The service I received from Drilon was exceptional. We had a courtesy car arranged for us very late at night following a breakdown and were up against the clock trying to arrange collecting a vehicle and getting us back on our way. Drilon was sympathetic, communicative and incredibly helpful. Nothing seemed like too big an ask and he very kindly stayed behind after his shift had ended to ensure we had the car and were all set to finish our journey. I’m incredibly grateful and could not overstate how impressed I am with the level of service. Drilon is a fantastic ambassador and a credit to the business.

I rented a vehicle in August 2020. I arrived to the location at my scheduled time (with many luggage at the heatwave in august 2020) - only to be informed that the vehicle I reserved was not there. After a long discussion the guy gave me an other vehicle - naturally the a higher price. But the "best" thing is, after the hire time they want money for supposedly damage of the glowbox (195 Pound!). There was´nt a damage! NEVER AGAIN Enterprise! Supplement: After a repeated correspondence with several units Enterprise gave me now a refund. They accepted that the reason for the damage was not my behavior. But the problem with the missing car that I have booked is remains - therefore I can not give 5 stars.

I rented a vehicle in October 2019. I arrived to the location at my scheduled time only to be informed that the vehicle I reserved was not there. And they were not certain when it would arrive that day. They offered me a partial refund for the inconvenience which at the time I thought was reasonable. It’s now February 2020 and I have yet to receive ANYTHING from Enterprise. Completely unacceptable. I’ve emailed them numerous time, emailed the “care” email address which responded to people’s negative reviews. Nothing. When they mess up, they won’t honor their promises.

Great service, easy to find and reserve. The manager Dawn who helped us was very accommodating and found us the type of car we were looking to rent for a long weekend away. There was a minor delay caused last minute by another customer returning the car to a different location( to be clear not an enterprise error) but she was able to find us a suitable replacement very quickly and also provided appropriate resolution for very little inconvenience caused. Communication during the entire experience was excellent and clear with regular follow ups to prior reservation and after booking and return. Would most definitely recommend this branch of enterprise. Overall a 5starvery well managed experience. We would happily rent again and recommend family and friends.

Great location, underground on Park Lane outside the congestion zone, fast, friendly and efficient staff. Best for middle to upmarket cars. National rental cars too, Emerald club is well worth it. I’ve rented over 20 times. Mercedes, Porsche, Mitsubishi PHEV SUV, Vauxhall Insignia.

I'm a big fan of Enterprise. The company has stains in great locations and their rates are affordable with a great selection of cars in each of their tariffs. Park lane is in a great location. I'm sure you do pay a premium for this but it's a helpful place with helpful staff.

Fantastic service from Amos and Dawn at Park Lane after I'd mistakenly ordered a car with the wrong transmission. Instead of telling me to put up with it (which is what some car hire places would have done), they quickly located a replacement car in a nearby branch and then lent me a car to drive there - and they escorted me there just to make sure everything went smoothly too. Great service, great atittude, great people - I'm certain to rent from them again.

Incredibly friendly staff and great service. While one person was taking care of the paperwork another one was already bringing the van. Very efficient! I was out in 10 minutes, including checking for damages and so on. Best car hire I have been to so far in the UK.

Rental car companies rarely impress but this one defines new lows. Firstly it is quite hard to find, very limited signs once in the garage but more important than that, service was slow. Once the car was ready to be inspected, some paint was chipped but was told that this wasn't damage though i was expecting this to become damage on return. The most annoying part of the rental here was that the tank came filled to quarter....not only did that mean it had to be filled up sooner than it should have but also it was hard to judge how much fuel to put in for return without overpaying.

Don't bother renting from these clowns. I was late by 15 minutes because the Central line was severely delayed so i had to make alternative travel arrangements, i tried to call, but no one picks up, i tried the online conversation tool but no one answered. At 6pm it's time to head home without a minute to spare and that's what they done without a care in the world. I'd never rent from them again. Customer service is non existent.

Jordan processed my pick up which was fast and very smooth. He did this with a personable approach which was refreshing particularly in London. Dropping of the car, the agent this time was Owa who demonstrated the same level of professionalism and personality. I know where I am going if I need to rent a car again. Simply awesome.

I found these guys through alamo car rental. They had great prices to rent a car for a day (24 hours). We found the address on Google maps but it was wrong.bI called and they explained me how to get there. It was in the marble Arch Q Park. If you enter Hyde Park near the marble Arch. You will see a small sign with Q Park and a staircase down into the garage. If you call at the door they will pick you up. When we got there they were so nice and polite! And for a nice price we got a fully insured car, which was maybe a few months old. They told us that we were just outside the payzone off London. So we could easily exit London, but if we wanted to go to the center we had to pay 12 pounds. They explained everything about the car and I was prepared to go for a drive. When we returned the car they were curious where we went. When we told our story they were sincerely happy for us. They checked the car and deposit our money back on our accounts. We were really happy with the service and the car and if I ever come back to London and need a car. I will definitely stop by again!!!

The car was delivered late and I was offered a 10 seater which is totally impractical. Eventually I received a more suitable SUV. On collection day I called Enterprise informing them that the car was ready to be collected - I was told I would receive a phone call, I never received one that day or the following day. I called Enterprise on day 3 asking why they had not collected and they tried to blame me which was totally unacceptable. It ended with Enterprise guaranteeing that the car would be collected today...it's now 10pm and the car has not been collected. Terrible, terrible service!!!

No car available after booking. Waited a further 2 hours for a car to no avail. Eventually was made to sign up to the enterprise car club which cost a further £60 on top of my rental! Dropped off at dirty hybrid car (totally unsuitable for long journeys) with no explanation on how to use it. 5 hours of my life gone and still chasing a refund!

Great service, car ready on time and made the checkout process easy. Car was hastily cleaned, as some of the outside was still very dirty, and inside had a nauseating smell. I would think that atypical though.

AVOID THIS BRANCH LIKE THE PLAGUE, THEY ARE PREJUDICIAL AND DISCRIMINATE FOR NO REASON. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY BAD ATTITUDE IF YOU HIRE A VEHICLE FROM THEM AND IF THEY CANT GET HOLD OF YOU THEY WILL REPORT THE CAR STOLEN! EVEN WHEN I SETTLED THE BILL AND KEPT IN COMMUNICATION THEY BLACKLISTED ME FROM HIRING FOR NO REASON. IF YOU'RE UNFORTUNATE ENOUGH TO DEAL WITH MATT OR SOPHIE TAKE HEED ENSURING TO DOUBLE CHECK THE CAR AND THE PAPERWORK.

When I arrived I asked if I could upgrade to a bigger car because it was smaller than the one I thought I had booked. They had no other vehicles available at all. Then I was given the car with an empty tank, I barely made to a petrol station to fill up. Then when I returned the vehicle there was damage to one tire, I was charged 200 GBP. I have heard nothing back and its been 6 days. To replace the entire tire is only 45GBP.
