We needed an important laboratory check with a short deadline. The team was outstanding and provided us a professional service staying all the time in touch with us and informing about the progress. All the staff members were very kind and helpful. I can recommend Dr. Jack D. Singer and his practice.

After receiving some very conflicting advice from NHS Paediatricians and feeling completely lost we decided to go down the private route as my daughter's condition was getting dangerously worse. We found Dr. Singer online and had an initial consultation via telephone (due to Covid). He took the time to listen to our concerns and explained everything to my husband and I in a logical way and helped us separate the fact from the fiction from the advice we'd previously received via the NHS doctors. Dr. Singer made recommendations based on factual medical evidence and recommended we try her on a medication. We had a follow up a week later and there was already a noticeable positive difference in my daughter. Dr. Singer has scheduled in further follow ups to ensure that her condition continues to improve leaving us feeling reassured and supported in what has been a difficult time. My husband and I are extremely grateful to Dr. Singer for taking the time to listen, explain and help us find a solution rather than just treat the symptoms.

Disappointed with the way the service was handled. Booked an appointment where they had confirmed that MRI can be done within two weeks for my son, come to know this was not true so I asked for a refund or partial but they have dusted us off, so I am out of pocket £250 and no MRI scan. Would not recommend as information given by clinic was not accurate.

Our son used to a significant issues with reflux. We saw our NHS doctor who suggested my wife stop eating dairy and to come back in a few weeks. This provided absolutely no help. Dr Singer was extremely helpful and gave Sterling an effective treatment immediately. He has a very friendly bedside manner and put my wife and myself at ease. I would highly recommend Dr Singer to anyone and will definitely be continuing to use him in the future.

Dr Singer is a great pediatrician who is very knowledgeable about routine vaccine schedules and is always available. His kind demeanor puts kids at ease when visiting the doctor and he takes the time to answer any questions or explain your child’s diagnosis with parents. His bedside manner is wonderful and always professional. Would definitely recommend if looking for an excellent pediatrician.

I telephoned Dr Jack Singer quite instinctively after finding his name & details at the top of a Google search when our 5 year old son had been poorly with a fever, severe lethargy & vomiting for 12 days. For the most recent 5 of these days he had been an inpatient at our local hospital, on IV fluids & antibiotics being treated for query sepsis & question marks over Coronavirus & Meningitis. During this time he developed slurred speech & lack of concentration. However, at this point , there was no clear diagnosis or treatment plan & frighteningly for us, our little boys’ condition was clearly deteriorating. Dr Singer telephoned me within 2 hours of speaking to his secretary. I spent about 15-20 minutes explaining our son’s presentation & recent history & he immediately diagnosed Encephalitis (of 3 possible origins) & advised on medication to be started immediately & a forward plan to include urgent MRI & Lumbar puncture. Dr Singer telephoned me back within an hour of our first conversation with more advice & made it quite clear we could contact him 24/7 if we had any concerns. In the absence of a clear plan from our hospital, the Paediatric team were very receptive to Doctor Singers input, spoke with him on the telephone & acted on his advice immediately. Within 12 hours of starting the medication our little boy began to demonstrate clear improvements which continued as the days went on. Following more results, our local paediatricians started him on further medications & we were able to discuss the ongoing treatment with Dr Singer regularly. His input, advice & transparency meant that we were able to gain reassurance from him every step of this traumatic journey & it enabled us not only to understand but to plan for the Doctor’s ward rounds at our hospital so that all of our questions & concerns were answered. 2 days after our telephone consultation the team of Paediatricians at the hospital our son was being treated confirmed the diagnosis of Encephalitis! The most Amazing thing about this situation is that Dr Singer did not once see our son, not even by video link yet was still able to make an accurate diagnosis. In our opinion Dr Singer is clearly extremely experienced, demonstrating a mixture of friendly professionalism, with an incredibly confident & straight talking, yet humble manner. We found ourselves in an entirely unexpected & terrifying situation & Dr Singer has given us the most precious gift any parent could ask for. As I wrote earlier, our telephone call to him was instinctive & we did not read any reviews before making the call. Of course, everybody’s personal opinions vary greatly but the sincerity behind this review is unquestionable! Based on our experiences with this incredible gentleman, we will travel (5 hours) to his clinic as soon as we are able, to have our son followed up for immunological testing! ‘Thank you’ is simply not enough! Dr Jack Singer was amazing with our baby who couldn't feed and had no energy to even cry when shes hungry. The baby is now bigger, healthier, and gaining weight gradually. Dr singer is also lovely, he is gentle with the baby, encouraging, reassuring, and answered all our questions, we are very pleased and happy parents now.

