I have been bringing my rabbits here for the past 5 years. All the team are warm and friendly and offer you lots of advice and my rabbits have always had the best treatments possible. Not all vets specialise in caring for rabbits but these are brilliant. I had to ring them for an emergency and within half an hour the vet was seeing to my rabbit. For this I can not thank them enough. All was well and we knew she was getting the best treatment as always. Cannot recommend this vets enough.

We are always lead to believe that animals know when they are off to the vets!!! That is certainly the case with my two dogs.... But it's with excitement not fear that they head in so quick.... Staff are brilliant and you can tell its a vocation for them... Always friendly and helpful I would fully recommend ark vets to anyone ????

A very good vet clinic for your exotics... Took my tortoise which had quite a bad burn, consults not cheap but service is excellent.. Tortoise now a lot happier and on the mend!

Used ARK vets for the first time this week after the dog we are looking after fell ill.
I was surprised and really happy at how positive the experience was. I called the surgery at 4.45pm – the phone rang twice before being answered and on this occasion they were able to see me within the hour.
Both the receptionist and vet were incredibly helpful – even showing us through to a private room to wait in, as the dog was a bit overexcited.
The vet was incredibly helpful and understanding. I mentioned that we are fostering the dog, so would not be able to immediately agree to any long-term treatment strategy. With this in mind, she ran through a number of possible options, did plenty of tests and recommended short term treatment options to ease the dog’s immediate issues and discomfort. An itemised receipt was provided for the owner, with the offer of calling back for further information if needed.
I found ARK very caring and understanding to both dog and owner, which made things a lot easier during what could have been a difficult time.
Can’t fault this vet and won’t hesitate to use them again.

Been here multiple times with our cat. Unfortunately the last time was to put our beloved cat down. However the vet and staff were kind, caring and sympathetic. I couldn't recommend this vet practice enough.
