Really hoped that they have kept their promise as suggested by good reviews. Craig was helpful to answer my queries regarding late delivery. Appreciate that due to pandemic and holidays I was expecting some delay but its now 6th day of the items being dispatched using 24hours delivery. Still waiting and nothing arrived. Was given tracking numbers but no clue on royal mail website. It states that the status will update when they try to deliver the item. Craig had been very helpful but obviously cannot control the delievery service. Promised to rectify this issue with a small gift as a good will gesture. Thank you. Given 4 star due to good communication.
