Fantastic Removals are excellent! We have used them 3 times so far within London, and they have always done an excellent job! The movers were very efficient and knew exactly what they were doing! They don't waste time! They make everything super smooth and take care of the locations from A to B, and you never have to worry about anything! My best friend recommended those guys for me because they had moved him twice and I really liked their fantastic service. They showed up on time and did their job very smoothly without any damages. A big thumbs up for the owner and their job is really highly recommended. Very professional. Their customer service is very accommodating to requests. I had to change my move schedule last minute, and they were very helpful in rescheduling it.

We've moved a couple of times, and we have worked with many moving companies. However, the service from Fantastic Removals has been the most trustworthy so far. The movers are extremely helpful and respectful with their customers. They understand how stressful moving is for families and their efficient service truly reduces a great deal of stress. Their services are proper and reliable, with good prices and exceptional customer service.

A man in a Fantastic Removals van just beeped at me and made lewd gestures as I was walking down the road. I have rang the company to complain and I got the impression that nothing would be done with this information, so just thought I’d record it publicly for all to see. This is absolutely disgusting, unprofessional behaviour and should never ever be tolerated.

The crew that packed up my apartment was professional, careful, and detail-oriented. The movers instilled confidence that my furnishings and belongings were in great hands. So these guys really made my day two weeks ago. They are so polite, so nice and so well prepared for the job. They took apart all my big furniture and managed to assemble it back together to the last screw. They also handled the packing part, and everything was perfect. Not to mention the price was the best in town. I really recommend them. Fantastic Removals are professionals and do their job very well!

The whole team was amazing! We hired them for packing, transporting and unpacking. The movers were very organised, prepared, on-time, pleasant and helpful. They were super careful with our more fragile and valuable items. The technicians were meticulous and paid attention while carrying the boxes in order to protect the floors and railing. I can say that this company made the moving experience fun!! Highly recommend them!

My time went a bit over the estimated 3 hours, but my new home was pretty far away. The final bill was very well priced, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a move!

The on the ground team that did the packing, shifting and assembly / disassembly is very good, but the booking team and the customer service team are beyond hopeless. The booking team (particularly someone called Roy and Martin) only focused on proving price competitiveness and have zero real life experience of estimates. If you are moving for the first time, avoid them at all costs
For detailed inventory list that we sent, Roy estimated 2 men for 4 hours and one transit van and 25 boxes to do the whole job. We thought it was just too less, so we ignored his advice and asked for 2 large vans and 4 people for 4 hours on the day, plus 2 people to come 2 days before and pack half the stuff. In the end it took the 4 people 9 hours to do the whole job!! And I had to buy 30-40 boxes on the moving day at my own cost
Plus none of their phone numbers work - they do not have a direct line to any customer service person - all day, you just cannot reach them, to complain, to talk to their guys, to do anything!
And at the end they charged 3x the original estimate (which I am resisting hard). It is all and all a shakedown by putting you in the worst situation possible and then extracting more money.
PLEASE DO NOT USE FANTASTIC SERVICES REMOVALS. Other services (cleaning) are very good, but definitely not removals.

I hired this company for a removal service after a renovation project. The guys arrived early, went over the job with me, and worked nonstop the entire time. They accomplished more than I thought they would for the amount of time. Great people! It was a pleasure to work with them, and they were exceptionally respectful of me, my furniture, and my home. If you need reliable, professional, careful, and fast movers I highly recommend Fantastic Removals. They arrived when they said and took the required steps to protect our floors, doorways, and stairway banister. The team quickly wrapped all of our furniture and placed all of our belonging onto the truck! There was nothing broken, and the movers placed everything where we wanted. I have used Fantastic Removals on multiple occasions and am a Member of their club. On previous occasions I used them to move from House 2 House and the service was fast and efficient with no problems. The last time however i used them to move into storage and this was a disaster. Our furniture was treated so badly and stacked so inappropriately that almost every item from wardrobes to chairs to sofas and so on were scratched and ruined. Even a pair of antique chairs. I collected the items from storage myself but because i didn't take photos when the items were stored by Fantastic Removals, they have said that I cannot prove the damage was done by them because as soon as it is moved it could have been damaged by me. Bear in mind we are talking every item of furniture pretty much and about 35 photos of evidence i sent them after unloading it into my home. As if i would treat my furniture without the highest care? They are no longer replying to my requests to prove they stored the items correctly as they do not have photo evidence themselves. So the burden of proof is on you to take photos and make sure that it is all recorded. If you are moving home 2 home the damage will be obvious so not a problem. Just take before photos for your insurance claim. And if you don't value you expensive items then not a problem anyway. It's a shame that this company started out so well and now is just like any other large firm waiving any sort of care and responsibility.

Most unprofessional removal service I have ever used. Honestly borderline steeling from customers by charging hours while they standing and chatting. Customer services/ office is even worst, does not respond and extremely unhelpful. I have moved house few times and never experienced service like this. Paid 50% more for the half job. My sincere advice, for peace of mind never use them. They are only interested in charging per hour without any professionalism and customer care.

They overcharged me by £375. I have called 3 times to get this refunded to no avail. I am calling a 4th time but no humans pick up the phone - they just forward you to a voicemail. The collection services were great but the customer service is a huge issue.

