It was my first time with All Creatures. Being unhappy with my previous vet, having had a bad experience with them, I was slightly cautious. All Creatures could not be more different. They answer the phone immediately, are always attentive and polite and clearly understand how important our pets are to us all. Treatment was punctual, professional and very reasonably priced. I recommend them very warmly.

My dog had kennel’s caught and the doctor was very nice and gentle with her. They have an outdoor space where you can wait during the visit and the stuff Is very friendly. It’s very close to Clapham common and when we finished we went for little walk with my puppy!

I recently registered my new puppy, Bruce, with All Creatures. Registration was quick and easy and I was able to book Bruce's vaccinations and a first appointment within the next 10 days all quickly on the phone. When we came for his first check up the receptionist (who's name I didn't catch but was lovely) and Nicola the vet were helpful and very nice. Would strongly recommend.

We have recently registered our two cats at All Creatures vets. The registration was quick and easy and queries were answered promptly. We were able to bring both of our cats to the vet at the same time which is very handy. One of our cats had some issues with her health and was taken to emergency vet but they could not find anything that's wrong. Whereas when we brought her to All Creatures the vet identified and sorted the problem straight away, since then she has been the most happy and playful kitty. We are very happy that we registered at All Creatures!

The regular vets Nicola and Anders are brilliant, and extremely patient with my delinquent cat. They have tried so hard to help with his multiple health problems. And the whole team are so friendly and caring. I couldn’t recommend this vet practice more highly.

At first visit, I knew this surgery was the one for my baby pup. They showed genuine affection towards my boy and also gave me a great deal of reassurance.
Just one little thing is about the waiting area due to covid-19 pandemic, no their fault at all!

This is the second time my kittens have been here. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. I feel so welcome and my kittens are calm when they get home. I'm actually still amazed by this. The veterinarian listened to my questions and answered professionally and was really helpful. The people there treated both me and my cats in a really friendly way.

The vets, nurses and receptionist are great at this practice. My dog is never unhappy to go to the vet. They are warm and loving towards him and always willing to listen to the problems he is having! I would definitely recommend them! Lucky to have found such loving staff ????

All Creatures vets and get nurses are kind. knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They live the animals and seem to like humans too. They go out of their way to assist particularly since there is no easy parking. I cannot imagine taking my cats anywhere else!

Very friendly staff. Took my cats for their checkup and the receptionist went out of her way to help and even offered to take both cats inside the practice to minimize their stress, which I thought was amazing. The vet came out after to discuss everything and was honest and to the point. Have been brining them here for years and highly recommended.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They dealt with my email and phone queries promptly and professionally. I brought two kittens in for a vaccination appointment and they were seen on time. I saw several other clients arrive with their pets while I was there and they were clearly being well looked after. The practice generally seems to be very well run.

All Creatures have the best team I can imagine. My dog, Hemmingway, loves visiting them so much that when we walk past and don't have an appointment he starts pulling trying to go in the building. They've always had appointments available to see him if he needs anything and have been so helpful whenever I've had a question or concern. They've been really good at advising me with establishing a healthy lifestyle and also providing preventative health for Hemmie rather than just treating him when he's been ill. Really recommend these guys!

All the staff at All Creatures Veterinary Practice are wonderful, enormously caring and welfare of each individual is catered for extremely well. You get to see the same 2 vets and vet nurses, lovely to see the same nurses and vets year after year, very reassuring. Have 3 dogs and been with All Creatures for years, can't recommend highly enough.

Very friendly staff, excellent communication and I really feel the vets consider a wide range of options and possible solutions. It feels that we are in good hands, which is all you want from any medical practice really. I highly recommend.

Oh my word, the has to be the best Vet in all of the UK.
The staff, are all super friendly, highly professional in their manner and are a great at explaining stuff to simpletons like me.
The Vet was great, she really did well with my Akita puppy.
All round excellent service. I decided to go with All Creatures after I spoke with them on the phone. Perfect Service I'd say.
My puppy got:
- chipped
- vaccinated
- general health checkup
All in under 20 minutes!

We are always seen quickly and the vet / receptionist always greet both of us (me and my dog) by name. The vet always really listens to my concerns and looks into everything that I mention to them. It's a really comforting and safe-feeling place to take my dog - I trust them completely.

Always friendly, always helpful. Our golden gets a lot of attention and has never felt any distress heading in there. The vets and nurses all take good care of our beloved family member.
They've helped with travel to Europe, cyst removal, check up after he fell from a height.

All Creatures is the best vet I have ever used. The staff are all incredibly friendly and the vets themselves are superb. They have in the past spent weeks looking for a treatment to calcify parasitic cysts in one Rabbit; I had another rescue bunny who was sick all the time and they always let me leave her and her bonded friend at the surgery all day, so they could treat her while I was at work - actually making a spare waiting room bunny friendly as they knew my Pets don't live in a cage. In every way, the service this vet provides is amazing. I would recommend them to all pet owners.
