I've brought my dog here for years and the vet is very knowledgeable and friendly. It is comforting to know that the vet provides a reliable and trustworthy service. This is most important when it comes to my pet's care.

Outstanding veterinary services provided by Dr Syd Azimi, Ms Klare Peacock and the rest of the team at Wimbledon Vets4Pets. At every veterinary interaction and appointment experienced, I have been impressed by the care, kindness, dedication and competence delivered by the team. I trust them wholly with the care of my Bengal cat, Naiades. Regardless of the challenges she has faced since being a kitten, the team has been there for her every step of the way. I cannot thank them enough, and wish them wholeheartedly the best for the future.

Nothing but problems. When you call they don't call you back when they say they will and you have to keep calling. Arranged to collect medication and they didn't have it when we arrived. They booked our dog in for the spade when she was still on heat and was only 2 weeks after the bleeding had stopped. The receptionist said it was fine to book her in 2 weeks after the bleeding stops. When we took her in, they had put her to sleep, shaved her and then the vet called to check if she was still on heat and was told it should be 12 weeks after the bleeding stops. Not 2 weeks. This would have been very dangerous. Our dog had pyometra, an infected womb and we were given antibiotics. Ideally she needed to be spade but was too young. The pyometra came back on Saturday, called the vets and they only had space on Tuesday. I said it would be more urgent than that and was told she would get the vet to call me back. They didn't. We had to go to the emergency vets and they operated straight away. They said it was very dangerous and should have already had the spade as soon as possible. This is not what vets4pets thought and had we left it until Tuesday our dog could have died. Apparently our dog is over weight, this has also never been said and she also has a skin condition. This was never picked up by the vets4pets either. I will never go there again.

Best vets we've been too and reasonably priced. Popular surgery so appointment availability isn't great (NB: for vaccinations, unsure about others)

The lady on the reception desk is unprofessional, gives false information about prices and then they try to tell you that you understood it wrong when the job is done. When you get your bill at the end they tell you “Anyways we have the cheapest prices in London” Next time I will go to Easypets they charge £17 less for a simple vaccination. Apart from that, the lady who did the check up to my pet was nice and did her job properly.

I have 3 dog's, Syd is so very caring, he explains clearly the best treatment for each ie when I carried Rocky in when he could not walk with pain in his legs Syd explained that it was his arthritis and the best treatment was a monthly injection, which Rocky now has and he runs, jumps and walk's everywhere.

After moving house in June I transferred my little dog from Feltham to the Wimbledon branch. This took over 3 months to do in all this time I recieved no communication whatsover to inform me of what was going on and also hadnt recieved my dogs flea treatment or advocate of whichI have been paying for via direct debit. I have been passed from pillar to post in regards to being refunded for what I havent received. This isn't even the worst of it. SYD AZIMI IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING PERSON I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH! He called me back after I sent in an email explaining that my dog is due a vaccine and that I am worried as we are now going into lockdown (this would have been booked months ago if I was transferred over within a decent period of time) he repeatedly cut me off and interupted me when I was speaking and repeatedly passed the blame onto the feltham branch which in itself is unprofessional as I dont care whos to blame I just wanted a resolution. He told me that theres nothing he will do to help at this time and if I dont like it I should find another vet of which he then hung up the phone on me. When I tried to call back he was conveniently in theatre. He then sent me an email to confirm that he has removed my dog from the vet without offering to give him a vaccine first, right before were going into lockdown! I don't know where vets4pets find these people to manage their business but he is a rude and extremely unpleasent person I would not reccomEnd dealing with him if you can help it!

Dr Syd Azimi has been absolutely amazing for our french bulldog. He has gone over and above to ensure she has received the best care, fully explaining everything to us in the process. He recently did a very complex surgery for her and we feel confident she received the best care possible. It's clear he puts the animal's welfare as top priority. We would highly recommend Dr Syd Azimi, thank you so much!

Rude & Unprofessional - AVOID! Our two Dalmatian pups had their first visit to Wimbledon Branch (Tuesday 24th March 2020) for injections and Dr Lalit couldn't be been more unprofessional, rude and disorganised. Each pup were there for the same checks but were not given the same standard service of checking microchip numbers, weight, teeth etc. All very rushed on Dr Lalit behalf who spoke very rudely, insulting both of us. The reception staff were friendly but offered no communication regarding plans available or procedure. Would never recommend anyone who cares for their pets to attend this practice.

The Vet Syd is very professional and caring and always detailed in his diagnosis and treatment given, the nurses are caring and friendly. My dog got really sick and needed urgent attention and they were all amazing with Chappie and after 3 days he has recovered. Can't thank them enough!

My dog has been going to this vet since he was two months. A few weeks ago I got him neutered and he was so well cared for. And all professionals out my mind at ease. The vet knows my dog and is always on hand to offer tips and advice. Highly recommend this vet. My dog loves his vet. He can't wait to go in and see him.

