Hobby craft is a very good place to get activities to get children busy. I went there to pick items for my children to make slime. My visit was great. Great customer service and staff approached me and my family to advise better on useful items to make slime which was very useful.

I am very disappointed with hobby craft Greenwich.
I have always got my wool with no problem
To day is click and collect only which I am happy to do.
I only wanted one ball of red wool to make a poppy for remembrance Sunday. To do that I had to spend £10 the wool was only £2.98

It's a bit crowded and crammed so it's hard to socially distance. The staff can be pretty miserable. But they have good stuff and when it's not busy, it's worth going.

Hard to get stock during lockdown. Even when items are in store they can't be purchased for click and collect unless showing online. Very slow delivery service.. usually a good shop but difficult to use in a pandemic!

Went for wool to knit a scarf for the homeless. Majority of items in stock are good quality. How ever, rest of the stock could do with sprucing up - with better labelling, cleaner, tidier and better value for money. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Hobbycraft is a joke. I have been waiting for a reply now for almost two weeks. No email reply, nobody picks up the phone. The only response I got was on Facebook saying that I am wrong an I got everything that I need. Horrible service, will never use again.

Shop is great but do not use this shopping centre!! Car park is a nightmare. It took an hour to get out of the car park and there were hardly any people in the shops. Only one road out, it's chaos and no one directing traffic. Terrible road planning

This is quite a big store where you can find almost everything for your hobby. Almost because, whilst there are many toys and hobby items for children, when I visited there were no watercolours for children, only professional ones. But apart from the I found everything I needed. And even stuff that I did not need.
