Scott arrived within 1 hour of me calling him. Our satellite dish was giving out a weak connection to our Freesat box. Scott quickly identified the problem and got on his ladder and fixed the issue (in the dark). Scott gave loads of helpful advice as I had loads of questions as I was looking at options within the house regarding having a TV in the Kitchen and Scott provided some sound advice and recommendations. All in all a great service delivered and will use his services again.
