here.

My one gripe is that the owner doesn't seem to care about all customers equally - definitely has her favourites which can be slightly off-putting if you are a regular then see on instagram that there are functions and rewards for more 'favoured' ones that you are not invited to... lol .

Such a great Parlour! I have been taking my dog Leo for over one year now (Chocolate brown Labrador,) he is very fiesty and difficult to keep him under control, the Lovely Maisie always seems to do the best job at keeping him calm and at ease, he actually gets exited to go and see her! Maisie is not only amazing at her job but you can just tell she is very professional as well as passionate and that shows all over, I drop him off before work and collect him later that day, knowing he is in the best hands.
I can only give 5 stars, thank you Maisie and all the team at Love my Human.

An absolutely wonderful place. So welcoming to doggies and pawrents and reassuring to be able to see the groming area (which is super chic and chilled!). Humphrey looks amazing and I felt so comfortable leaving him for his first time with a new groomer.