Since both our cats have been kittens, they have always been to V4P. I'm not going to say they have always enjoyed the experiences that have taken them there. Who does like injections, spaying, neutering, re-building a broken leg out of titanium, the indignity of being told you've put on a few pounds etc. However, from my perspective, they have received top-notch care and attention. Syd is very friendly with the cats and their ways and with us as owners. Last time they went for a check-up, Syd was not there, however, the locum was just as nice and friendly. If all V4Ps are like this, then you're making the right choice for your pet. Even if they do hate for an hour or so until the Dreamies come out.

I don't like to post a negative review - but in this case I feel it necessary. Terrible communication, inconsistent quotes for treatments - getting higher and higher! Cancelled operation for my dog with zero follow up, failed to post insurance forms etc etc, I could go on, Avoid this vet...

I can’t speak highly enough of this practice from the charming receptionist to Dr Syd Azimi. I brought my friends little dog in as an emergency. She was seriously ill being sick and losing lots of watery blood from her back passage and fading fast. Dr Azimi inspired confidence in the consultation and after following his advice the little girl is almost 100% back to normal. Thank you for making space for me in what was a full up morning session. Dr Azimi you are the best. Liz Brown

Such a great Vet! Can't recommend them enough. The Dr is amazing, and the team genuinely cares about pets, which is not that common these days. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our pets!

Great vets, staff very friendly and show genuine interest on my guinea pig Luis and his heath and welfare. The receptionist provided options for appointments and asked questions about Luis. The vet was very helpful explaining all the procedure and thoroughly checked Luis. Overall great expirence, friendly knowledgeable staff and good prices.

Strongly recommended. State of the art equipment is one thing (and they have that), but you can't buy dedication like this. Our poor kitten Monty was poisoned and on his last legs and Vets4Pets Wimbledon managed to coax him back to happiness, going totally above and beyond in terms of hours and care. It's difficult to keep feelings out of such things, but we were also kept very well informed and even the bill was very reasonable, especially given the level of care. After our experience there, they have a customer for life.

Awful customer experience over the phone. I phoned due to my dog choking, I dont drive and getting to a clinic would take sone time so i want to be sure it's needed. I was asked if I could be phoned back- ok she's still breathing I'm sure it'll be fine. Don't get a call back. Phone again, get put on hold. I then spend the next few minutes being asked whether were registered or not, you can't find me in the system, are you sure I'm registered yada yada yada. She's never been in for a check up but I signed up for the VIP back in November and thought that would do it- woops my bad, my mistake, sorry lady my dog is CHOKING and now struggling to breathe properly. Can I please have some advice? I ended up hanging up. Thankfully the dog is ok, but there's is no way we would of been able to get to a clinic in time if it was needed, especially after being put in hold?!? It was made very clear to me that you care more about having people sign up and registered for your schemes than actual animal care. I'm sure the in house vets are fine but I'd rather trust my pets with a clinic that helps animals across the board, not just when they're on your operating tables.

***NEVER USE THIS VET*** After writing a letter of complaint to the main vet4pets customer serice, I have receievd a very long email back form the very who has accused me of agressive behaviour over the telepohone and had kicked my two puppie sof his register. Rather than trying to resove situations he jsut ignores the siautaion, and accused me of lying about communication. Fortunatly I have already approahed an alternive Vet. **** I was quoted a price by the recepist for my dogs care and then charged double. I called and complained and was talked at to by the veg contactly interrupted and when i challenged the vet I was told I was rude. As for copy of the xrays, I was told this is extra charges paid over £850 for xrays to be told this is extra service.

Always seem to be running very late. Suggests they over pack in appointments maybe? And today they didn’t even have my appointment that was arranged last week over the phone stored in the system. Not good having to wait so long every time when your cat is nervous at the surgery and in his basket. Vets themselves seem fine and surgery is at least clean but they need to sort out the appointments.

I recently took my kitten to this vets and basically paid for a 20minute sales pitch where the vet tried to just continually sell me products. The vet probably spent less than 1 minute actually looking at the kitten then charged me about £40 for the privilege plus prescription fees. I will definitely not go back here again and have since found a much friendlier vets.

Useless. Just out for money. Sales spiel to get you to part with your money. Spent £700 on blood tests and urine tests for my Jack Russell and got no diagnosis as to what was wrong with him. Had to chase Dr. Syd for his results and recommendations as to what medication he should be on. Got prescribed "vitamins" for him, which were also over priced and only a vitamin. Had to bring him back to my previous vet for a proper diagnosis.

I would not recommend Dr Azimi at all. We trusted him with our 4 months puppy but he gave him a flea treatment while our Border Collie had scabbies since we had him. Seing another vet, not working for Vet4Pet, we managed to give our dog the right treatment. When we wrote back to Vet4Pet to tell them about that serious medical mistake, their only answer was to withdraw our name from their registry and refuse to refund us a £30 credit note we had with them. That is totally unprofessional and unresponsible and I well never come back there.
