We moved house in early November and reloux were amazing. They arrived at the time stated, packed all our belongings into 20ft container. We moved into our new property and again they arrived promptly in Cape Town, South Africa. Their staff are exemplary and everything was done with extreme care and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service.

Moving out can be a very stressful experience. Not with this company! It went smooth from the very beginning, communication was amazing. I knew the prize and everything went quickly! Highly recommended! Professionalism should be their second name. Also, they provide great work with amazing atmosphere at the same time. If I decide to move out again that's for sure the company I'm going to pick!

Do not use Reloux.
We moved from UK to USA in June 2020 and we finally received our shipment towards the end of October. The company had blamed the major delays on Covid, which granted shipments were backed up a bit but not as long as it took our shipment to get to us and also the process working with Reloux was a nightmare.
Our major complaints regards Reloux are the lack of communications, transparency and follow-through we have received from Reloux.
Since our initial consultation, Hadi said all of the right things about our international move from London to the US and quoted us a 8 week turnaround. But as the move unfolded I soon realized he over promised and under delivered.
1) Hadi in the beginning was responsive and promised a smooth execution but once we paid for the shipment the communications dropped off. I had to chase him to get answers about the status of the shipment. And on the rare occasion that I got a hold of him live, he always had an excuse or evasiveness as to what was going on.
2) Yev is the Relocation manager and he was NOT transparent with us at all. We specifically noticed that he removed pertinent information on moving documents that he sent to us to sign. So we lost trust at that point. The movers recorded cubic meters on the form we signed on moving day and a few days later Yev sent us the same form with the cubic meters and our signature erased from the form. We asked him for the original form but he was very reluctant to share it with us.
We tried to understand the charging structure from Yev, and when I pushed him on contradictions in his explanations he actually threatened me that he would charge us for storage if I kept complaining. As with Hadi, we never received any proactive updates from Yev and I always had to chase him. It was evasiveness the whole way through.
Imagine being met with complete radio silence about all the belongings in your house.
3) We were never notified when our shipment would be delivered. The delivery company in the US called us the day of to ask if we would take our delivery today. We were not ready to accept about 150 boxes in an hour. Luckily we were able to reschedule with the local delivery company which they were great to work with. They also explained that they were not given any notice from Reloux of when the shipment would arrive in their warehouse.
4) When we did complain to management, Tracey Neuville (Reg Sales Manager) offered us £200 as a ex gratia payment if we would keep out mouths shut. I ethically will not do that as to why I am sharing my experience with you.
5) I am attaching some pics of what your stuff may look like if it were packed by Reloux. Tracey claims that shipments shifts a little during packing but pictures will show you it is not shifting that is the issue.
Of course COVID is going on. We have experienced that in our own jobs and in working with our own clients on their Covid delays, we've experienced delays in our personal journey of moving across continents, and in myriad other facets of daily life. In all that, the only serious issue we’ve had and the only complaint we’ve made is with Reloux, because the lack transparency and communications and the complete loss of trust from the management team.

At the beginning I thought that the removal part will take something about two working days (lots of heavy stuff) but the packers did such a great job!
They took everything out in one day without any scratches or anything. I saw lots of experience while watching them working. I’would like to thank you all guys for great service!

Reloux provides excellent service. Always responding quickly and friendly. Because I was only moving 10 boxes from Belfast, they proposed to use UPS to do the move for me. This worked quite alright, except that in Belgium UPS provided poor service by failing to deliver the packages and not calling me or taking contact with me to arrange a new delivery, so they sent back everything to Reloux. Reloux then offered to move the boxes itself on its own costs to repair what had happened. They made true on this promise, for which I am very grateful.

Reloux was amazing moving my stuff from London to Holland. There was absolutely no fuss. All they do is move your things. In a pandemic, I was worried for a terribly stressful experience, but with great communication everything got sorted on time. They arrived a lot later on moving day than scheduled, but to compromise they stuck my stuff on a direct van and all my belongings arrived safely in Holland 1 and a halve day later. Amazing! Great communication, quick service and an amazing price. Highly recommend.

RELOUX team did fantastic job few times for me. My job is a constant movement from town to town and they were always very flexible and helpful.
Another thing is nothing has ever been damaged since I’m using Reloux’s service.

5 star experience! I wanted to move my belongings and some furniture from London to Amsterdam but I was already in Amsterdam. I expected this to be a nightmare scenario but with these guys, it was the easiest move I've ever done (and I've moved many times). Excellent communication, transparent, competitive price, quick, I genuinely cannot recommend the services of this company enough. I was kept informed about the progress of the delivery at every step of the way and when the truck arrived in Amsterdam, the guys delivering were brilliant. I think the biggest surprise for me was how well everything was wrapped and packaged. The level of care that went into protecting the items made me realise this is the only moving company I am going to work with from now on. It is because of reviews that I contacted Reloux, I encourage everyone to share their true experience as we all benefit from that.

My partner and I moved from London to Belgium on short notice.
We contacted Reloux for a quote and received a prompt reply. When calling with questions, we immediately received answers and advice.
We needed additional boxes and these were quickly delivered to our door. We packed our goods and everything was collected in as little as 2 days.
Throughout the transfer we had good communication with Reloux via email and over the phone.
All-in all, great customer service, quick delivery from door to door with all our boxes present and in a good condition.
We strongly recommend Reloux when you plan on moving.

Very pleased with my experience with Reloux overall ! I had 10 boxes moved from York to Berlin and they arrived 2 days after collection (Tracking was available). Cheapest quote I had amongst many other moving companies.
Personally I would have preferred to book my collection dates a month in advance but everything went fine with asking for collection 2-3 days in advance. They were fast to answer emails most of times.