Sadly my review last week was. a 5 star one but this week (a two weekend move) the team were rubbish. I gave a 5 star review last week and gave them a cash tip but this time the "new" teams attitude stunk. The trouble with a subcontractor is you never know who you are going to get. I complained and the response by Greg at head office was 'whatever". I do understand that some customers are tricky but come on two weekends in a row and the difference is like night and day. Thank God my mates were here to help. So in summary no one is employed so you throw a dice. £800 of bookings later. I have a deep clean booked this Friday.....fingers crossed they are are cleaners and not bakers with spare time subcontracting!

My family and I have used fantastic removals a week ago to move out of our apartment. Before moving out we decided to choose a big company "well known" to make sure nothing would get damage or that nobody would steal anything and we couldn't have chosen any worse, Fantastic removals not only allocated the job to a group of people that stole my husband's wine collection one day before his birthday and few days before Christmas but damaged so many pieces of furniture. however when contacting the company they have not done a thing to help us with the issue, we thought going with a big company everything will be cover and thats is far from reality. they are not worthy one single penny. Im sorry I do not have pictures of the stolen wine! Stay away from this company there are smaller business that are way more reliable and careful with others personal items.

Took furniture to storage and returned it but lost every screw and could not re-assemble any furniture. We have been waiting since last week and have chased repeatedly as currently my mum is sleeping on the floor! Team tried to say they were not responsible and also that furniture was too heavy to put back even though they took it? Really upsetting as furniture is bespoke and they have said they are going to b and q to find new screws...but still waiting. Never use them...buy cheap and this is what happens. Definitely keep your own screws!!
Re your response. Our ref is 20081308DSI and we have left voicemails every day and been promised a response and sent another email today to office@fantasticservices.com because you have now taken full payment!
Update is they can’t fix the furniture and have washed their hands of it and asked us to fix it all ourselves. Whilst trying to fix our sofas, they broke a vase as well and then lied and denied it even though this specialist took photos and promised to report to the office. It just gets worse the more we deal with them. Avoid at all cost

Review 2: I changed my rating because the job was performed afterwards. However they were delayed because the first customer went over the job estimate by 4 hours delaying mine significantly. I felt horrible seeing the team working 12 hours without any break honestly. But they were very kind and really helped. The stars go to the removals field team.

Possibly the worst removal/packing service of all time, this company cancelled my appointment 3 times in a row with no notice over 2 days, I missed work to wait in for them for the first appointment, they let me know 10 minutes before they couldn't make it. I then stayed in the whole evening to wait for them for the rescheduled appointment we had agreed on, they didn't even contact me to say they weren't coming and just didn't show up with no explanation as to why. They are impossible to contact when you try to call them to work out what went wrong, rude on the phone and then to really add the icing on the cake tried to charge me an after hours fee of over 80 pounds because I wanted to book them after 20.00 the following day because I couldn't miss another day at work to see if they might turn up..... Avoid at ALL costs!!!

They arrived 2 hours late.
Once in the middle of removals. Will claim it will take longer and charge you double.
They lure you in with a smaller quote..knowing they cant do the job in the specified time.
Rude, arrogant staff who you also pay for smoke a cartoon of cigarettes before each box is moved.

Sharing as I think I ought to - we used these guys for our recent move, three guys turned up and started unloading our things.
Unfortunately, we caught one of them in our purse and 50 euros was missing. This led to us both feeling unsafe in our home as we then had to let them continue with the job.
I see there are lots of positive review and no doubt lots of excellent removers on their books but would not use their services again. They are a web platform which offers out the jobs to different subcontractors. Therefore it's a little bit potluck on how your service is... Next time I will go for a firm who employs their staff

The service I experienced was unprofessional and not fantastic at all.
Moves are stressful to start with and having uncooperative and unfriendly movers who can not communicate with you added to the stress. Two of my plastic draws fell and were broken and damaged and the guy had no courtesy to inform me or even apologies.
I am very disappointed with the service and would not recommend anyone to use them and never be using them for future.

Completely unprofessional. I don’t often leave reviews but I feel I have to leave this as a public service. Do not under any circumstances use this company.
After having booked a removal and storage Fantastic removals called up 30mins ahead of my scheduled time to cancel. They did not even provide a reason or help to find an alternative other than 3 days later. Note they had sent me a reminder that morning telling me the van was coming. Also, when you try and call them back they deliberately block your number on their system so you have to call from a different phone to get through.
Please just spare yourselves the stress and book a reputable company.

Please please please think twice before using Fantastic Removals.
We used them for packing and removals across London, and 3 items of jewellery went missing. We found the box the jewellery had been in crudely hidden in a bag of odd socks when my wife was searching for jewellery for a family funeral. We contacted the police who wouldn't take the case further due to insufficient evidence.
And Fantastic Removals have refused any liability or compensation, refused to conduct an internal investigation, refused to give us their insurer's details so we could make a claim and refused to actually have a live phone conversation with us about it despite repeated requests, instead hiding behind emails. Worst of all, the team who moved us are still contracted to Fantastic Removals and so this could happen to another customer. It doesn't look like we'll see a penny back.
If you value your belongings, look elsewhere for your removal.

I have used Fantastic Removals twice and am very happy with their service. It was a pleasure of using your removal service and the overall experience was great. On arrival, they took a few minutes to explain the process and did a walk through to make note of any things that needed special attention. The removal crew were courteous, friendly and got the job done fast. I couldn't imagine this day could go better and smoother. I was so stressed out and they managed to cheer me up.
