First time bringing Foxy and Stroggie (Chihuahuas) to Yuppy Puppies. They are 13 years old and have been to their fair share of groomers. By far and away, the best they have ever looked. Service was amazing from start to finish. Thanks so much- they will be back.

Im always able to get an appointment on the day.
My bichon always gets pampered and looks so beautiful and smells so lovely after they finish.
I have a particular way I want my dog to be trimmed I find it's much better if I have a picture of what I like to accomplish with the cut that I like.
His price is very competitive for the area as he wants everyone to be able to afford to groom their dogs. Really lovely family business

I used Yuppy Puppies, few times in the past year, with my two dogs, they were never did the greatest cut out there but they were accommodating and easy to deal with so I chose to go there.
Today, though I came back after 1h 20min to ask if my dog grooming is done ( I don't like to leave them at groomers and usually arrive 10-20min earlier so as soon as they're done, I can collect them as the experience is always very stressful to them and plus they're not crate trained, so to avoid crate) I got told off, in a very rude manner, that I stress them out as I always arrive early, and put them on stress!! I left, they called me after 10min that he is ready, I picked him up and when paying, again very rude, the lady, said "we won't accept your dogs anymore as they're very precious to you!!" sth like that!! Of course, they're precious and of course, it's my choice to wait for them, in the shop or outside, as long as it takes, as I recall, every time I came early, I end up buying lots of treats while waiting as well... seems like she had a off day unfortunately and took that out on her customer, very rude!!

I have a young and fluffy cavapoochon who absolutely loves to go here. She's had two washes now as she's just a puppy but we are looking forward to getting a full groom soon. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and they look after her so well that she doesn't want to leave. Excellent service.

I love going to Yuppy Puppies for all the goodies our two dogs need. Just picked my two dogs up today from getting groomed and we are all so happy. They look and smell great. Every time Ive ever gone to this store, anyone working there is just so kind and friendly. I could not recommend it enough!

I do not recommend going to yuppy puppies as they give false advertisement. They have terrible customer service and they do not wash or clean dogs properly they just leave them with a nice scent. Instead go to purple bone.

The "Haute Couture" of pet grooming in the whole of London! These guys are exceptionally outstanding, the customer service they offer is beyond belief. They really know how to take care of their clients and their furry customers! Their knowledge and quality of service are the best I have had in my life, beginning from that first welcome with treats for my puppy and a glass of wine followed with some advice on how to deal with my new friend for life. (They are this good, I am seriously not joking, go and see it for yourself!). They really do go the extra mile and know how to deliver the premium service most of us have been yearning to find in this city! Well done guys! You are doing amazingly with your business! The lovely couple that own Yuppy Puppies on Clarendon rd are so welcoming and accommodating. Milou (miniature poodle) always comes out looking amazing, with the perfect full groom. Happy and lucky to have them in the area, as they are much better in our opinion than any of the other options. And the best value for money too!

I was recommended this place by my dog trainer for Kenzi's first grooming and it is amazing! The attention to detail is the best I have seen, Kenzi's body, face, nails, ears, etc. are perfect! The staff are super lovely and respond very fast! They always surprise us with new bows on Kenzi's head or even little crystals! They also take pictures/videos (when requested) of your dog being groomed which is super lovely to see! Our favourite groomer is named Kadu! Highly highly recommend Yuppy Puppies!

I brought my Shih Tzu Kika for grooming, when I picked her up she was looking gorgeous. Both groomers are very professional and we can see they love dogs.it is a very friendly environment where we can enjoy a nice coffee made by Angela. They have a large ammount of food and toys and all gadgets related to animals. I'am very happy with their work and I will
return, but almost of all it is very close to my home. I strong recommend this place.

I use to take my dog to this place but they kept trying to charge my VERY OBVIOUSLY small dog for a medium dog price, just found another place. Pomeranian × jack russell is a small dog! ffs they are both small dog breeds!

They are the nicest, warmest people who happen to adore animals. I only entrust them with my puppy for their overnight boarding and grooming services. When I collect him he is happy, handsome, smells delicious and does not want to leave. They also offer a helpful pick up and drop off service if needed. Angela and Alberto have really taken the time to create a family-like atmosphere that is both welcoming and comforting for the animals as well as the owners.

