Sniffles is a great neighbourhood spot for dog grooming and dog sitting. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. As a new client I was asked to fill out a form with the details of the pooch after making an appointment. The only thing that was slightly awkward was that the final price for the treatment - wash, ear cleaning, brush and nail clipping - was not provided until the end. I was expecting to be provided a price range at the time of booking the appointment. A wash, ear cleaning, brush and nail clipping for a small Patter Jack was £35.

My first time going to Sniffles On Fleet Road as it was a last minute rush to get my puppy’s hair cut during the Christmas/ New Years period they managed to squeeze me in but I was soo nervous as he’d never gone there before but let me tell u it was worth EVERY PENNY! Both of the ladies in there were really sweet to me & my puppy ( he diddnt wanna leave in the end lol) and I loved how they listened to what I wanted done! He came out PERECT !! 100% recommend going there if you want a good quality groom.

Herbie had never been to a groomers before and had lots of matted bits, he's only 10 months old. I walked in without an appointment and was lucky enough to slot into a cancellation and they were able to deal with Herbie straight away. The team at Sniffles worked on him for three hours and he came back looking AMAZING. The staff were really friendly, highly expert and provided a fantastic service and really good value considering how long they worked on him. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately we are incredibly upset enough to write this review. Grooming results have been inconsistent over the past year, but we are not particularly fussed and have always looked the other way. But on this occasion, they have just gone bit far and have chosen to make the groom their convenience by going with the easiest quickest option for them, and then lie about it further infuriate us with their dishonesty despite being their long standing customers. Firstly they have said our dog was matted (which it is not as it is groomed every single day), then admitted these were indeed knots which can be brushed out and would require extra 30mins. Instead of ringing to discuss, without our agreement or permission decided to cut the dog down to nearly no coat left - less than 7mm - the dog was as good as being shaved. In addition, muzzle trimmed uneven on either side, one shorter than other, one side cut at an angle, one side cut straight. This has led to a cancelled photo shoot given the state of the groom. Paws trimmed to something we didn't request for, and they didn't ask to clarify. All these being pointed out to them and their response was 'oh well we will remember this for next time'. Not even a single apology offered. And they make all their customers signed an agreement they reserve the right to shave your dog without asking, which is not legally biding and demonstrated extreme poor show on their customer service. Customers do reserve the right to take their dogs back ungroom if they disagree with their approach - unfortunately this is not an option here. We'd have been happy to pay more or come back another time when they can spend more time doing a proper groom. We've had opinions from several professional groomers since (including an award winning one) before coming to a full conclusion and indeed this is a very sloppy job :( Needless to say, we won't be back.

Just got back, My dog Wednesday is incredibly nervous at groomers after a bad experience and the staff at Sniffles were so lovely! Really took the time to make sure she was ok. She came back tail wagging through the little lovely daycare in the front.
She was Groomed, shampooed, nails cut and glands done all for a great price! Will definitely come back ♥️

I’ve been going to Sniffles for a couple of years and each time they do an excellent full groom for my Bichon Edith. The Manager Donika always remembers Edith’s specific needs and Ines does a wonderful groom and hand finish. They also always call me during the groom if Edith needs anything additionally which is important for an Owner to avoid unwanted changes. The place is very lovely with a large play area for the dogs with cosy kennel areas. Edith loves going there, it feels like a family Groomers. I highly recommend it. Poppy.

My dog was made seriously ill here, along with several other peoples' dogs who have told me about problems they have encountered. They have an index card with details of your dog and it's requirements. One of my dogs has very sensitive skin and I stipulated that she should always have a mild, allergen-free shampoo. I asked them to clip her fur closely as it grows very quickly. When I got my dogs out, the sensitive dog had been burned (through not swapping heating grooming products when they overheat and they'd washed her in an extremely strong detergent. When I complained after having spent a lot of money at the vets for consultation, steroids etc and the terrible strong selling shampoo it cost me a fortune. Was so upset, her little body was swollen. My other dog contracted conjunctivitis and his hair was not clipped as per my instructions. They insisted that I see their own vet (obviously their own vet was working in Sniffles interest) I had my own vet, why would I go to their's ? This company is not a company of dog lovers, it's there to make a fast buck with little interest for animal welfare. It is run by someone who is not on the premises. Their groomer deals with 4 dogs at a time. My friend's dog was very ill with a virus picked up at Sniffles, another had it's penis badly cut. Don't go there.

We used Sniffles for their doggy day care services and were very impressed. Our dog Cecil was always extremely happy to go to day care and always came back home exhausted from a day of playing and walking on the Heath. Donika and Enis are always friendly, helpful and respond very quickly to emails and texts. You can make last-minute changes to arrangements and bookings without any issues. So if you need more or fewer days of daycare in a given week, Sniffles try to accommodate your requests and usually succeed. The only reason we stopped using their services is because we moved abroad. Definitely recommend!

I used to be very happy here(a few months ago) when they had a really good dog groomer who loved the dogs etc and did beautiful cuts etc.
The last 6 months it has gone rapidly downhill and unfortunately, fired the best staff and it's just a mess.
I have now decided to move on elsewhere. It's a shame because they really have potential.
Last time I was in there a dog who was just in for a wash and blow dry ended up being shaved!!!

These groomers are exceptionally terrible, even with the low standards of service that we have come to expect. I had a terrible experience with the receptionist at the Hampstead branch; I normally use the other branch but as they had overbooked the dogs they moved us to the other one. She was very rude, inconsiderate and argumentative. These are not the qualities that you need in a dog grooming service that charges people over £50 for a simple cut and shampoo of a toy poodle. Please don't be fooled by fancy names, location and fake insincere staff and don't use this shop. The receptionist at the Fleet Road needs to have retraining and learn manners and customer service. You have been warned about this place.

First time we had taken our dog to this groomers and she's been to plenty of others where we were not as satisfised with the outcome as bringing her here as we were so happy with the results. The groomers listen to how you want the hair cut and very friendly. Well reasonable priced too! Highly recommed.

Very bad customer services took my dog for grooming was told when I made the appointment 60pounds for a hair cut and when they finished the job and went to pick up my dog they won’t let me take my dog till I payed 140 pounds . Because it took them longer then they thought . I will never go back there again. No one should ????????
