Great Service. David helped set up my telephone system and took the time to explain how things worked. I've been using Phoenix Communications for about 6 months now. The invoices are easy and clear to understand. I would highly recommend David and Phoenix Communications.

We recently moved offices and were told that we could not move our telephone number to the new office when we moved to the new address. I spoke to Dave who has set the business up on a VOIP system. We have kept the same number having moved, which has been really helpful. He was very clear in explaining the differences and the benefits of VOIP and has saved us money, as the monthly cost is cheaper than the monthly bills we were getting from BT. It also has so much more useful functionality. Dave was very helpful and patient with helping get the new system set up so that the move went smoothly. Would happily recommend Dave and Phoenix to other businesses.

I set up a new phoneline with David of Phoenix Communications, I realised just having a mobile number for my business wasn't suitable enough. David created me a number which directs easily enough to my mobile. He was very patient setting up the whole system for me and running me through the different options available, including training on how to use it.
