Travel Nation have worked with Xoom for many years now and their product and services have always been spot on. We had a small scale homeworking phone setup before Covid hit. Scaling this up to cover the whole company was made very easy and done literally over a few days by Xoom. Always very professional, but retain the friendliness and personal feel of a small company. Their day to day support team are excellent.

Simply the best telecoms company I have ever used. Great value for money and the service levels are second to none. Call quality on our VOIP phones is excellent, especially when you consider we are all working from home and using a basic router and internet. In terms of customer service, nothing is too much trouble and everything just works! A breeze to work with.

We were really lucky that we spoke to Xoom prior to the pandemic and invested in our Comms. The system held up perfectly with everyone working remotely for the first time and despite everything going on they managed to roll out softphones for all users in no time at all. Always get a response to any support queries within an hour so can not recommend Xoom enough!

When you look for a partner to sort out your phone system, you need to find one as good as Xoomtalk. Or better still just talk to them, as I'm struggling to think of someone who could offer a better service. We're only a small company but they have always made us feel like their most important customer.
The solution they installed for us was always good, but during the pandemic it came into it's own. At one stage we had almost daily calls going into the tech support to re-route numbers so that calls would follow people where ever they were - home or office. We've got a VoIP system and it's been brilliant during the last 12 months - we could route to mobiles, we could route to soft phones, we could get everything directed into the office when we needed it.
Every request has been dealt with quickly and promptly, and the team are just lovely to deal with. Xoomtalk genuinely feel like an extension of our Company. It is really nice to say every time I get called by someone fishing for our business, no thanks, we've got a partner that we use and I wouldn't dream of looking elsewhere.

I have been with xoomtalk for a number of years now and have to say their service in all aspects has been great. They provide me with internet and VOIP services, which have always worked flawlessly.
They recently managed my office move efficiently, making sure I had telephony and internet connectivity on day one. There was no point when I was without connection.
Their support and communication has also been amazing on the phone and in email and overall I can't recommend them enough!!

Guy and Xoom have recently provided a set up service for my new office internet, telephone and wifi services as well as a telecoms service moving forward.
From the point of instruction an installation date was booked with Openreach only 2 weeks later. All the equipment arrived on time, pre-set to my requirements.
After the move there were many issues to work through, which is expected with any new office, and I found the support service provided very useful. We have now resolved all remaining issues and I am very happy with the end result.
I would not hesitate to recommend Guy and Xoom for a similar service requirement.
