Aussie Man and Van Ltd are an incredible company. They literally took all the stress out of moving! Our move included full packing; dismantling and reassembly of furniture and placing the content boxes in the relevant rooms.
Everyone we dealt with were so professional, friendly and helpful (including Terence who surveyed our flat and gave us a comprehensive and transparent quote, and Billy who kindly helped organise the whole move in such a short space of time).
We were particularly impressed with our removals team ( Alexandru.N; Alexandru.C & Khalil O). They turned up prompt on a Sunday morning in such a friendly, energetic and enthusiastic manner. They were extremely hard working, good communicators, efficient and very helpful. Our neighbours have had negative experiences of other removals firm but they positively complemented this team as they did not cause any damage to the walls or door frames, they were courteous of other neighbours wanting to use the lift and were careful to not overload the lift.
The speed at which they packed up; disassembled and reassembled the furniture was astounding. I was particularly amazed that no items got lost or damaged on transit.
Aussie Man and Van really are a 5 star removals firm- I would highly recommend to all!

Prior to the move and after an onsite inspection the manager noted all my specific concerns and then included them in the written quote and then amended the quote when I wanted adjustments and updates without changing the price or quibbling e.g. protect the corners of all the furniture with furniguard / all contents to be removed from all furniture / specific instructions for fragile & expensive items.
The packing was done without rushing and the instructions followed comprehensively without prompting. The packer on day one was professional and friendly and was pretty good natured about my continual hovering and prompting. The only thing he was a little bit peeved about initially was my insistence that I write the contents & departing location description on all four sides of each box rather than just on the top tap - which you can't read once the boxes are stacked - ( makes it much easier to find and organize stuff at the other end when faced with stacks of boxes ). The packing of delicate items was excellent.
On day two the moving team were friendly and happy to take reasonable instructions and they knew what they were doing. Some of the furniture required fairly involved dismantling and reassembling which was well done in spite of not being the easiest design. An initial hiccup with the parking suspension did not phase them.
Overall given the favourable price comparison to other operators who were marginally cheaper but I got the distinct impression would have been unreliable / not paying due care and attention, these guys were really professional and I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic experience - from initial survey and quote, to packing our office up and moving across London. We had an 8 man team, who were all fantastic - they worked so, so hard. Arrived early and nothing was too much trouble. They were very well organised and able to work round any issues (some of our furniture was too big to get into our new office - no problem, took it apart, brought it up and put it back together!) Very friendly guys. Superb value for money - can't recommend them highly enough; very impressed.

Davido and Ricardo were absolutely fantastic this week, we did an internal move to make our work at home environment more comfortable, they moved four rooms in under four hours and deconstructed and rebuilt beds in three bedrooms in this time period, they could not do enough to help us. Very fast to get a quote and book the move, despite the Christmas holidays. Packing was efficient and expert and done inside a day. The move was handled perfectly, everything where is should be in the new house and no issue with the narrow entrance to the road where we now live. Crew was good humoured and service excellent. Really disappointed with this service. They've threatened to charge me for a £100 parking ticket 16 days after my move even though this was all done contact free and the ticket was due to them not following instructions I gave to pickup a parking permit on arrival at the delivery property.
They were also very expensive for the level of service that was provided and the movers did not wear masks...
Take your money elsewhere.

We moved from a flat in central London which has complexity with location, parking and building rules. Nothing was too much for the movers and the team were professional and very friendly. 19 Jan 2020: We had a TERRIBLE service from them in 2019 after having had a very good service in 2014. Damage to numerous pieces of furniture, including beds, sofa, multiple dressers, fridge, picture frames, etc. I think over half of our lamp shades were damaged, and they even put a vase of dried flowers into a larger box full of papers etc., so of course they were squashed beyond use (sentimental value only, but irreplaceable). The worst part is that when we brought all of this to their attention they said that the time period for claims had passed and we were bum out of luck - only small claims court as recourse for some sort of compensation after spending thousands of pounds with them. Boo. Will NEVER use them again and will tell that to anyone who asks us for a recommendation.
25 Jan 2020: Follow up to Aussie response:
Firstly a 1 week notice period for the insurance claim is borderline ridiculous - I don't know many people who are out of their boxes in a month let alone a week after a move.
Secondly Peter at Aussie told us to document and share the damage, so we spent substantial time taking pictures, writing up the damage in emails, and finding original costs where possible..... only to subsequently be told that we were outside the claim period so tough luck. Why would we waste more time on this with a 'maybe possibly' that the insurance company might compensate us? Either we are compensated or we aren't.
So our position hasn't changed - we will never use Aussie again and we tell everyone we know about the poor service we received. Clearly we are unlucky as others are posting positive reviews, but the only approach Aussie seems to take when a move does go bad is to say some warm things in a review response.

Aussie man have be really great to me for the past year. I put a load of my stuff in to storage a year ago. It was good value and well looked after. They also moved my other stuff around a couple of times and always arrived on time and carried out the removal as quick as possible. They offered to put bags in designated rooms. The administrative side of things was also very smooth and I was always able to get in touch with them easily and get any issues resolved quickly. Would definitely recommend for moving and storing.

These guys are brilliant! They packed up my flat awhile ago and everything was extremely well packed and very secure. It went into their storage units for a couple of years and this week they re-delivered it to me. Everything is in exactly the same condition as before and the guys worked so hard, carrying extremely heavy furniture up two flights of stairs without complaint. They'd be my first choice to use again. Highly recommend!

We had our new house cleaned before we moved in. The house was vacant for a few months and so there were cobwebs in every corner. After instruction, the team got started straight away and cleaned the house from top to bottom (even places you wouldn't think about like on top of cupboards!) without a fuss. The place could not have looked better. Really happy with the result and would recommend the team for a thorough and detailed clean.

Was impressed by Aussie Man and Van from the start- when I called and spoke to Terry he was professional and very considerate to the fact I was moving house at over 8 months pregnant.
He was able to talk through the services that would be best for me and quick and efficient sending through the quote and responding to my follow up questions.
We booked the packing service - Conrad was our packer and he was amazing! Everything was very carefully wrapped and packed, then boxed and labelled to ensure it was easy to work out what needed to go where when we got to the new house.
We also booked removers and got Conrad again together with colleague Nick. They did a stellar job- quick, polite, efficient and professional. They really are an asset to the company - they were brilliant.
I will NEVER use another removal company - Aussie is the ONLY company you should use. You won’t be disappointed.

Aussie Man and Van were recommended to me by another removal company and I was not at all disappointed with their work. Liaising with Pete in the office was very easy and the booking process was very efficient. We had boxes delivered prior to moving, which was a huge help. I especially loved the wardrobe clothes hanging boxes! Our moving day was the hottest of the year and Pablo and Luke were professional from start to finish, carefully and quickly moving our belongings down three flights of stairs.

They arrived bang on time and were so, so efficient at getting the stuff out of my house and over to the new place as quickly as possible.
They took great care of my things and even decided to wrap some of my bits and pieces when I didn’t think it was needed. Everything arrived in perfect order and not a single fragile thing even had the slightest mark.

These guys were absolutely great - worked like crazy in the heat to get the move completed on time without a single scratch on anything. Very skilled in the preparation and specific approach required for each item of furniture - I had no idea there was so much to it. I'd recommend these guys without hesitation and would definitely use them again for another family move.
