I think I went to a different terrace restaurant in the Zoo than the other reviewers.
Our meals were fantastic, the staff were incredible and had a real energy. My vegetarian pizza and salad was top notch and the vegan in our group was able to cobble a meal together.
The best bit is you have views out to the zoo.

Terrible , half cooked and cold inedible food for silly prices.
The management has to be so poor to provide such service and food at such a prime location.
Having a decent meal is part of the family experience of visiting the zoo and it really needs to be paid attention to.

Food was horrible I had fish and chips and the fish was raw,peas were raw.
Please cut down the price.
Never ever coming here again.

Guys i was dissapointed...first time on my life i went to this plase and that was shocking.i ustue work for ch&co and i know where they can be,but in this unit...wow.food below standart that's first .counters look ugly.chef's in a dirty uniforms.staff walking about just chatting.chef's wolking around grabbing food ,coffies like they at home.food is not seasoned at all.i had a fish and chips batter was just discusting at the prise of 11 something i can bet that in a central london in any pub you can get a much more better plate for this money.plus that guy at the counter didn't offer or he just forget any mushy or green peas to me so i left with just fish and chips.tartar sauce from the jar.well...shame.you can say that this is a tourist spot but don't you forget about the local's?well i can continue ,but wan't do...guys you must fix your self!

Seems a bit expensive for what it is, especially being self service, although the 10% membership discount takes the edge off a bit. I think they could try a bit harder to provide healthier options - especially the kids meals, and regular grown-up visitors will likely get bored with the lack of variety. Although al fresco dining on the terrace/balcony on the upper floor is nice in theory, in practice it is plagued by pigeons - not really sure what they can do about that.
Still, all of that said my daughter seems to like eating here so we keep coming back.

Trata-se de um restaurante sem serviço de mesa e apenas possível pela via take away.
A relação qualidade/preço está inflacionada, como de resto tudo quanto está disponível para compra dentro do espaço do zoo.
O restaurante possui mesas interiores com ambiente climatizado, bem como mesas no exterior.
Ainda assim a melhor opção para uma rejeição dentro do zoológico.
