Although we had to queue to get in, it was easy to find what I wanted once I realised since the last time I'd been in they'd changed things around sadly they don't do the doll house furniture and fittings I was looking for but if you know what you want and its craft related (including airfix kits) you will likely find it

Great selection of crafting and creative materials. Had everything I needed and a few extra things that caught my eye and I ended up getting as well. Perfect for any creative supplies you need. I came for a selection of watercolours and associated materials and I had a good range to choose from. Shop was clean, well laid out and staff were nice.

As an artist in inks and pastels, Hobbycraft has always been a treat to go to for me. They have everything I need and the staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. And there's a cafe (and loos) at TKMaxx next door if you need a coffee!

Big old store. Good with the social distancing and handwashing with band sanitiser. Big signs about that. They sell all sorts of wool, jigsaws, kids' toys, artists things, craft stuff, baking accessories, all sorts. We walked out with batting, quilting fabric and a couple of toys. Winners!

Realised Hobbycraft Croydon was open for click and collect, ordered online and was available within 3 hours if that. Hobbycraft certainly came to the rescue for wooden letters needed for a Christmas eve box. Thank you Hobbycraft. 10 out of 10.

First time visiting and I loved it! Lots of crafty choice and loads of ideas. It's on two floors so pace yourself. Shout out to the staff member who took the basket trolley thingy from me and gently raised the handle when it was clear I needed help! Bought stuff I needed and more I didn't but will use. Will return.

The team is were friendly and chatty at the till, issue I and other had was there was no one around for help when needing help to purchase your belonging. So you would take the question to the till when purchasing and then they would offer to get for you etc which would then extend the que even longer down the corridors

Went for knitting stuff and couldn't find much. Wool not set out well or maybe people had muddled up, but not easy to find wool with matching bar codes. A tad annoying, but a one off I hope.
