I have worked at Cellular Solutions for 9 years now and I absolutey love it here. We all have a very good, conscious work ethic and a fabulous team. I feel my line manager listens to me which is really important. We certainly work really hard but there are some fab rewards, including the charity cycle ride and conferences in Sicily!

We have been with Cellular for our fixed lines for 7 years and our mobiles much longer. It is great to have a point of contact to deal with and feel looked after by an account manager that comes to talk to you instead of dealing with the networks direct. Cellular's teams are a pleasure to work with and I wish there was not a requirement to shop around every so often for the purpose of due diligence as it is a waste of time in my opinion.

Always friendly, helpful and patient. Have been a customer of theirs for well over 8years and don't have any plans on changing anytime soon. Our VoIP phone system was easy to adapt for the Covid crisis and enabled us to shift to working from home using a phone app, without any disruptions to customers. They also manage out mobiles and Internet fibre connection. Keep up the good work

We were recently recommended to Cellular as we were rather disheartened by the lack of account management when dealing with the networks directly. Well after the initial point of contact a meeting was arranged and a review of our account was carried out.
Our new account manager then followed up with an updated approach, which included modifying our plans to suit our current usage, but also with some additional good news! She had an allocated “equipment subsidy” of around £900 included from the network in exchange for signing a new contract! Well we had been on a ‘drifting’ rolling contract for years, which just made us think, how much lost money had we missed out on from the same network we would still be with??
So the service has exceeded expectations from Cellular Solutions, and I look forward to working with our account manager Danni for many years to come. We will certainly (and already have) recommend you to our clients and contacts.

When I was approached by Cellular Solutions, I was sceptical. Over many years, I had met account managers from many (other) mobile communication company's all promising the earth, continuity, pro-active account management, etc.. Every single one failed, and were not interested once they had won the account, or until it was up for renewal again.
Having worked with Cellular Solutions for over 3 years, I can say they have not only kept every single promise, they have hugely exceeded my expectations. I still have the same (BRILLIANT!) Account Manager, I am kept abreast of industry developments, the service is superb, and every quarter my Account Manager meets me, armed with relevant data to help me make decisions about our mobile phone and data usage. Without doubt, the best business in its sector I have ever worked with in over 20 years.
