I really wanted to support a small independent local business when taking my dog for grooms, but unfortunately the owner of this business made it impossible by being repeatedly rude and judgemental. We tried a few times, but in the end we've had to switch groomers because it felt like we were paying £60 a month to be verbally abused. Also, she increased her prices just because it was a "Christmas Groom" even though there was nothing special or different about the visit apart from it being in December. To me, that just seemed dishonest and like she was taking advantage of customers.
I can see that this issue of rudeness is a common theme throughout quite a few reviews on here and from the responses people are getting back from the owner, it looks like they are not open to feedback nor willing to change, which is such a shame, because the grooms themselves were fine (apart from the one time she gave him a gash with the scissors), but we dreaded having to go there.

Another great haircut for Oscar today. The team at Woofs to Kittys took great care of him and delivered a cut exactly as I asked for (I appreciate that not everyone wants a closely trimmed Yorkie, but it is exactly what I asked for and was delivered by the team). This was despite my attempts at a home haircut during lockdown, however they managed to cover up my mistakes! Highly recommended.

I took my westie here literally twice when he was a puppy, the groom was fine but the lady who works there (I guess the owner) is extremely rude and unhelpful so I started taking Bob to Pet Pavilion just on Battersea Rise. At least I don’t need to stress to make an appointment on the phone ???? the other day I gave it another try and book in my second dog for a full groom and nooope... didn’t change! once again one of the rudest person I had to deal with. I will never try again and won’t recommend it
It’s a shame, they loose business just for lack of basic customer service

I took my little Frenchie Pom here for his first every groom. He was nervous at first, but we were welcomed so graciously by very polite staff and two adorable doggos. He left the groomers smelling incredible (the best he has ever smelt), and we've been coming back ever since!
The owner is a delight and so helpful. Even when she is booked with back-to-back appointments she always manages to squeeze us in, shows how much she cares about her customers.
I won't go anywhere else for Kaiser's groom.

The quality of service and stock is fantastic. Anita and her team (including her lovely dogs) are brilliant. Since we rescued our dog 6 months ago from Battersea she has been a saving grace. Anita’s help and advice made a real difference and without it, we would have likely had to have taken our dog back. I’ve been taking my dog to Woofs to Kitty’s for over 5 years. My dog is comfortable being there & has always had a super wash & cut. I leave it up to the owners discretion as to when she needs her nails trimmed (I totally trust the team on that one!)
I invariably buy treats, toys, collars, wet weather coats, wet & dry food...even her bed comes from Woofs to Kitty’s. The choice & quality is first rate.
All in all...a great experience for dog & owner!

As one of their first and regular customers, we have always found the shop to be very clean, Anita and staff extremely helpful with all our pet needs. When our cockapoo was injured, Anita was of great assistance with gentle grooming and also giving us guidance on grooming and other ways to make our dog more comfortable. I always have a great experience with Woofs to Kittys, they are so knowledgable when it comes to the wellbeing of dogs. They truly have the animals best interest at heart which, unfortunately, is a rarity amongst the majority of other pet industry retailers. And with their new online shop, it makes it so much easier to order natural treats and their great selection of products straight to your door!
There is such a great range to choose from, catering for all requirements including diet and allergy problems, and keeping inquisitive puppies entertained :) We personally recommend the sausage rolls and Iberian pigs ears as they keep my dog entertained, and she loves it when we get a parcel through the door!

This is a gem of a place. Small but packs the best quality items and food. Anita (and her crew) have been grooming my dog Coco for years now -- a dog that sheds mountains of hair and has the trickiest nails to cut plus a phobia of water and it is always done with great professionalism and care. Coco always emerges feeling very pleased with her appearance and sporting a pretty bow on her collar. Highly recommended.

My little Yorker Millie has been coming here for 5 years. Excellent service, Millie looks fabulous after grooming. Angela is just brilliant with Millie as she is such a diva and not easy to handle Angela is patient and professional I wouldn't go anywhere else. The shop is bursting with lots of lovely things for your pet,leads,beds,name tags,food bowls, food etc and lots more.

Also, the internet has been down in the area. I was allowed to pay my balance, including treats for Chewie, at a later time once the internet is restored. Now that is both trust and customer service.

Poor customer service - I found one member of staff to be really nice, but the manager/owner was very unwelcoming. Also her dogs barked constantly and had tracked poo through the store. Not the service I expect when paying those kind of prices.

I have never been to a better pet shop in London. It’s small but has got all the important stuff for my husky: Acana and Orijen dry food and lots of natural snacks, you won’t find it anywhere else. Nice customer service!!! Perfect place for shopping????

We've taken our dog here since he was 12 weeks old, intially for puppy classes and now for grooming, his food & treats of course! Karen and Anita are very friendly and stock excellent quality food, treats and accessories. Our dog drags us in there each time we pass so it's 5 stars from him too!

I really think the 1 star Review is a fake!! I was there today and it was an amazig service. They know what the are doing and my puppy Frank was very happy when I picked him up. It was a really good price, his hair in nice and silk, good cut and I even got a welcome dog treat package ;). I picked up some of their amazing toys and a new harnest on the way out and even managed to get some miles on my American Express BA Card (which is not normal for small places like this). I will be back in a few weeks!!

