I'd rather purchase a British brand called Joseph Cheaney & Sons which uses Goodyear Welts and can be re-soled many times. Joseph Cheaney & Sons offer a refurbishment services which further prolongs your investment. They also offer better subtle designs and colours which I'm afraid you do not offer. In conclusion, Joseph Cheaney & Sons has a shop, is slightly cheaper and more convenient than what you have to offer considering you have no brick and mortar shop. Struggling to understand the difference between your product and a brand like Joseph Cheaney & Sons? I think the difference here is that Joseph Cheaney & Sons 100% OWNS their factory and their staff while you do not so you will always have to pay a marked-up price. Handmade in Italy vs Handmade in England will always be subjective so there is no true clear winner here. I might be missing something but in my opinion you're not really disrupting anything here?
