Aussie Man succeeded where other another company failed! I tried to get a table moved from my home to an address nearby - a relatively simple job. However the first company I tried failed, saying the table was 'too heavy and they couldn't move it unless I paid them some extra cash"! I cancelled the job with them and called Aussie Man and arranged the pick up. Aussie Man arrived on time, were quick to carry out the task and took care over the table whilst in transit. Can thoroughly recommend Aussie Man!!!!! Will use again.

This was the 2nd time in 3 years I've used these guys to move house. It is so easy and fast to get a quote and the guys did a fantastic job both times (fast, care taken not to break anything or scrape walls and lovely people). So good in fact that I booked them again a 3rd time to move some furniture back from my elderly mothers storage unit. They were absolutely fantastic as usual but went the extra mile in making the collection very easy for my mother and generally taking care of us both - the experience is always made a pleasant one rather than a stressful one. Prices are reasonable too. 5 stars!!

Great from the start. Quick response to emails, were able to schedule a time at the last minute for us. The guys were friendly, professional and very quick! We had to move some very large items from one part of our office to another, as well as disassemble furniture. I will definitely call again the next time we need anything!

Great service from Aussie! We had a few problems on the day caked by the sellers of our house (they moved a day late!) and the 3 guys from Aussie were so accommodating and helpful about it all - and still managed to finish on time! They really took good care of our belongings and I would definately recommend them and use their services again! They do little extras I wasn't expecting like carrying bubble wrap and spare boxes and tape, which all came in handy during the move, and they used proper moving equipment to avoid scratching floors and furniture. Really impressed with their professionalism and good attitudes.

Absolutely stress-free service. I couldn't be happier - they arrived, they loaded up (all carried down two flights of stairs); drove two miles then delivered all of the furniture up another flight of stairs. No complaining, no fussing and just a little bit of puffing. This was a late booking from Whetstone N20 to North Finchley N12 but it was worth every penny. I was so impressed that my daughter has booked them for next week.

They were lovely. However, they forgot to bring to my new place a fully packed box, didn't pack any contents of one of the toilets, left behind a full roll of bubble wrap (which I've been enjoying bursting) a full (heavy) rack of wrapping paper and 6 rolls of tape. I have been having to move the leftovers in a few car trips :( just as well I did this a week before having to hand my old flat over. They did compensate me a few pounds for the trouble when I called but the amount was a very small percentage of the overall job as I had been quoted for 4 hours and it took them 9 as both guys were quite new to the business.

Excellent customer service with a very prompt estimate and quick confirmation (within 2 days) and they could move me that weekend. The movers were affable, courteous and conscientious with my possessions. I would hire again and recommend without hesitation. They moved me seamlessly from Queens Park to Shoreditch. Second time we've used Aussie, and would and have recommended them to anyone moving. We went from arsenal to bounds green, with a lot of stuff. The guys were great, efficient and careful with our stuff, lugging around boxes I could barely lift two at a time. All in it took about five hours, with furniture and a big pile of stuff.
Will use them again if/when we move.

My circumstances changed last minute and had to cancel my booking. The staff were great about it all and refunded me. When I originally booked they were great in tailoring my needs. A decent price was quoted compared to many others who were getting back to me with silly quotes. Just because we live in London shouldn't mean we pay a premium! I have no hesitation in recommending them. I'll only use them in the future.
