My two kittens went for their Spay & Neuter in the Battersea clinic, the staff and the vet were wonderful, lots of care and everything was explained.

Best vet in London !
I used to visit medivet in battersea but after moving, we had to change vet.... but nothing compares to the level of service and professionalism that you get at this vet
( so we switched back).
They genuinely care about your pet and it’s not just the hustle and bustle for the money which I find with a lot of vets in London.
All the team at the branch are a huge asset and I couldn’t think of anywhere else that I would want to have my dogs treated.

Friendly, approachable staff, COVID-safe / spaced out waiting areas - vets and receptionists take time to consult each owner and listen to concerns first, before examinations. Nice they made a fuss of my 9 month old pup, giving him lots of kind compliments and attention (and a treat) so he felt more at ease there too!

Thank you for seeing Bandit even in these difficult times when some vets are only seeing ‘emergencies’ When it became apparent he needed his anal glands emptying I rang up and you saw him as part of his health plan as he was overdue his health check. Glands emptied, nails clipped ears checked weight checked teeth checked. Good to go! Very reassuring. Thank You!

Excellent service at Medivet Battersea. From the moment I stepped in, Brianna was incredibly welcoming. Then I had my appointment with Miha (the vet) and he was wonderful. Took time to explain things to me and answer my questions patiently. I've never felt more welcome, understood and I really felt that the team cared about the wellbeing of my dog.

If you love your dog dont use these guys. I brought my 5 year old staffie to medivet a while ago as he began to limp and we were unsure what was causing it. The vets took him in for examination and they conducted a CT scan. Their conclusion was that he had elbow dysplasia. This was of course upsetting news to receive, however the real shock came when, instead of suggesting a course of treatment, Miha suggested that we have elbow replacement or that the dog be put down in a couple of years! To say that we came away from the experience shaken is rather understating it. Although their conduct towards people is satisfactory their attitude towards my dog has been contemptible. We have since taken him to two different vets, and they have both concluded that the original diagnosis was poorly considered and elbow replacement is utterly unnecessary. Needless to say putting him to sleep is not something that has since been suggested by either of the other vets. They are a very canny business and I am sure turn a considerable profit, however their vets are inexperienced and I think their first consideration is financial.

Make sure you double check with other clinics if everything that "Medivet" told you about your pet is true. Horrendous Expensive !!!! would never trust them my cat ever again.
Unprofessional !!!!!! RUDE STAFF, especially receptionist and administration.
If they rude and careless to you imagine how they treat your pet when you are not there.
AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!!!!

Took our Dachshund in with large lump that had appear on his cheek. Charged us £100 to say it could be any number of things and the best course of action was to wait a week and see if it got bigger. A week later when the lump hadn't gone down we called to ask for further advice. To our amazement they asked "well what do you think it is?", after this they suggested a trial of antibiotics for £173! We left immediately and took our dog to a private clinic down the road who recognized the lump as an abscess immediately and put him on a course of antibiotics for only £50. Moral of the story - don't use Medivet, in particular in Battersea.

What a find - after looking for vets in the area, this one stood out for me. great location & reviews! I called to get a quote for my cats Spay - it was incredible value and after care! they are extremely tentative, caring and put the animals health as their top priority! I highly recommend .
