All staff are friendly and very welcoming, had a few problems at vets before with having Akitas, they listen and advice and work around you the best they can. My girl is super anxious and they are great with her!

My pet dog is highly sensitive both in vet visits & her digestion, coming from a rescue centre & limited knowledge of previous trauma sustained to explain her nerves, all the staff - vets, nurses groomers, reception staff all show such individual care & kindness tailored to my beloved dog. They listen to my worries & concerns, then provide consistent care & treatment putting my mind at rest, & I feel happy my dog is receiving the best care I can wish for.

Because the staff are very kind and friendly. Always make you and your pet welcome. They are in tune with the pets and if they are anxious they treat them with gentleness and kindness. They are patient with your pet and will only start treatment once your pet is calm and ready. They always explain everything to you too.

I love pets at home, the staff are friendly and helpful, but more importantly, they're knowledgeable. I asked about food, for my cat that has a sensitive stomach, they recommended AVA, and told me if my cat doesn't like it, it can be returned, with a full refund. They do this on all their own branded goods.

Vet was really nice and my cat didn't leave in any distress which was great. Our cat needed to change diet so special mention to Deb who was so helpful with picking a better cat food - saved me a lot of time looking and she was really friendly!

Wonderful vet practice. Totally on top of the covid19 precautions. Difficult to hand over beloved pet to be taken into the consulting room alone but those are times we live in.

I got an appointment straight away when I rang up regarding a tick on my dogs neck.
The tick was removed very quickly. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Explained the health care plan to me in great detail

I took out the vaccinations for life plan which is very good value but have to pay for the kennel cough vaccination, 3 years ago it was £15 last year £20 and this year £25, last year they recommended I have my dogs teeth cleaned and quoted £500, I went elsewhere, to sum up, they're getting expensive

Given the circumstances, the vet was very cheerful, clear at explaining the new procedures and had clearly read up on my dog's recent history. She gave me an option to have the Kennel Cough vaccine at the same time and also introduced me to supplements to help my dog, as she may be starting to develop arthritis. Although it was just a vaccine visit, she was very happy to do other things too, such as anal glands, and now I know my dog is safe, healthy and happy.

Brilliant people. Especially the vet as deedee is deaf and hates people wearing masks as she cannot see their face and she hid under the chair. Vet realised and took his mask down so she could see his face and she was so happy. Thats exactly how the vets should be. Think of the animal needs all the time

Very helpful, friendly and stocked everything we needed 4 our new pup..
We signed up for their loyalty card 4 free (vip club) & instantly got vouchers for a free 2kg pack of puppy food and a other for half price.. could choose from different brands.. Plus all sorts of advice and other offers..
Could take pets in with you which is always a relief when id never want to leave him in the car or at home at a young age...
Not the cheapest with some items but the quality is great & they do plenty of offers and cheaper options.. Go there all the time now.

We visited the Chilwell vets for pets. I cannot thank the vet we saw enough. She helped us with some problems that we had been having that were not health-related. And the receptionists were very helpful and knowledgeable of the health plans. The vets really went the extra to out both us and our dog at ease. We will certainly be going back.

Both vets went above and beyond to help us with our request.
At the end of the day these two ladies gave outstanding customer service to our animals to ensure that we got the best assistance and care for them!

Visited Vets for Pets for a second opinion on our dogs eye problem as pointed out by another veterinary practice. Fernando the vet at P4V was excellent in his handling of our dog who seemed very at ease with him. Fernando explained treatment and preventative care for Milo which gave us great reassurance.