My doggy left so happy and pretty. Angela has such a wonderful way with the dogs, they all adore her. It is a small place where the pets get individual attention and they're not rushing. My dog has left other groomers quite quiet and i wondered if she got scared, but she always looks to go in when we walk past!

Angela and Alberto have looked after and walked my Golden Retriever Muggles for years. They have a real passion for dogs and go out of their way to help. Their beautiful shop Yuppy Puppies near Notting Hill / Ladbroke Grove, has a very cool grooming salon downstairs. My dog was dropped home afterwards and looked unrecognisable. Their grooming is far superior to any other salon I have taken my dog to in West London. I can only highly recommend it. ????

I cannot speak highly enough of Yuppy Puppies! Angela and Alberto, the owners, walk and groom our dog on a regular basis. They are extremely reliable and warm and I've never had the slightest of issues. Our puppy, a high energy Cocker Spaniel, is always blissfully worn out after her walks with them in the park. They are very knowledgeable about dogs in general and have pointed out things to me that I would have never detected. Our dog is in love with them as are we!

My Pomeranian was unable to lift his tail for 3 DAYS after coming to this place. I asked them not to use clippers, so I called up to understand what had happened and was told it was MY FAULT for leaving it too long between grooms. £90 of vet bills later, it’s safe to say I will not be coming back.

I will like to add that I have read many good rewievs on this place, and because of that it was my choice to leave our small chihuahua puppy 5 months old in the care of Yuppy puppies. But I can unfortunately not agree with others, as for the 3 weeks care we purchased. I decided to leave our dog here while abroad, but I found it very hard to communicate with the woman ( working with brother) I asked a few times for updates and pictures of our dog, and I got some pictures and that all was fine. As the time came for me to get the dog brought back, I could hardly get an answer.. I started to worry if we would not get our dog back. even I tried to call, the phone was hung up. The woman was afterwards not texting about the dog, ONLY the money I was to pay. The dog finally got home , delivered by a brother who had nothing to say , just counting the money ! And to my big big surprise our dog was a lot skinnier that 3 weeks earlier, and as she came in she was so so hungry that she was confused. I saw her eat in a split second, and has been doing that the last 24 hours, so its safe to say that either was she not feed enough, or the food i provided was given to other dogs.
Happy to say that my dog will never EVER be going there again. I was also promised a bath for her upon delivery , but I do not think that happened as she smelled of anything but spa treatment.

They don't really know what they are doing, for example they cut all my dog's whiskers off. We have two springer spaniels and we have had two experiences neither of them great. We usually bring the dogs to a groomer every 3 months for maintenance trim (paws/ears/undercarriage etc) nothing more complicated than that. First visit to Yuppy Puppies was when they had just opened. They were very sweet and did decent job on my dogs. But when I brought them I was told one price for a 'Medium Dog' and then told when I went to pick them up that I had large dogs and so had to pay the price for 'Large Dogs'. When we questioned it, the gentleman at the counter said that is what the groomer is charging and nothing could be done about it. So I paid and put it down to new business teething problems. The second time: I brought my dogs in and they were washed and trimmed and seemed OK. I paid. When I got home I noticed THEY CUT ALL MY DOG"S WHISKERS OFF - on one dog only. I called to find out what happened (obviously incandescent with rage) and all they could do is give a pathetic excuse of "his whiskers were dirty" ....er no, some of his whiskers are literally mottled black and white. They also tried to argue, with confidence, that "dogs don't need their whiskers", erm again wrong. Regardless, dogs whiskers should never be cut to the quick, or at all. If a groomer is stupid enough to want to do that then they should at the very least get expressed permission from the owner. We were offered a feeble apology over the phone, but only as a means to end the conversation rather than a genuine apology.

The most friendly welcoming and quality costumer service you can find. Ceasar my 2 years old German shepherds was so happy, clean and well grommed. They take pic and video and post it to you while you waiting to get your baby back. Thank you guys and see you next month.
