We ordered a removal service from our tenancy removal on the 10.09.19 from the Fantastic Services and I must admit, the service we received was indeed fantastic!
The Team representatives Martin and Binko arrived promptly to our address allowing the start of the process perfectly in time. There were very polite and friendly throughout the whole process. I and my husband cannot thank them enough. I truly recommend using Fantastic services to our friends and family.

moving house was stressful, but they made it smooth. Did their job quickly, dismantled furniture quickly, then assembled them quickly, nothing got damaged. I even paid less than the original quote, as they finished the job sooner than the 4 hour service they suggested. Happy with their service!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. they cancelled the moving services and end of tenancy cleaning 30 mins before the scheduled time.
I called MULTIPLES TIMES and they do not HELP EXISTING CUSTOMERS only NEW ones to hook them for the services.

They have no respect when parking their vans usually blocking people in or parking half on a pavement making it difficult for people with buggys and children to get by. Often drinking then driving poorly.

Avoid using this company for the safety of your items.
My friend had used their service to pack up and move items out of a room. During this process items were stolen, poorly handled and left vulnerable as items were left behind and not packed up when what was required was the room to be fully packed up.
Due to the organisation, coordination and style of packing several items were damaged and left behind at the property.

What an outstanding and wonderful group of people. We have used Fantastic Removals and their team for moving services 2 times now and they are incredible. I had actually called around to several movers and ultimately made my decision to call them. When looking to reserve a moving company, I wanted to make it clear that we would need more time than the average 1 bedroom apartment. The first indication that this was the company for us was when someone actually answered my call and it's was their friendly call center person. He was very informative. Come moving day, the movers came on time. The movers were all hardworking and efficient, kindly moving all items . They treated everything with care, had a great attitude, and were super focused on getting it done right. We were so grateful for their moving expertise. I would use them again for ANY local move and heartily recommend them.

Had to change places to shorten my commute to work and needed movers to help me as I don't have a car. Did a quick research and decided to go with Fantastic Removals because of the recommendations I found. I booked them without even lifting the phone which was nice. They weren't the best price, but were pretty reasonable, and had all the legitimacy and trustworthiness I needed. I'm fairly pleased with the job they did, nothing was broken and they followed all my instructions. If in need, I'd call them again.

Awful service.
Our pictures frames weren't wrapped properly so were scratched and damaged (we had specifically requested picture removal); and two items of furniture were damaged. In addition, an additional charge was taken from our card without notification or authorisation. When we made a complaint the removal company sent a few cursory emails and then broke off contact. We've now disputed the charges with our card company.
Avoid at all costs.

Awful service. Booked removal of a sofa between 13-15.00. At 14.57, the driver texts me he will arrive in an hour. I say it’s fine. At 16.30, I ask him where he is, and try to call to no avail.
No operators were available when I attempted to call the service desk.
I would avoid this company for their tardiness.
Looking at previous reviews will give an indication of this being a frequent issue when booking them - I wish I had checked them out more carefully. The glowing 5-star reviews may very well be fake as well.

Can't recommend this company enough. Since the time I booked them until the end of the move, they were absolutely brilliant. The movers worked quickly and efficiently and showed respect to us and our desires. All the work (including the packing) was completed under the estimated time and at the end, we were charged a very affordable amount of money.

Deeply suggest Fantastic Removals to anyone who needs man and van service. They delivered all my stuff attentively and couldn’t damage them. No matter the fact that the professionals carried everything to the last floor (there is no elevator in the building), they were kind and patient. This is not the first time that I use this type of service, but I am fascinated with this one.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I must give credit where credit is due. Booked Fantastic Removals 2 weeks prior my move. The booking was easy, they understood what I needed. But then I had to move 3 days earlier and I entered panic mode. The operator on the phone was very understanding and they did the impossible to pull my booking 3 days earlier for which I'm eternally grateful. Fantastic Removals are the greatest!

I and my family did a full 3-bedroom house move from London to Manchester, with more than 50 packing boxes. This company was excellent from start to finish - very friendly every time I needed to get in touch with them and their customer support was similarity good. Immediate responses to each of my emails. Everything was packed professionally and efficiently and arrived as per the timeline set in the initial quote from the company. Overall, I'm very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

The service was very good value. One of the men was very inexperienced though (or maybe he was tired I don’t know for sure). That men was extremely quick however, you could easily tell he didn't really know how to lift heavy objects without damaging his back and I was quite worried for him.

I have used Fantastic Gardeners in the past and I was very satisfied with their service. That's why I've decided to go with Fantastic Removals when the need appeared. I didn’t know what kind of service I had to book exactly but the sales operator eventually recommended man and van services. This was exactly what I needed - someone who could give me assistance with loading the household items into the van. It's expensive service, but totally worth the money. The guy helped a lot and transported everything very safely.

I’m very satisfied from the packing services the company offers. The removals team delivery all kind of packing materials and packed everything in the moving boxes pretty quick. It also took them some time to load our possessions for the move which kind of added on the price, but overall, the service was affordable.
