If you're doing click and collect, you'll need to keep knocking on the window. I had to ring the national number while standing outside to check they were even open. Best to just order online with delivery, their click and collect was very poor service.

Online it states that they are open, Upon arriving at the store. It says "Click and Collect Only" ... when I tried to do it outside the store, I only had the option to collect the next day. Thus ruining my shopping experience. All I wanted was some Lino pads and carving set.

I called the store just now to ask a question. I didn't get a chance!! The assistant began having a go at me about shortage of staff etc etc etc. I'd suggest they don't take their frustrations on the customers.

Dusty store. Not well stocked. No pricing on most items had to do till price check twice. Staff not so helpful could only see 2 on shopfloor 1 on till one doing greeting. Charged wrong twice on item. Quite disappointed had high expectations of hobbycraft. Never had been before. Only good thing i could say was everything was well layout easy to find what you looking for.

Great selection of craft materials but pretty expensive compared to online, however should be supported as it's so convenient. Not much information about many items eg fabrics have the the price hidden, the sizes are not displayed and no info about the material eg is it washable etc.

Extremely rude staff. Went to collect my order waited at the door for 15 mins in the freezing cold. Staff couldn’t find my order. Went to wait in the car. Staff opened the door, threw my bag on the floor closed the door and went back in. Terrible shocking service.

Great shop for all your hobby needs ! Increase the stock on your Humbrol paint cans and Tamiya Mini paints please.
Also worth noting the Hobbycraft web site does not recognise you exist, that's a major IT blot and looses you a star !!!

They have quite a lot of equipment and material to get you going into any crafting hobby, although I couldn't find and good origami paper that I liked. Still pretty good for most hobbies, they got me into plastic modelling.

Lots of crafts stuff for all occasion under one roof. Def worth a visit even if it is for ideas only. I went to check out wedding decorations, envelops and paper. It wasn’t too helpful as all the paper and envelops were wrapped up so hard to decide what to buy, but there is a good range of crafts.

I do love a bit of hobby craft and is my go to place. The staff is good, theres free parking.
The only reason I have marked it 3 stars some of the items are pretty expensive.
