Amazingly helpful and efficient office team. Moving team were super-heroes! Adrian, Mata and Rado - thank you so much. I have used Aussie Man & Van twice now. They are super polite; not grumpy about parking or lack thereof, and they don't balk at the state or size of your belongings or the access to your property. The team checked with me at every point to make sure they were unloading into the right rooms and places. They were very efficient and worked very hard to get the job done satisfactorily and quickly. Really took a lot of the stress out of my home move. Highly recommend!

We used Aussie's services for a house move. Very professional service, and worth the money despite not being cheap (in my view - although see below on that).
All logistical details of the move were agreed in advance and recorded in the move plan that was then shared with the crew - so they knew exactly what to do.
We had one packer arrive on day 1 and pack everything in the house using their own packing material (it took him about 6-7 hours). On day 2 a crew of 3 with 2 vans arrived, disassembled all the furniture, moved everything to the new home - where they reassembled the furniture and placed all the boxes in the rooms where they belonged. FYI unpacking service was not included in our package.
Nothing was damaged during the move, and the movers were very professional and pleasant to deal with
Overall a very good experience if you are willing to spend the ££.
In fairness - regarding the cost, you get a packer for 8 hours and three movers for 8 hours each, plus packing materials included, plus transportation - so I worked it out that you pay about £30-40 per hour of labour per person. You could probably get something slightly cheaper elsewhere, but not the professional and coordinated full-service package, and piece of mind.
Overall - I would recommend their services as it makes the move mostly hassle-free.

The quoting process was clear and simple and a move that could have been very stressful was simple and easy with good natured, energetic and empathic movers. This was our third move with Aussie Man and Van since we moved to London 7 years ago and, as always, we were impressed by the professionalism and hard work of our movers. When faced with a bit of traffic meaning they would get there a little after the agreed time of 8am, they called ahead to let me know which was very considerate even though they were only a few minutes late - most people wouldn't have called at all.
We had many boxes and quite a few items of big furniture including a king-sized bed that needed taking apart and re-assembling, and it was all done by about 4pm - super quick considering our new home was an hour's drive from our old one, and our belongings filled two vans.
The movers worked incredibly hard and took great care of all our belongings, asking us exactly where we wanted things in the room, etc. When faced with very narrow stairs at our new home they took one wardrobe apart completely, without complaint, and managed to get it in the right room. All movers were also wearing masks and careful with Covid recommendations and rules as well, which was hugely reassuring.
This is exactly why we've been calling on Aussie Man and Van for each of our moves over the years - we know we can trust in their efficiency and professionalism every time!

Have used Aussie on multiple occasions the most recent being for a medium sized office move in London, which was perhaps the least stressful moving experience I've ever had. The crew were attentive, careful and quick, whether it was wrapping and boxing up or getting something bulky out of the building. And even before that Tom was especially helpful in making sure everything was booked and in order for the move.

Wow - we found out we had only 4 days to complete at the very last minute and I frantically rang around removals companies. Laura immediately held the last available truck for me whilst we got a (competitive) quote together and we gave green light.
The packers arrived next day and cracked on with as much as they could, ready for the move 48hrs later.
On the big day, they were just amazing and got on with a pretty big move with zero fuss, zero complaints (even when they realised they needed more manpower/extra truck) and were also just a lovely bunch to chat to and work with.
Would recommend in a flash - and they quickly made me realise the difference between a Pro and someone with a truck and some boxes.

They moved through the house like a swarm of locusts packing everything in their path. This was an accomplishment made all the more remarkable by the fact that we had failed to 'pre-pack' and so most of our items were out. That they managed to pack up our house without comment on the state that we'd left it in should give you an indication of just how good they were.
I shouldn't exaggerate, it wasn't that awful. But our family of five (three teenagers) had been living in a five bedroomed, one garaged, one giant lofted and one shedded rented accommodation for five years. And we'd made ourselves at home. We'd filled every conceivable space. Not only did they not balk at the prospect of packing us, they got it done. In a day. Five guys pitched up at 0800 on the morning of our move. I showed them around. They were allocated to rooms. And they put everything into boxes. They left by around 4 pm or so. The following morning they turned up, finished off the last few remaining items and then drove to our new place. They moved stuff into rooms, asked us when they were uncertain about the destination of boxes, moved furniture when we asked to. And didn't even complain about the weight of the piano.
Throughout they were engaging, courteous, good humoured, hard working men on a mission. We used them five years ago. And if we need to again, we'll use them once more. Our thanks to Tom at Head Office and the team of lads who made what would otherwise have been a fairly stressful experience a much more manageable and pleasurable one.

A fantastic team who amazed us with their professionalism and efficiency. The packing was completed impeccably and swiftly - not a scratch on anything - and nothing was too much trouble even although we had a few special requests.
Our two guys were very friendly and obliging but never stopped working - their strength and energy was hugely impressive! Our unpacking in the new home was made very much easier and quicker by their clear labelling and positioning of everything which was placed exactly as we requested.
I would definitely recommend Aussie to anyone planning a move and they’d be our first choice if we ever do it again!

Without hesitation we would recommend Aussie Man and Van Ltd for your next removal needs. We want to especially highlight Lauren and Megan for accommodating our change of date, allowing us to have the option of storage or delivering our belongings to our new home at extremely short notice. They held our hands as we held our nerve to find out the date of completion and receipt of keys with an impressive and experienced calmness. The crew we had on the day were professional, respectful of us and our furniture, and patient on arrival when locating items. The after care from this organisation and again specifically Lauren and Megan in terms of arranging the collection of flattened boxes speedily and checking if the move had gone as expected has left a long lasting impression on us. We will not use another removal company in the future.

We found the team dealing with our move from North London to Hove in East Sussex really professional and surprisingly quick. David, who came to pack all our belongings, was friendly, patient (especially considering we’d done nothing to prepare as we have a small baby!), thorough and jovial, even when it became clear he had been armed with too few boxes! The next day he was joined by another two very friendly, professional men and they delivered and reassembled our furniture and belongings in really good time.
My only complaint would be that we also used their new cleaning service, which was not done terrible well. High level surfaces were not done and seemingly the same cloth was used all over the entire flat as there were smears left everywhere which considering the cost, I would not have expected. But no one ever cleans as good as you’d do it yourself I guess!
Over all a pretty good experience. Would absolutely use again if we move.

I was recommended by a friend who has used Aussie Man multiple moves. While they had initially underestimated the scale of my move, they quickly rectified the situation with a “can do” attitude, sending more men and another van. Mistakes can happen, it is how you handle them that matters most and I was very impressed, particularly in these COVID times. The movers were all lovely guys, efficiently and courteously packing up my belongings. I’m still unpacking but so far everything seems to have survived the move unscathed.

I chose Aussie after getting half a dozen quotes for moving a 3,000 sqft house out of county into a mix of long term storage and a smaller property. Two main reasons for choosing Aussie: Terance in London was very professional in his approach to quoting for me and was happy to requote once I had refined my plans and also work out how to move some tricky items; Tom in Bath was incredibly helpful in working out whether I needed self-store or professional storage and saved me money and effort by recommending Aussie's storage outside Bath rather than London. The move itself was very well organised and professional. The team worked very hard and made every effort to get outsize items moved safely. Aussie Bath came and collected all the boxes once I'd unpacked - also very helpful.