Thorough blood tests were done on my son. Very costly blood tests which were not really necessary but I wanted make sure all was well. We found there to be some iron deficiency but all in all, the tests came back clear. Prices paid are not worth the services - for the second appointment my child was not even checked but had to still pay £230 pounds just to have results handed to me. Will be seeing a specialist doctor for his adenoids to be looked at as this was my main reason for the visit.

Have seen Dr Singer for 2 different issues with our son. The first time, he sent us for a scan and bloods the same day which very quickly gave us the diagnosis that our son had Lymphoma. The NHS had completely dismissed our concerns as 'nothing to worry about'. Dr Singer's willingness to listen and fast actions, saved our son's life. Our second issue was regarding some reoccurring boils - again he acted quickly and was very thorough in his investigations. I find him approachable and willing to give of his time.

Excellent doctor. We went there with our baby, as his fever was really high and the antibiotics from the hospital didn’t worked, so the Doctor make him feel better just in 3 days.

Dr Singer is excellent; we have complete confidence on him. Not only is he proposing effective treatments, he is also amazingly supportive and always keen on explaining everything to parents. He provided my son with an innovative treatment against recurrent infections which had lasted for over a year. No other paediatrician could treat him effectively. I strongly recommend him as the best paediatrician in London.

Lovely doctor and helped us massively with our son. He was a very difficult baby and turns out he has reflux and milk intolerance which our local GP didn’t help with at all. I would definitely recommend Dr Singer. Appts always on time and always contactable by email and telephone. Thank you so much!!

Avoid. How condescending and money grabbing can someone be? Didn’t even have the right equipment to measure my baby’s blood pressure or height properly. Cancelled a referral scan and would not refer until we saw him again in his clinic. Only really interested in pushing the vaccination schemes and shoe horning in as many unnecessary consultations as possible .... to make money of course. Should have retired a while back

Yes a total scam artist Chairman or no chairman - he is totally unprofessional! Took advantage of overcharging us £250 & over 350 for blood tests - extreme amount for a “consultation” to check my children’s weight and height and poor weight gain. Very unpleasant experience, showed a complete lack of care, professionalism, understanding or even interest at going to a root cause, treated the whole family with a lack of respect or interest. His prime interest was how he was going to get paid. Too busy taking calls and checking emails , the whole consultation took less than 10 minutes! Not bad for over £250!! He was certainly more interested in clearing up his room then attending to my daughters medical needs - I mean that's why he is there in the first place. It's not the money paid, it's his unprofessionalism & condescending attitude that's the concern. He might be a chairman of Harley street but the countless bad reviews say it all. Totally appalling Do not recommend this so called doctor to anyone!!!

I feel that it is my duty as a fellow parent to write this review. Dr. Singer needed to retire years ago. He is no longer fit to care for his patients. After changing doctors, I've learned this is well known among the medical community. Below are facts about my experiences with his care of my sons. He is using an outdated vaccination schedule that does not combine the Hep B with the rest of TDAP which may be on purpose so that it makes one come in for another appointment and then can be another charge to insurance as is a theme in other reviews. Along those same lines, he had me come in after an ultrasound appointment to "go over the results" when the doctor who performed the ultrasound already told me everything was fine so once again, he just wanted to charge insurance. I literally walked in and he told me everything was fine and didn't even need to see the ultrasound results but that if the other doctor said it was good news, then it was fine. I was in there for 10 seconds. During my last appointment with him, he mixed the vaccines and then had to start from scratch due to some mess up. Fine enough...except I spoke with my friend who also had an appointment with him that day and he had to start from scratch again with her son's vaccines as well. He also threw them in the garbage, pulled them back out again and when I asked if that's what he was using on my son (from the garbage) he made a joke. His way of measuring my son was very casual and not accurate, though it doesn't matter because he didn't record the data in any records anyway. He also doesn't enter any information in the red book. The last time I had my son weighed on the scale, there were drops of blood on it from the last patient leading me to believe he doesn't change the paper on the exam table or scale in between patients as I had also guessed this from him welcoming me right in as the other patient was leaving. My son's last vaccine with him, he accidentally pricked my son with the needle before he intended to insert the syringe causing my son to cry out. He also never uses an alcohol wipe to sanitize the skin beforehand. His methods are very outdated: no nursing staff, no computer. I also agree with the other reviews who say he is far more interested in small talk than actually examining or speaking about his patients. Finally, he is very unprofessional in demanding his patients to write doctify and google reviews and as the other reviews note, he insists you do them in his office holding out his own phone and wanting you to push submit. I am afraid that no one is brave enough to write a review such as this or speak to the doctor about retiring, and therefore he continues to go on.

