Absolutely love this place! Pricey but usually justifiable considering the high quality. The basement section is really affordable. That's where they keep end of roll fabrics, hugely discounted (usually less than half the original price). They're usually between 1-3 m... They also have a range of leftover leather pieces, though quite small pieces usually. I've found so many amazing and unique fabrics here!

I had went there twice, emailing and calling them up the response was fast and very very friendly and helpful. Not sure if that’s because when I spend over £100 every time for my projects but in store when I’m there with my friends sourcing fabrics swatches, I get treated like a brick wall. I was around the store waiting for a staff but a staff escorts another customer that just came in with a Burberry bag and talked for over 20/25 minutes even though I was first to be served.
But if you compare it to Misan textiles, whether you’re in store or not. You don’t get treated like that whosever even if you’re there to get fabric swatches or buying the fabrics or even just looking.

Never met such a rude team of staff, all turned out to be students, not unlike myself. However knew nothing about what they were selling, unhelpful, more interested in the gossip they had to tell and hiding donuts under the table.
For the price I was going to pay for these fabrics I want to be able to go in and talk to someone and not be looked at groaned at, then asked what do I want with a mouthful of food...
Sad as their fabric was good, just need to actually be able to sell it, I walked out with three other customers all of us were shocked...

What an excellent company... Was amazing to experience such professional, experienced and friendly staff. All went above and beyond to make sure every customer was helped with the upmost care. All three of the Misan stores on Berwick street offer a wonderful and diverse range of fabrics suitable for all types of projects. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and always happy to help both in store and over the phone. I particularly love the selection of cashmere and colourful suiting ranges at Misan Brothers!

I always love visiting the Misan Shops that are dotted along Soho's famous Berwick Street. First and foremost, the fabrics and textiles you can get here are among the nicest you will get in Europe and they are very well sourced. Innovative and high quality traditional fabrics sit side by side and it is both exciting and inspiring to enter these shops and genuinely not know what you might leave with. The price will always be an issue on Berwick Street, considering so many of the customers are students but hey, you pay for what you get and I really believe Misan really put in the effort to sourcing great textiles.
The staff have always been friendly and approachable to me and made buying and swatching fabric very easy. On my last visit, a girl Emma was really enthusiastic and really knowledgable about the fabrics which was so reassuring and refreshing!

Awful staff, hostile environment, and overpriced fabrics. A lot of the silks £70+ p/m, when a friend asked a member of staff why they were priced at this level, the reply was "I don't really know". If you're charging these prices you should at least know why!
