Really great service and at roughly a third of the price I was quoted for the same vehicle at another van rental company. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely use enterprise again in the future.

Amazing Ahmed from this Enterprise rental branch in Russell Square went to very length to help me when I returned a vehicle yesterday. Amazing. The professionalism and politeness that this gentleman has shown is beyond and above excellent customer service - it is a great example how to deal with customers. Quick,competent,staying behind even when it’s the customers fault to be late. Will always recommend Enterprise now because of this very experience. Thank you so much. GBP 250 SCAM!! Got charged for a "scratch" to the car which was not there when I returned. Emailed REGIONAL MANAGER ANISH, GOT A CALL BACK AFTER 1 WEEK, VERY UNHELPFUL. ASKED ME TO MAKE A COMPLAIN. Who would think Enterprise UK and US operate by completly different standards.

Poor selection of vehicles, didn’t have the vehicle we booked. We booked (and paid for) a medium automatic months in advance. When we came to collect the car, the only automatic available was a van. The only hatchback available was a tiny manual Hyundai i10 from the budget category. We ended up taking that as nothing else was available. The staff told us that the decent cars (eg Vauxhall Astras) go when the place opens at 9am. What is the point of booking a vehicle if it might not be there when you come to collect ??? I don’t think I’ll be using Enterprise again.

Pleasant staff. It is a bit of a walk to pick up the car. Staff did not have available the car we booked, but did upgrade us at no extra charge to make things right. Make sure you bring your reservation # (otherwise in a similar incident, you probably will not get upgraded). The vehicle came with less than 1/4 of a tank, which I thought was poor because it is difficult to find petrol stations in the city and mandated we find one, which caused us about a 30 minute delay in our plans.

Cannot recommend highly enough after a bad experience with a different provider I was fed up with rental companies but the service at Enterprise changed my mind. Pick up was a super smooth process and took a total of 5 minutes. Drop off was a little harder but mostly due to London traffic and finding the entrance to the car park. Staff were friendly, efficient and informative. Following all the safe Covid-19 guidelines. Car was almost new with only 5000 miles on the clock, clean and exactly what we expected when booking in terms of space etc. The ease of renting makes it worth going to this location despite being on the hook for London congestion charges. Thank you!

avoid by all means....worst service ever Just to convince you, following the message from them below I contacted the customer service to complain with a very long email giving all the evidence that my 200 pounds deposit has been held with no reason. I received a super quick answer saying that there is no problem with a wrong argument that shows that they didn't even take the time to analyse/read the email properly and advising to contact BVRLA (dispute body). As I didn't know what BVRLA was, I asked for the contact details and the guy replied making a joke and providing the following email: lukebeddows@hotmail.com If Enterprise managers care: the name of the guy who delt with my file and made the joke is Anish Mistry (Area Manager, Central London) This just shows you how professional are these guys. I won't let it go and you will here from me very soon

I've been here with my family about 2 weeks ago. We needed some help for our car rental (we had booked the rental from Italy but we wanted to change the pick up location from Luton airport to another place in London). This is the first positive review I’ve ever written about a car rental experience. I rented a van in April ‘19. The pick up process was smooth and really friendly, I was upgraded, I was given an Easter egg and then the drop off was easy. There was an error and I was incorrectly fined for the a congestion zone charge. I called the office and they reversed the charge immediately and admitted fault. Is it wrong to add a heart eyes emoji to a rental car company review? ????

I arranged to pick up a car at this location on a Tuesday at 10 AM. I arrived around 9:30 to get the process started and was informed that my car was in transit. By the time it arrived, was cleaned and prepped, and ready to go, it was well after 10:30. To make matters worse, the "out" time on my rental agreement was 9:40, meaning that I'd lost almost an hour of my 24 hours. Fortunately, this didn't cause a problem...but it could have. The office staff was very friendly and helpful, even printing me a set of directions to where we were going and the car was just fine - no problems there. I returned it via their after-hours drop-off having been told that I would get an e-mail the next morning to confirm that all was well. That didn't happen and I didn't get that confirmation until the following day, leaving me a full day to wonder if there were any problems. Finally, that confirmation e-mail asked me if the customer service was acceptable. I replied with most of what I've written here but, over a week later, have had no response. In summary, the staff was nice and the car was fine. But the on-time performance and ability to follow through on promises in a timely fashion..not so much.

Really, really easy. Walked in and was served immediately, filled out forms, paid, walked downstairs and after quick check of vehicle we drove out. Less than 20 minutes. Returned the car to the garage, left keys in slot...could not have been simpler. Now, driving around London wasn't simple, but that's another story! Well, done to everyone at this location, you really offered great service.

Very aggressive money policy at the Euston branch. I was given two different extras costs to take the van to Ireland (£150 and £120) when I went into the store and on both occasions I reminded them that I checked the costs online and that the extra should be £75.00 to take a vehicle to Ireland. Was also given the van half full of diesel which was a first in all my time renting and I was told to return it half full which seems a scam as this is impossible to measure. Was also told there was damage to the van when I left the van back out of hours so always take photographic evidence if returning out of hours. Honestly received brilliant service with Sixt in Kings Cross so will be using them instead in the future.

Salve, abbiamo avuto il problema del parcheggio a Londra, non sapevamo fosse a pagamento ovunque dentro Londra e ci fosse anche una tassa di 11.50 pounds al giorno per girare in città, ma dopo un po' di problemi nella traduzione. Siamo riusciti a ridare la macchina a una delle loro sedi e tutto a posto abbiamo risolto molto disponibili e gentili.
