So far every grooming appointment I have had for my Cavalier at Just Barking has been excellent. Apart from the grooming results being great, my little fur-ball's tail starts wagging like crazy and he tries to drag me into the store every time we walk past on the street... so I feel confident that they are treating him well during his appointments and he loves being there.

Dexter hates coming to JB to the extent he will try to cross the road to avoid it and I have to drag him in. Well too bad young man - you need haircut/grooming on occasion and it has to be done. Always very friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff.
Funnily enough Dexter never complains afterwards and seems to have had a good time.

We love Just Barking. We come all the way from Hackney. My Wire Fox terrier is not the best, especially with groomers, but here he loves it. The groomers are really patient and kind, and he looks gorgeous when he comes out. I’m impressed the way they won’t bath him on his first strip, but you take him back when his skin has settled down. Thank you Rebecca and everyone there.

I've got a Romanian rescue and realised she needed some.extra TLC. The team are amazing and incredibly reasonable. Eileen is so caring and accomodating. My dog now has health paws and is no longer shedding like a Christmas Tree ????????????

Excellent groomers, who really care, love and understand your fur babies. I take my little fluff ball here for a groom and he always comes out looking and smelling amazing. He isn't stressed when we pick him up and we appreciate the at home grooming advice we have been given. Martin and Ralf and superb at what they do :)

Excellent dog groomers. They do a fine job on my Morkie (Yorkie/Maltese cross) and it's at a great price too. No problems getting an appointment either. If they can't pick up the phone when you call someone will always call you back (unlike the Groom room at Pets @ Home, where it can be hard to get an appointment and often they don't get back to you). Really happy with the overall service, happy to recommend!

I have using just Barking Dog grooming for a few years, after having tried many others before. I have 2 dogs, Elvis is a Cavapoo and he always looks very cute and handsome when he comes back from grooming. Lola my maltipoo has very thin hair and they are the only ones who have managed to make her look good.

Have been bringing my Bichon Loki here for the past few years now and anybody who understands grooming will recognise not only how hard it is to groom a Bichon Frise, but also that this type of dog requires a very specific type of cut.
My first visit and subsequent result made my previous groomer look so inexperienced I was hooked and the consistency in their willingness to please is never overlooked. Love these guys.

Best groomers in London! They have always done an amazing job on my westie, Milo. He had surgery on his leg last year and they always remind me that they'll be very careful - reassuring that they pay attention to each animal and really care. I wouldn't go anywhere else - even during lockdown, we waited it out rather than go somewhere else as we trust Just Barking to do the best job!

I bring my dog here regularly to get groomed. The work done is fantastic and the staff is a delight to interact with and very customer oriented. My dog is large and I did not find very many groomers in North West London who are good with larger breeds. Have taken my dog to a few groomers before I finally found this place. We were very pleased with the service at this lovely grooming salon. This was our first visit and we were quite nervous for our schnoodle to get her first cut, but found them very patient and helpful with tips on how to maintain her coat until our next visit. She smelled and looked amazing! Can't wait to come back. We highly recommend!

Absolutely love the service at Just Barking. Outstanding customer service and excellent quality groomers!
After calling 15 other groomers and not being able to get an appointment, I called Just Barking but had no hope of getting an appointment.
At first the receptionist informed me they only had appointments in a week's time and was very apologetic about it. When I explained to her that my puppy was really unwell due to the heatwave and I was concerned about her health and she really needed a trim and I had called several places but it was impossible to find an appointment she really listened to me and asked to call me back right away with a solution.
She did call me 5 minutes later with a next day appointment for a full trim which is exactly what I wanted! They were the first groomers to actually listen and show they care about customers. I know they were fully booked and very busy but they cared enough and went the extra mile to fit my puppy in and help us out.
I really wanted my puppy's fur to be trimmed using scissors and not clippers and they did exactly what I asked! While everywhere else they said shih-tzu's could not have their coat trimmed using scissors.
When I went to collect her she was happy, wagging her tail and looking gorgeous and smelling even better!!
I could not recommend this place enough! I know that it's hard to trust someone to look after your dog but my mind is at ease with the groomers in this place!

Was quite rough with my dog during nail cutting (had him in a headlock at one point) never heard him kick up a fuss in 2 years of grooming /vet appointments and when he started getting upset and scared tried to give him back to me with only half the job done
Edit: the fact that the shop is refusing to apologise says it all about their professionalism. The issue was trying to charge full price for a half hearted job and the groomer slammed down the clippers and stormed off back to grooming another dog. nothing to do with safety and welfare moreso took on too many jobs at once.. and the job only got done properly when I stepped in to help and got it done the right way so don't patronise

Our border terrier, Roo, needed to be properly hand-stripped after another groomer did a very poor strip. I am delighted that I found Just Barking as they were very friendly and helpful, offered a prompt appointment and - most importantly - did a brilliant job.
