Jessie Chorley The Shop & Workshop

I was super excited to visit this shop having seen Jessie Chorley's work in magazines and following her on social media, however the embroidery in real life was poor quality and pretty basic , oh and I was overcharged ???? I pointed out being charged too much politely and I was reluctantly reimbursed by an unapologetic and unsmiling lady ( possibly Jessie?) Maybe she was just having an off day ... Funnily enough I mentioned being overcharged to a friend and it's also happened to her in this shop so BEWARE ! Always be suspicious of places that don't give a receipt. All in all super disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful shop. Have ordered so much on-line, everything has been excellent. Only basic embroidery skills are required. I use quilting needles and make my work fine. Love all the designs and postcards, etc.

Jessie's shop is a 'One Off' and completely unique. Everything is hand made by Jessie and has her unique style. Every time I visit the shop I am completely mesmerised. This shop really is a must see!

This is the most beautiful shop, I go into a trance when I'm there. Jessie is so friendly and approachable, it's the best place to go for inspiration or special treats. (I buy myself Christmas and birthday presents there!) It's just gorgeous.