Life savors! My Lhasa Apso Lola had a very misfortunate haircut recently and the poor thing was to embarrassed to leave the house...as was I...
The great team and woofs and kitties did their magic and within an hour she was almost looking cute again. She is back next week for stage two of the fur recover surgery and I know she'll be back to her old gorgeous self right after.
We are both very much looking forward to visiting the team again and I would highly recommend booking your beloved pooch in for a pampering here. They are amazing and just lovely :)

I have been shopping at Woofs to Kitties for 4 years now following a recommendation by Wandsworth’s very own dog whisperer Winky Spiers. The owner and staff are extremely friendly & knowledgeable and very helpful. They also put a lot of time and effort sourcing a diverse range of healthy dog treats and foods which puts the multiples to shame as well as a great range of toys and accessories.
I can’t recommend the team highly enough and just discovered the online service which is very quick.

We love Anita and her team. They did a great job of trimming our chew baca imposter of a mini dachshund.
I hadn't taken Ruby here for a few years as we had moved. I read some of the reviews here and was slightly nervous. I guess people use google as an opportunity to vent and only a few people take the opportunity to give a good review.
Anyway based on our experience they do an excellent job plus they also have really cool products like hand-beaded/stitched collars.
If they ever had the space my one suggestion would be to stock Natural Instinct dog food - then they would be our one stop doggie shop. Maybe they could do a space deal with the convenience store next door?

Love Woofs to Kitty's, beautiful, stylish and sells all the things that my dogs love and that I recommend to clients. They sell the BEST harnesses, offer a bespoke fitting service and they ensure that each dog gets the harness that fits them best so as not to restrict movement or cause pain. The long training leads, they have a 'leading' selection of lovely leads and most especially the longer 'training' leads that I recommend. The choice of quality foods and choices is great and changes so there is always something new and interesting for the dogs to try. Treats again excellent quality and something for all tastes. At Woofs to Kittys they never give you inappropriate advice or try to sell you things that you don't need.

Woofs to Kittys is my absolute one stop shop for my 2 pups. Anita and Karen are such dog lovers and couldnt take more care of my two. Even though my 7 month old puppy is a complete handful and I cant get near him with a brush, he came home with a beautiful groom - I honestly dont know how she managed it! I love the selection of quality foods and natural chews and have managed to kit both dogs out with fabulous leads, harnesses and collars all from here. I honestly cant recommend them enough if you want a caring, trustworthy, dog loving groomer (miracle worker) for your pet.

I am compelled to write this review, as my experience has been so positive and I can’t understand some of the negative reviews. I have been three times now with my 5mth old puppy. On my first visit they gave me a lovely bag of free treats for Scooby, my cockerpoo puppy. I then went back for a puppy wash, he was nervous but they couldn’t have been nicer. Since then we have been back twice and Scooby doesn’t give me a backwards glance. When I arrive to pick him up he was calm and looked amazing. The owner does have a dog who just likes his own space, but isn’t unfriendly and he and Scooby get on well. You can also then buy your dog lovely treats and accessories while you are there. They have my custom as long as I live in Clapham. Thanks ladies!

Poor customer service got rudeness for the first time been my yorkie getting cut might be okay for shop not for grooming. Still have got rudeness and saying that my yorkie is bad puppy when not and also that as he puppy. Been 4 hours and he still getting groom . I will never come back as they don't care what the vets had said to us about our dogs . Also that we was wasting our time because we was on the phone to them just wondering how the dog was doing. Im very disgusted with this groomer will be looking somewhere else...

Sadly, and I don't like doing this BUT after two visits here my dog turned temporarily grey. Yes she was matted but my dog was traumatised by what my vet suggested how she was handled. She has now lost the grey hairs (aged 1) thankfully. I was also criticised by the owner I never retorted about her somewhat unruly dogs she owns who bark and growl when you enter. No wonder certain dogs start their experience here somewhat stressed! Anyway sorry but it had to be said.

AVOID!!! I took my dog here for grooming and they said you can go and come back but when I came up, I was frustrated and so scared because my dog couldn't breathe and I had to take it quickly to the vet emergency and they connected oxygen to her, she has depression now and a cut on her head! God knows what they did! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET! Horrible experience!

I am absolutely appalled by the service given here. I have been to this parlour on numerous different occasions with my dog and he has been groomed by these people. This morning I tried to take him there to be told they no longer accept Staffs as MY DOG had gone for other dogs. First of all my dog had never attacked or gone for any other dog in his life second of all if this was the case why the last time I picked him up from there did they not either ring me as a case of emergency to collect my dog or tell me when I collected him. I believe this is discrimination against my dog.
I am absolutely disgusted with their ignorant snotty service. Not only that her some what very unfriendly dogs that are in there being aggressive towards other dogs. I think the owner has a cheek to say anyone else's dogs are in anyway aggressive just because her dogs are small little things does not mean they are not aggressive.