Spoke to Dr. Singer on the telephone about setting up an appointment. He was so rude and condescending I actually had to hang up on him. Then I read the other terrible reviews and was glad I didn’t progress to setting up an appointment.

I really wish I had done more research and read others' reviews on google first before going to this doctor. We found Jack Singer on our insurance website. We took my children to see him several times before. He always was rushing to finish with the kid(as well as unnecessarily chatty with parents, not about the kids, but only about parents' work) and we never felt he was very helpful. He literally finished appointments in 30 seconds before. But as you know, parents tend to keep the same pediatrician if nothing goes really wrong. So we just never bothered to change doctors. But he did something that really crossed the line. After we took our 2-year-old child to get her shot, Jack Singer asked us to do him a favor. When we asked what. He just put his own phone in our hands, on which he had already given himself a 5-star review. Then he literally told me to write about how good he was. I felt shocked but did not feel comfortable turning down his request. So I wrote a couple of sentences saying he gave shots well. Then he told me to write more sentences!!! When I asked what website this was for, he said it was "trip advisor and how he had to do it" hmm...... Then he posted this review of himself from his own phone! OK... that was just outrageous ! My husband was there as well. We both felt very shocked and deeply uncomfortable. Jack Singer's behavior was highly unprofessional. I even decided to spend time writing my very first google review for this! Now we finally decided to switch doctor for my child. You should never set yourself up for disappointments with this doctor in the first place. The other reviewers were absolutely right about the fact that this doctor only cares about selling vaccines.

We are very pleased with Dr. Singer. Being in a large city with small children can be stressful when they are not well, and he does an outstanding job taking care of our family. His relaxed and caring demeanour is always appreciated. Dr. Singer is extremely knowledgeable. I have never been to a doctor who is more "on point" with various issues. Dr. Singer is familiar with everything I address during visits and knows the most effective course of action to take. He is also very accessible. Dr. Singer is very flexible with accommodating appointment times and there is consistently little to no wait when you reach his offices. What a luxury. Once he even saw my ill two year old on a Sunday over a bank holiday weekend. I cannot say enough. We feel fortunate to have found such a lovely paediatrician.

Dr Jack Singer has been our Doctor for over 9years. I can tell that this Doctor knows his craft. There has never been an occasion where I had concern for my children with him. He always fixes the boys up. Knowing I could call him at short notice and be seen or running late for my appointments and would still be fixed into his busy schedule awesome He is a great doctor and would recommend his service to all parents. We recently sought Dr Singer's advice in relation to our 14 month old and were very happy with the experience. The facilities are clearly geared towards making children (and parents) feel at ease, as was Dr Singer's manner. He was very thorough and offered clear advice and recommendations. He acted swiftly in response to the agreed course of action. He listened to our concerns and answered all of our (many) questions. We left feeling reassured following our experience with Dr Singer. I have recommended Dr Singer to friends and would not hesitate to return to him for advice.

Total scam artist... charged us £750 to have our children vaccinated for meningitis since it’s not covered by NHS. When asked why it was so expensive, their reply was that the doctor had done an “evaluation” of each child, when in reality the doctor did no evaluation and the nurse had taken their temperature. They took advantage of us knowing that we’re not from the UK and didn’t know any better at that time. Now we know and have reported this practice to the appropriate board.

Jack was rude, in a hurry and wanted to up-sell vaccinations that were not necessary. We wee seen to 30 minutes after our appointment time. We only saw him as we were unable to see other paediatricians and in hindsight we should have waited a day. The best thing was that he was available at short notice.

I have been taking my children to Dr Singer for the last two years And I'm very happy I found him. First, hes always available and has even made a house call. No other Dr is willing to make themselves that available and when your kid is sick you don't want to wait to have them seen. Second, Dr Singer has always provided the best Advice and answers keeping my kids off of medication when it wasn't necessary and fixing the problem with the first diagnosis. His instincts are spot on and I have every confidence in his diagnosis. I highly recommend Dr Singer. Additionally, his Harley Street facilities are beautiful and the waiting room is great for kids.
