Delighted with our new bathroom. Thanks very much to Danny and his team for the installation, Helen and Hannah for the design and advice on decor and equipment. The project was delayed due to circumstances beyond their control but well worth waiting for! Danny was very flexible and accommodating when we requested modifications and the work was completed to a very high standard, including some very tricky tiling. We now wonder why we didn't have this work done years ago!

I cannot recommend The Brighton Bathroom Company highly enough. We went to the showroom with a rough idea of what we wanted and were quickly met with a professional member of the design team who had an amazing knowledge of all the products. in a very short space of time he had matched our ideas and budget to a well designed bathroom. We had a tight delivery time and TBBC delivered everything as promised. Communication was great and we were delighted with our new bathroom.

I went to Brighton Bathroom Company with a view to update our bathrooms at home but needing some design guidance. From the friendly welcome and advice on the first visit, the experience was fantastic. Rosie was really great at developing the design which responded to our ideas and created a unique solution which worked for layout and the design feel we were looking for.
From the design to the installation, that friendly approach, quality and eye for detail continued all the way through. Pete, Andy and their install team were great and kept us informed all the way through.
They are a team that clearly care about their Clients and the bathrooms they are designing, supplying & installing.
I have had three bathrooms and a clock room completed by The Brighton Bathroom Company and all of them are loved by us and everyone who has seen them when visiting

The whole design process was very enjoyable thanks to Chris’s guidance & good humour.
Steve who did all the main work was top notch. A trusty key holder, ensured no delays and that everything was finished to a high standard, a real pleasure to have around the house.
All the workmen were prompt , reliable and hard working.

Following initial discussion with Helen, Rosie did the design work to convert an ageing bathroom into a modern shower room in our first floor flat. We liked the subsequent CAD plans which fitted our initial brief well and we needed to make no changes. At the installation stage the fitter Paul discussed with us on a daily basis how to best achieve what we wanted. The shower room has now been in use for several weeks and is very functional, visually attractive and a pleasure to use. We have had no major problems and are very happy with the result.

We were recommended The Brighton Bathroom Company through a friend, as we've just moved in to an old property that needs renovating. We started with the Bathroom; and wow did we set the benchmark for the rest of the house. We were very clear in what we wanted and had our own ideas for the room. Chris instinctively knew the products, finishes required and details that would make the bathroom work. We're both incredibly fussy, but the level of finish is superb and better than expected. She managed to combine contemporary with traditional and certainly had a sixth sense as to what I was looking for. Pete and his team were wonderful too - everyone friendly and courteous and always cleaned up at the end of the day. I cannot recommend the Brighton Bathroom Company highly enough. From first enquiry to final installation and completion they have been incredibly professional helpful, solution focused and visionary. I had a bathroom renovation and reconfiguration in my mind but I wasn’t sure what I could do with the space that available. I was also worried that there might be some additional work needing to be done to replace my old bathroom in a very old house. The Brighton Bathroom Company spent time explaining the process of how the design and installation would happen and were able to answer all my questions. I spent a wonderful meeting with Rosie the designer where she asked lots of questions about what I wanted and what I did not want in my bathroom, including any details about fixtures or features that I was particularly interested in. I was able to have a discussion about specific materials that might be used as well as colour schemes and things like lighting preferences, flooring and fixture details. Rosie asked lots of intelligent questions and I felt confident that she would come up with a fantastic design. When I went to the showroom to see the final proposed design and the suggested materials I really couldn’t believe it - the design was absolutely stupendous. Not only was it spot-on in terms of the fixtures and features that I wanted to see but the colour scheme and materials chosen proposed by Rosie were absolutely fantastic - luxurious, modern but in keeping with the feel of the house. I was really emotional to see that not only was my dream bathroom feasible but in fact it would exceed all my expectations. Installation was quite substantial in terms of timeframe but this was mainly due to issues uncovered during the renovation and the reconstruction of the bathroom. All issues were met with complete professionalism and a nice calm attitude. I absolutely love the new bathroom - the design and fittings are second to none. Thank you Rosie and the Brighton Bathroom Company for turning an old and neglected space into a wonderful dream bathroom.

Their estimated overall project cost (products and installation) was pretty much what we had in mind. They also were helpful in finding us tricky specific product asks (tiles etc). I approached The Brighton Bathroom Company because we wanted a stand out bathroom for our master ensuite bedroom with real wow-factor. I didn't want a simple room with a bath in it, but a room that really added something to our lives. Chris immediately came across as a real professional I could trust with great ideas and sound practical knowledge. However, we weren't actually 100% sure we were going to give them the whole project until we'd seen the suggested designs which were head and shoulders better than the competition had put forward. The room took a few months to complete, but this was largely down to the fact that we had so many bespoke features. Every trade that came to our home; the fitters, the plasterer, the painter and the joiner were also experts in their different fields and all did outstanding jobs. Once finished, our new bathroom has exceeded my wildest dreams. I love retreating into it after a hectic day and now actually choose to spend time in it relaxing rather than just 'washing and going'! I highly recommend The Brighton Bathroom Company as the place to go for a bathroom design and installation that's a cut above the rest.

We went to TBBC because we wanted help selecting the right products for our new bathroom and we were delighted with the results we got from Helen and the team. Helen went through all our requirements and preferences in detail and then produced a design for our bathroom with all the products selected for us. It meant we had the confidence that all the products would work well and look good together. It also meant we didn't need to worry about missing anything, because Helen had taken care of everything, from tiles, lights, sink, bath tub etc. We are delighted with the final results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend TBBC to anybody that is looking for help with their new bathroom.

We felt like we were their only customer as the amount of one to one attention Helen paid us was second to none. she visited us 4 times from start to finish to see how work was progressing.
The TBBC installation team led by Madolin are first class and hard working and we cannot praise their quality of workmanship highly enough.

We enlisted the services of TBBC to renovate my mother's bathroom with the brief of making it useable for an elderly person's needs but without looking like an institutionalised, functional uninspiring bathroom. And what a result! A stylish bathroom with function very much at its core.
Helen project managed the whole renovation and was incredibly helpful, listening carefully to my mother's needs and wants. Excellent communication, always keeping us updated and responding quickly to any queries on our part.. They were very respectful of being in her space whilst they carried out the work. The bathroom is gorgeous and finished to a high standard. I can't thank Helen enough for her expertise, support, service and sensitivity towards my mother. I arrived at The Brighton Bathroom Company in a blind panic as I had builders arriving in a matter of days to fit out two bathrooms and I hadn't ordered any products. Chris immediately got down to business, figured out my budget, the look I was going for and then methodically helped me choose each and every product I would need to achieve my perfect bathroom. We went for different looks in each bathroom, one traditional and one contemporary. Chris asked probing questions when choosing each element that helped capture my somewhat vague vision and his encyclopaedic knowledge of bathroom suppliers ensured that we got the absolute best quality products whilst respecting the budget we had set.
Once the products were ordered, TBBC stored them all until we were ready for them onsite then delivered them in one delivery. Any issues were quickly resolved by the helpful TBBC staff.
In short, I couldn't recommend TBBC enough. And I have already sent a friend to them, who is equally impressed by the service she received. If you have a bathroom to fit out, then TBBC should be your first port of call.
