What a charming man. The store is well stocked of any kind of material you could ever want. Ideal for wedding dresses to big celebrations. I was amazed with the quality, variety and special attention i was given. Thou my request was for a small piece of material for a funeral, i was treated with respect, and full quality time to help me. Thank you. Recommended

I used to come here all the time as a fashion student back in 2004 and it was one of my favourites in Berwick Street as most of the fabric shops here are painfully snobby towards students. I continued visiting them when I started working as a designer in the industry and would always pop in whenever I was in the area knowing I would be treated well.
In regards to their fabric assortment, it is great and offers different things to the other shops at better prices too!

i go to this shop quite a lot and everyone there is so full of life and very helpful and willing to take their time to help you and get the correct amount of fabric needed and also the best for what it is being used for. I am currently making my final collection and one of the staff in the shop this afternoon was very very helpful. Be sure to check the shop out, I never ever write reviews so I must like it a lot.

What a wonderful shop , we came across this lovely friendly shop today , we travelled down from Warwickshire to visit another shop , but so glad we found this one for my Husband to buy some Leather for a Longbow he`s making. The staff was really friendly and British ! , very refreshing to have good Customer service. SUPERB !!

Very disappointing experience - I came in looking for some particular fabric and before I'd even finished, the guy in the shop started mansplaining to me what I'd need. He didn't listen to what I was saying, gave some random advice and then scoffed and rolled my eyes when I stood my ground and requested what I thought would be best (seeing as I didn't trust his advice). Very strange experience having someone who is supposed to be serving you literally laughing in your face like you're an idiot :/
